Well how can the God shield protect him from ALL SIDES? (chibuka tensei surrounds the target in a giant ball of rocks... and it keeps coming.... I don't say it would be crushed... I'm saying it doesn't last forever... When the jutsu ends... what would he do?

Yeah you right.... oh this missile comes towards me, why don't I just set it up with black flames so it kills me faster? .... I think his best bet is to avoid it.
And the sword needs to PIERCE, not swing through to seal... although a good swing on the wrong pain prevents him from bringing them back anyways. Still... Chibuka Tensei.
Oh and lol ? Every move Nagato makes seems to take a toll on him? Naaaaa overusage of its power weakens him of course (much like an athlete or a fat boy that pukes after overexasizing)... But other than that he is fine... Itachi on the other end... was not so lucky.

The Sword of Totsuka is a variant of Orochimaru's Sword of Kusanagi. Along with the Yata Mirror, the Sword of Totsuka is a weapon carried by Susanoo that exists only in the user, being made up of chakra. Contained in a gourd held by Susanoo's third fore arm, the blade is actually the liquid inside the gourd that is released and shaped, rather than a conventional sword.
Itachi has been seen using it to slash several targets at high speed, when he severed seven of the heads of the Eight Branches Technique with several swings.
This sword can also function as a sealing device. When a target is pierced by this sword, the user need only draw them back into the gourd that serves as a hilt which will keep the victim(s) sealed in an eternal genjutsu, as seen during Itachi's final battle against Orochimaru.

using Amaterasu would blow the missile up not cove them in fire... here say we cant prove that it would blow up the missile or cover it in fire...
if chibuka tensei is used then Itachi will come out it unharmed as Susanoo and the Yata_Mirror would keep him safe and the rocks would pile up around it... not harming Itachi...
The Sword of Totsuka is made from a liquid form... so Itachi could fire 6 blades from inside the gourd that is released and shaped, rather than a conventional sword.
Even at a young age, Itachi's intellect and talent showed their brilliance in everything he did... he would figure out what each pain can do in a heart be...
Ma and Pa Toad was able to use a genjutsu on Pain... why cant Itachi?

Amaterasu is the highest level Fire Release technique,[2] and according to Zetsu, one of the most powerful ninjutsu in existence. The jet-black flames of the Amaterasu, said to be the fires from hell that are as hot as the sun, ignite at the focus of the user's vision...
also all the jutsu's Nagato used put a delay in him using it again... Itachi would wipe him out when this happens... also to use Almighty push to its full effect one Pain will be used...

Now Nagato/Pain will have a swarm of summons coming at him which might be enough to keep Itachi busy for a while... The Preta Path could drain up one of Itachi's ninjutsu... but then Itachi will know he is the one whom can drain chakra... one Pain dies... The Naraka Path will bring him back to life... Itachi will know that's his power...
Itachi would fight like an athlete
Nagato would fight like a fat boy that pukes after over exercising
