I've posted this before, but still I see many fanboys refusing to face the facts.

When does Orochimaru starts taking over?

When the curse mark seal has been overused by the victim, right?
Anko is the perfect example why Orochimaru lost interest in her. And ofcourse after fueling the curse mark the victim has to be low on chakra in order for Orochimaru to take over.
None of the 2 factors will ever affect Madara.

Madara will never use the curse mark seal, because he doesnt need its power, nor will he ever run out of chakra in his current state.

so you're wrong if you think Oro can take over Uchiha Madara.


I know it's not even proven he has the cure seal, but after seeing so many threads I had to post it.

orochimaru was not sealed and he could still be alive

first lets start off from the sasuke and itachi fight.sasuke was out of chakra so orochimaru came out of his curse seal and was supposedly sealed by itachi

now while itachi was sealing orochimaru before being sealed one snake escaped now you would ask why would kishi show one snake escaping for

later that snake tried to escape but got burn't but this proves something people have said that orochimaru can't be revived because he was sealed but this proves that he was not but their was something else
remember that when your caught in amaterasu that you slowly burn like the raikage arm so it will take a long time to burn well when the snake was caught by amaterasu here

the snake was burning for a short time from naruto wikia it says "the flames burn fairly slowly, sometimes allowing anyone struck by Amaterasu an opportunity to remove whatever clothing or body parts have been caught" ablaze so this gives me a theory that orochimaru could have used his body shedding techinique just like sasuke did to get away

I am thinking its more so that a small fragment of Orochimaru is in every curse mark perhaps in that sub dimension of his.
