Yeah the curse seal has orochimarus chakra I know he planted those curse marks on curtain people I know that when sasuke had his curse seal and defeated him absorb all of his chakra inside himself and when sasuke got weak the curse seal started reacting...the reason why orochimaru hasn't popped up yet is cause itachi sealed up a great portion of his chakra but at the same time he left curse seals with his chakra in them something like minato did with his seal putting chakra in naruto to meet up again.
