Id love to say gai but oro is the complete natural opposite of gai he is literally untouchable. However saying kisame also had the ability to transform into water and Gai defeated him. But still oro

I agree with most of your statement, but you should note that Gai wasn't even trying to kill Kisame when they last fought. Testament to his badassery if you ask me, capturing Kisame who he himself captured numerous Jinchuurikis.

But I agree Orochimaru is a bad match-up for him. I don't think it would be instant though, I see Gai running circles around him for a bit before Oro ultimately stops him in his tracks or outlasts him. The only way Gai would win is if he unleashes the eight gate.
