Orochimaru has this one
Pretty much the only way to defeat Orochimaru is with extremely high level genjutsu (Itachi and Sasuke), extremely high level sealing (also Itachi) or a jutsu so powerful that even he would be completely obliterated (tbb). Pure taijutsu does bludgeoning damage. Orochimaru is one of the toughest characters in the series to damage due to his unique body structure. Even with gates I can't see Guy Sensei beating Oro.
Beyond that, Orochimaru and Guy Sensi aren't even in the same league in intelligence. That is a huge factor in almost any fight.
