There's also the fact Kakuzu has no way to put him down, especially when Eight Branches comes out. None of Kakuzu's ninjutsu are going to kill Oro in human form or Hydra form so please don't say they will finish him off. :|

If Kakuzu releases his hearts the hydra would literally trample them or smash them with one of its nine heads, regardless of them being able to fly or not as Oro can get them with an extended Kusanagi or with the Hydra's heads as long as he attacks before they get too high, which he can and will do.

No matter as this is dealt with Easily, they definitely become noticeable when absorbing Kakuzu's chakra, all he need do is activate Domu, then continue to fire either his wind style

As for your other points, come on People (myself) included overstate Oro's durability prowess, Yes his body replacement is a pain, but we all know it takes a great deal of chakra, not to mention theirs a simple way this is countered really, After a few times or possible even one of Kakuzu striking him with Jutsu, as he really has no means to avoid any of them, or even block them for that matter as he has no summons and no Rashenmon he will clearly figure this out, merely pull out Oro's brain U_U This is not tsunade we are dealing with his regeneration is not automatically kicked in, he has to activate the Body replacement jutsu, which he is not doing without a brain to initiate the process,

Kakuzu can survive Being sore :| especially seeing as he really isn't being defeated unless his hearts are pierced through which domu stops Kusunagi from doing
