I can't think of an attack that Orochimaru possesses that's strong enough to really affect Kakuzu and his Domu technique. With that said and Kakuzu having various deadly attacks, I think he can beat Orochimaru high-diff. Frankly, I still feel like we haven't seen enough of Orochimaru's true strength so I don't really like match ups with him.

The spores undetectable by even sensors and can't be seen. Not to mention they'll be on his body. How is he going to blow them away? lmao.

Not to mention once its on his body it'll grow into a parasite clone and begin to suck out his chakra.

There's also the fact Kakuzu has no way to put him down, especially when Eight Branches comes out. None of Kakuzu's ninjutsu are going to kill Oro in human form or Hydra form so please don't say they will finish him off. :|

If Kakuzu releases his hearts the hydra would literally trample them or smash them with one of its nine heads, regardless of them being able to fly or not as Oro can get them with an extended Kusanagi or with the Hydra's heads as long as he attacks before they get too high, which he can and will do.
