His only real threat is another random outlier ninja like Itachi who is randomly OP and guns for Oro in particular. His concern for Sarada said it all. But Naruto, Sasuke & The 5 Kage are currently completely in his hands, and he'll wait for them to pass over.

If u think about it Orochimaru has so many things up his sleeve..... he has ultimate body(i mean shin body, he still has 2x in lab) with everysingle DNA(Uzumaki,Kaguya,Juugo clan,Uchiha,Hozuki and many more....+Mangekyo Sharingan),with this body he can enter DSM with easy,probably his version will be way better than Kabuto's.... he also has tons of Hashi Cell which makes all Jutsus way stronger and larger.... for examle:I can't even imagine how big his hydra mode will be...1)encanced with Hashi DNA= way bigger=Regenation(healing)2) Sage Mode(Senjutsu) Makes it way stronger and also it is Dragon sage mode probably it will be more like Dragon than Snake,Maybe even wings?? Who knows.... also im sure he will make Manda II stronger maybe even 3rd version... also Mokuton he made experiment on 16 children ages ago in order to see if it is posible for random human to use and handle 1st Hokage powers(Mokuton) and if experiment would be succsesful he would done it on himself too... his experiment was sucsesful,but orochimaru never knew it until he saw Yamato... now he knows that and also has body(Zetsu/Shin body, i think he somehow merge Shin and Zetsu body, but idk how just opinion)which easily handles that powers he will surely master Mokuton too... im not saying anything about ET or other techs(10,000 Jutsu).... and also i cant Imagine how many forbidden Jutsus he will invent...

Wait, what? Really? Seems like in a strange thing for Kishi to confirm...especially when we've been shown no reason why he would mysteriously stop getting new bodies. Was this comment made before Gaiden?

I feel like he'd have to explain his logic further though, because unlike Hidan dying of malnutrition- this one doesn't really have any proof behind it unless his soul/mind just begins to age and die out at around the age of 100 despite his different bodies...? And whilst that could be quite a poetic and a tragic inescapable finale to the character, no such thing has ever been brought up in the series.

Ohhhh I get it. I meant eternal the first time haha, if it were explored then the soul only having 100 years left in it would be an incredibly interesting moment for Oro but since the manga is over & we're never gonna explore this guy then I think it's pointless to limit him in such a way.
