It is often used after Earth Release: Mud Fall to cover the enemy target in mud and then follow up with using Fire release: Firing Biscuit, creating flames in the oven to roast and harden the mud, immobilizing the enemy.

Perform the 4 required handseals and summon 4 large pillars made of earth that surround your opponent trapping them in the middle. Then cause lightning to come out of the pillars and strike your opponent.

*kefa looks the clone, kefa starts building his chakra and then focuses it towards his hands(both hands), kefa then does the hand seals shown to him and then immediately places his hands on the Ground followed by releasing the chakra he built, kefa makes the chakra he releases travel through the Ground and towards the clone, as the chakra reaches underneath the clone kefa makes the chakra surround the clone in a circular manner, having his chakra infused with the earth that surrounds the clone, kefa finally causes the four pillars of Rock to take form and rise out of the Ground all around the clone, kefa sends more chakra through the Ground which then rise up the pillars and at once all the pillars release lightning surges which shock the clone till it goes poof*

* - this jutsu can attack more than one person so far they are all in the pillars space -
* - it can take down bigger targets like summoning animals -

* - the opponent can use the time the pillars rise to evade the jutsu -
* - the opponent cant fight more than one person(if the user i battling two people i dont suggest this technique cause the other person who's not in the pillars space will attack him, in other words, the user is open to attacks -

combinations and strategies
a water prison to first immobilize the opponent followed by this jutsu causing a much more devastating effect, or creating the four pillars and using a water jutsu while the pillars tech is still active.

ways to counter
an earth pillar which throws the victim out of the four pillars, water colliding waves which raises the victim out of the pillars while also burying them, a defensive wind which will make the lightning attack useless

(Raiton: Rairyu no Tatsumaki) - Lightning Release: Thunder Dragon Tornado

*kefa starts to build his lightning chakra, and then he channels the chakra through out his whole body, kefa focuses on the chakra that he channeled through his whole body and starts making it to spin, very fast, kefa keeps releasing chakra to accelerate it, faster and faster, he keeps doing this until a tornado of lightning is formed, just like his sensei said, due to the speed of the lightning, it picks up the wind, kefa then nakes use of shape manipulation to shape the lightning infront of him into a dragon head, finally kefa takes aim at the clone and while releasing chakra he sends the dragone head at his sensei's clone, the dragon head devours the clone? shocking it till it goes poof*

Strong points

• - since it picks up the wind, i think it;ll pick up the dust too so, i'm guessing that it'll blind the opponent temporarily, due to the dust-
• - the opponent is still open to a hit even if the dragon head doesnt hit him, as the lightning can jump out of the vortex

Weak points

• - since it picks up the wind and surrounds the user, the opponent can use a fire jutsu to ignite the user of the tech(cause fire>wind)-
• - the user of this technique is open to attacks from behind, that is if the opponent dodge the dragon head and swiftly moves to his back -

Combinations-strategies
i would like to use this tech after i have actvated the lightning armour, in order to protect my back from unseen attacks,. and also i would use a chidori senbon before using this tech.

Ways to counter this technique
like i said once the jutsu is activated i would use a fire jutsu at it, so that it would combine with the wind.

• - the user can make the lightning bolts fall at any time -
• - it doesnt require any hand seals, so the opponent wont know what jutsu is being used -
• - since it isnt the opponents chakra he cant use the lightning bolts against the user -

• - the user will do something once he sees the dark clouds(thinking that its a water or lightning jutsu) -
• - to form manipulate the lightning requires focus and if used as a second jutsu during battle the opponent will use this as his advantage(saying that before the lightning bolts could be formed i defend myself with this jutsu or that jutsu) -

Combinations-strategies
when i raise my hand i'll release chakra for both lightning fang and this tech, making my opponent think its just one jutsu i'm doing when i'm actually doing two.

Ways to counter this technique
i would form a lightning armour and a lightning wall around me, i would also like to prevent the jutsu from happening

Descripton: The user after performing the hand seal snake emits lightning in the shape of a spear from their hands whilst kakuzu lightning mask emits it from its mouth, which then pierces the enemy. Its destructive power is great enough to even pierce through rock; meaning it has a high killing potential. The user can increase the number of spears to attack multiple enemies. This, coupled with the sheer speed of the lightning, makes it a difficult technique to evade. This strong attack can be defended against by an equally strong attack of the same element such as Raikiri.

One of the most used lightning techniques on NB. You are going to channel lightning chakra into your hands and expel a lightning bolt from your hands and send it towards your opponent. The technique is extremely fast, making it hard for your opponent to dodge.

You are simply going to split chidori up...what it means by this is instead of it simply being used in your dominate hand, it will be in both of your hands. When this happens, each hands chidori is approximately A Ranked since you are splitting the original technique into two. Essentially both of them combined have a total of S ranked damage. No need to perform this either.

Descripton: A chidori that spreads from the users palm into lightning bolts that cover a circular area destroying all thats in its way.

Another Chidori generated technique, however it is different from the rest. This technique, Raimei, forms a chidori in the users hand, and then causes all the different individual lightning bolts to channel outwards in a 360 degree pattern around the user. This is not a good technique to use against attacks that come from below you, as it leaves your feet exposed to spikes and doesnt really protect it well, so you want to use it against techniques that are used in every area except for below you.

The difference however, is that this technique is simply pure light, and doesnt really harm the opponent in any way except as a means of blinding them.

• - since the bolt of lightning is big, i think it'll be hard to evade due to its size-
• - the opponent might not expect a giant bolt, since all he sees at first is just a chidori-

Weak points

• - the opponent can attack before or immediately after the user jumps into the air-
• - the opponent can attack the user immediately after he forms the chidori, or during the time he starts to form the giant bolt-

Combinations-strategies
i would wear a lightning armour and use this technique, to protect me from incoming attacks. or i would create a clone who will take up my opponents time while i jump and use this technique

Ways to counter this technique
i would form a chidori cutter(raikiri) and cut through this giant orb.

• - it can be used as a defense for anything coming at the user form all sides-
• - it can kill the opponent if he is caught up in it-

• - as you stated, it cannot block things that attack the user from below -
• - the range of this technique, isnt good, cause the user has to be close to the opponent -

i would use that raikiri technique that makes me zig zag towards my opponent, and after it(since i"m close to him) i'll use this tech, making it hard for him to evade.

Ways to counter this technique
i would keep my distance, but if he gets close to me, the i would use a lightning spear before he forms this technique, but if he does form this tech, a lighting armour shall be activated making me take less damage

*kefa starts to build his lightning chakra while channeling it all around his body, right before kefa releases his chakra, he focuses on it, making the lightning more about its light than its destruction, kefa then releases his chakra, which starts to forma bright light and using shape manipulation, he extends the light, making it look like its spreading towards his opponent*

Strong points

• - it blinds the opponent for some turns -
• - as it blinds then it renders then inactive/immobile for some time during one of their turns -
• - proably before the opponent defends himself from this jutsu the user has already landed a deadly attack

Weak points

• - it doesnt affect/damage the opponent-
• - the user has to attack immediately with something else before the opponent breaks out of this jutsu-

Combinations-strategies
i would use this jutsu and then use the s rank false lightning spear, since it moves pretty fast, hence killing my opponent immediately

make a mist and then use the other jutsu which makes the mist to shine bright/blinding the opponent too.

i have a question sensei, if i spat out the fireballs, am i the only one who can use it? or can my opponent use it against me.

Your opponent can use Kirin as well. Your chakra isnt really in the clouds, thus why you need Chidori to control/manipulate the lightning. As long as your opponent has learned Chidori and Kirin, they can do it as well.
