Description: After performing the required hand seals Tiger → Snake → Dog the user creates an electric current from their hand that can hit multiple individuals at the same time. Furthermore, it extends into incredible distances and can avoid obstacles.

Perform 3 handseals and charge lightning chakra into your hand. Then release lightning from your hand that is capable of dodging other objects/obstacles like if you were it a forest it would dodge all of the trees.

*kefa stands still as his sensei forms 3 clones, after the instruction given to him, kefa starts to build his lightning
chakra, channeling it to his hands, kefa forms the 3 required hand seals kefa stretches out both hands and releases a
current of lightning at the 3 clones, due to the lightning still connected to him, kefa notes that he has full control of
th lightning and can make it bend to his will, but still the lightning hits the clones and electrocuted them till they poof*

Strong points

• - the user is able to attack his opponent having this jutsu evade an incoming jutsu, to hit the opponent. -
• - can attack more than one target -

Weak points

• - if the lightning current that attaches the user to this jutsu is severed, thus the end of this jutsu-
• - I think the users sight has to be on either his opponent or the opponents jutsu so that he would know how to make this jutsu evade the incoming jutsu/obstacles. -

Combinations and strategies
I would this jutsu as a decoy while I raise my hands to the sky and comman lightning strike on my target.
ways to counter this technique
Wait for it to get close to me and the release wind great break through this way the jutsu won't have time to evade.

Kefa starts to build his lightning chakra after hearing the instructions given to him by his sensei, he builds his chakra like he is about to do a lightning Armour, sending the lightning chakra all.around his body and then releasing it to form lightning which coats him, kefa having being coated with lightning stretches his right hand forward and focusing on his right hand palm, he builds a lightning bolt by focusing the whole lightning that coats him to the hand, having done this kefa then releases the lightning bolt
Strong points

• - I think this jutsu can be defensive, since the user coats himself with lightning, there fore the user can coat himself with lightning to dodge a block a jutsu and then immediately attacks once its over. -
• - its long range there fore, from short range it will be more devastating -

Weak points

• - since its long range the opponent would see the lightning bolt coming and will do either a counter or a block.-
• - as the lightning bolt is made the user looses his lightning coat cause the lightning bolt emanates from the lightning coat . -

Combinations and strategies
I would the lightning Armour and then this technique just to be sure that the lightning coating would still be on and not leave me open to attacks

ways to counter this technique
I would use a wind jutsu, cause it'll neutralize the lightning and still head to its victim.

*kefa starts to perform the technique and by building his lightning chakra channeling them to his hands he then forms Monkey → Ox → Boar → Tiger hand seals after the hand seals kefa releases a blast of lightning which he then uses shape manipulation, focusing on the blast of lightning he just released kefa makes 5 medium sized disks of lightning as they travel with the blast of lightning kefa released.*

• - can be used to strike multiple targets -
• - if all focused on one target it'll be hard to evade all of them -

Weak points

• - the opponent evading this technique depends on the size of the electric disks -
• -the user can be attacked during the forming of handseals (in order words the user can be disrupted or stopped from finishing/using this jutsu) -
• - (personally I don't think it has a weak point)-

combinations and strategies
I would probably use this technique as a decoy, immedtialy attacking after this tech with a fire jutsu, cause if my opponent blocks with wind the fire would hit.
how to counter This technique
I would use a wind technique immediately as my opponent tries to use this technique(btw its the best bet)
