*kefa catches the sword thrown to him by oraan sensei, holding the sword out with his right hand, kefa starts to build his raiton chakra, as kefa builds his raiton chakra he sends it towards his right hand, kefa focuses the raiton to the sword in his right hand, having the sword being coated in a faint lightning, kefa focuses more chakra so that he would be able to hear the hummmm sound, building more chakra and sending it towards his hand, focusing it on the sword, the sword becomes highly coated with the lightning and produces the irritating hummm sound.(which kefa likes)

• *-*its sharper than a normal sword.-
• *-*its coated with lightning so it can be used to defend against some jutsu(like earth; usig the sword to slice through the earth since lightning beats earth)-
• *-*it numbs the area that it hits or cuts on the opponent.(since it has a direct contact with the opponents epidermis and also having the sword coated with lightning. )*-

• *- the damage is reduced or the sword is of no major use without the knowledge of kenjutsu*-
• *- the user has to be in short range, to be able to use this tech on the opponent.*-
• *-*once the user is no longer in contact with his/her sword the tech goes off.*-

Combinations-strategies*
I can dash towards my opponent while using this tech mixing with kenjutsu to attack My opponent, or have a pool of water somewhere, and I just make my lightning coated sword come in contact with it,.therefore shocking My opponent.

Ways*to*counter*this*technique*
I would use a wind tech towards him, or any tech to knock him off balance therefore knocking the sword of his hand.


*kefa moves on to the second tech, kefa starts to build his raiton chakra, kefa then forms the ram hand seal and then sends his chakra to his right hand, kefa follows to raise the hand up, focusing on the chakra he sent towards his hand, kefa release/expels the chakra towards the sky, after some seconds thunder clouds form and are ready to strike.*

• *-*it doesn't require much hand seals-
• *-*it can make lighting strikes at any point the user wants.-

Weak*points

• *-*it shows your opponent the tech you will use due to the raising of hands.*-
• *-*the opponent might be able to easily dodge this(by erecting a barrier, or moving out of the way with a jutsu.)*-

Combinations-strategies*
I would use a series of attack to confuse my opponent or to remove his mind from attack that will come from above.

Ways*to*counter*this*technique*
I would make a clone to throw me outta the way, use the d-rank wind to move me outta the way, or use the c-rank water that let me ride it outta the way, dig into the earth and Immediately move.

(Raiton: Shuriken Seigyo no Jutsu) - Lightning Release: Shuriken Control Technique

Description: The user will take out two large shuriken or Windmill Shuriken and channel their raiton chakra into them. They will then throw them at their target to pin them down and maintain a connection with the shuriken through a electrical cable that delivers a numbing shock to paralyse the target and restrict their movements.
Note: Numbing Effect lasts for one turn.

Take out 2 large shuriken or 2 windmill shuriken and channel your lightning chakra into both. This is done just like you would a normal kunai or a sword like you did with the previous technique. The only differences is that you will be able to control the path of the shuriken with a thin virtually unseen cable, and when the shuriken hit an opponent, it causes paralysis to their body.

Description: The user releases a current of purplish lightning from their hands forward, damaging and knocking away enemies. The range of this technique is, however, limited.

Channel lightning chakra into your hands (This lightning however is actually purple) and thrust your hand forwards towards a target. It will knock them back while causing internal damage to their body.

*kefa starts to build his raiton chakra as he pulls out a windmill shuriken that is already rigged with a tiny cable from his weapon ouch hidden in his cloak, kefa sets the windmill shuriken and sends his chakra through the windmill, kefa focuses on the lightning chakra he emits unto the shuriken,as kefa releases the raiton chakra the shuriken gets coated by the lightning, kefa throws the shuriken foward and while using the cable(which his lightning chakra is still passing through so that the windmill shuriken can still have the lightning coating it) rigged to the shuriken he manuevers the windmill shuriken so that it will be able to hit a tree hidden behind another tree*

Strong points
* - the user has control of the shuriken, due to it being rigged by the hidden tiny cable -
* - when the shuriken hits a target(a human target), it numbs the area -
* - the numbing effect thats last for two turns will help the user of this tech, by having enough time to think of a final blow.-

Weak points
* - this jutsu can be evaded with a mere shuriken thrown back(a shuriken that is coated with an elemental chakra) -
* - the user of this jutsu is open to attacks since the shuriken is rigged and the user is controlling its path, the opponent can attack him directly -

Combinations and Strategies
to make sure that this technique hits, i would first use the gushing water prison tech, and ass my opponent is trapped, i would then use this technique.

Ways to Counter this technique
i would first make a mist, and in that mist make a clone, and make the clone visible to the opponent, and when he attacks with this tech he is open to my attack from any where


*kefa starts to do the second tech, kefa builds his raiton chakra and sends it to his hand, building so much that the chakra is actually seen as lightning on his hands, the chakra that kefa emits is so intense that the lightning changes its color to purple, kefa then puts his hands up to his chest level and thrusts it forward, as kefa thrusts his hand forward kefa releases a burst of chakra, therefore causing the purple lightning on his hand to travel out of his hand and form a little barrier as it travels forward a little bit and stops/disapper.*

Strong Points
* - this jutsu is a good defense againts incoming attacks that the user doesnt want to touch him and attack-
* - this jutsu repels the opponent, so if in short range to an opponent, this jutsu can throw the opponent a little into mid range -
* - this jutsu causes internal damage and it means that the user has time to give a secondary attack -

Weak Points
* - the range is limited being that its only short -
* - the purple lightning forming on the user hands gives this jutsu away, making the opponent attack to prevent the use of this jutsu-

Combinations and Strategies
i would fight my opponent till i'm short range to hid, either using kenjutsu or taijutsu or jutsu's that are for short range, then at the begining of my next turn i will use this tech(in that way he has to wait till i finish my first tech to attack/defend and since we are at short range i think i'll get him)

Ways to Counter This Technique
once i see the purple lightning i would try to get into mid range, by hiding like a mole tech, or attacking with a wind tech(at b rank ofcourse), use a fire barrier.

(Raiton: Purazuma Bōru) - Lightning Release: Plasma Ball
Rank: B
Type: Offensive, Defence
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20 (+5 per turn active)
Damage points: 40 (-15 if target comes into contact with the barrier)
Description: The user manipulating their chakra generates a plasma barrier around them to serve as a defence which protects them from incoming attacks, even from something as wide-ranged as the Quicksand Waterfall Flow however the user cannot use other techniques besides lightning release or physical based techniques. The user can rush at their opponents even if the barrier is active. The shield can be used offensively, by discharging the electricity in the direction of their choice in a wave resulting in using the energy of the barrier and ending its effects.
Note: Technique remains active for 3 turns.

Not unlike lightning Strike armor as far as protection goes, create a circular barrier of lightning around your body. It moves right along with you, and would be better used to combo with water attacks as well. It remains active for 3 turns.


(Raiton: Kaminari no Shōgeki Ame) - Lightning Release: Lightning Shock Rain

Description: The user manipulates their lightning chakra condensing into a orb of chakra and then releasing it into mid air. The lightning orb will then remain in the air for several seconds releasing a continous rain of lightning bolts shocking any enemy within the radius of the attack.

Channel your lightning chakra into a ball (Not unlike Rasengan) in your hand, then throw the orb into the air (or you can simply manipulate your chakra to levitate the ball without having to risk the movement of actually throwing it). Use that manipulation to allow it to hang suspended in mid air. If an opponent gets close to you, order lightning bolts to be shot from the orb towards the opponent until it is destroyed.

*kefa listens to his sensei and prepares to do the technique, recalling how he did the normal lightning strike armour, kefa builds his lightning chakra and channels it round his body(every part of his body), kefa then moves on to release the chakra which creates lightning all around him, kefa builds more chakra and focuses it on the lightning that already coats him, using the focuses chakra kefa shape manipulates the lightning coat into circular barrier which still covers him, kefa realizes that with the barrier on he feels light on his feet indicating a little boost in speed*

• *-*its a very strong defence, defending against a lot of things and powerful attacks like*the quick sand water flow)
• *-*despite it being a strong defence its also a very good offensive or attacking technique(adding damage to physical attacks)*-
• *-as stated due to it being lightning it shows to increase speed of the user (by a little or more)*-

Weak*points

• *-*can only use lightning attacks when this jutsu is active, therefore to be able to dodge other incoming attacks by a different element the user will have to drop this tech*-
• *-*lasts for only 3 turns so the user will have to think of his next move before this tech stops on its own*-
• *-*the tech stops on its own when the user discharges it towards the opponent and if the user misses the opponent the user is therefore open to attacks*-

Combinations-strategies*
I would use this tech for a defense while I confuse my opponent with different lightning attacks, so that I can get closer and use taijutsu attacks while the armour is still on

Ways*to*counter*this*technique*
Honestly, I would rather wear him out of this tech, like I would stall until 3 turns is over but if I hve to, I would attack with an a ranked wind.

2nd tech

*kefa moves on to do the second tech, kefa builds his lightning chakra and channels it to his right hand, kefa releases the chakra into his right hand palm while using shape manipulation to compress the chakra into a circular orb, kefa then moves on to releases extra chakra into the orb and then focuses on the orb, which he then levitate into the air, mid range from him, since he is still focuses on the orb, kefa makes the orb release a little part of the lightning compressed in it, which then causes lightning attacks similar to rain drops*

B]Strong*points[/B]*

• *-*there is a high chance of the user hitting his opponent with this jutsu(since its like rain drops and no one can evade a rain drop)-
• *- it can also be classified as a defence since the user still commands the orb to do its will-

Weak*points

• *-*if the opponent destroys the orb this jutsu is over-
• *-*the opponent cab even stop this jutsu from happening by stopping the user before he throws/levitates the orb-

Combinations-strategies*
I would use this jutsu as my first jutsu, or use a different jutsu that either blinds my opponent while is use this jutsu or keep my opponent occupied while it use this jutsu.

Ways*to*counter*this*technique*
I would use the lightning plasma as a defence, making this jutsu to have no effect on me.

Lightning spear which splits, having one going towards the clone and the other towards the beast, the spear hits both targets and eliminates them, I den spit out a water horn, which hits kefa and makes him wet and I finalize my attack by having a lightning strike hit kefa from above(as he is wet)*

(Raiton: Chidori) - Lightning Release: One Thousand Birds

Description: The user must first perform the following sequence of hand seals Ox → Rabbit → Monkey → Dragon → Rat → Bird → Ox → Snake → Dog → Tiger → Monkey and they create a lightning jutsu that is concentrated in the user's palm and thrusted toward the opponent at high speed. The lightning in the user's palm sounds like birds chirping, hence the name.
Note: Someone who mastered lightning release can perform chidori with just the Ox hand seal.

A technique that needs no introduction. Chidori, known for its loud bird chirping sound. Perform the required 11 handseals while channeling lightning chakra into your hand. Try to compress that lightning chakra into ball. The ball should emit sparks of lightning out of the ball. Its penetrating force is quite deadly, and requires speed in order to use this accurately.
Chidori must also be performed in order to successfully use Kirin in order to guide the lightning towards an opponent.

(Raiton: Fusei Shuriken Chidori Jutsu ) - Lightning Release: Rigged Shuriken One Thousand Birds Style

After performing Chidori, I want you to use your other hand to grab a Shuriken and then place it in the hand you are doing the chidori in. Channel your chidori into the shuriken and then throw it towards an opponent. It will cause paralysis in your opponent.

*kefa prepares to perform the all famous chidori, kefa starts to build his lightning chakra, from there kefa forms the required 11 hand seals, kefa then channels the chakra to his left hand, kefa releases the built chakra and wild lightning forms In his left hand, kefa then focuses on it as he uses his right hand to aid him compress the wild lightning into a ball with the use of shape manipulation(coming from his right hand), as kefa shapens the lightning, its is obvious that it couldn't not be shaped I into a perfect ball as lightning sparks where still coming out from it, with the technique done, kefa notices he is light on his feet, hence an increase in speed*

• *-*it has a high if not the highest penetrating force of all lightning techs*-
• *- during the use of his tech, the user is so fast that it would/might be hard to evade, especially if they are at close range.*-
• *-*when mastered(and intend on mastering it) the user can use only one hand seal to perform the chidori*-

• *- it requires 11 hand seals, that's too long, either it gives way for your opponent to attack, or time to evade.*-
• *-*the sound gives this technique away,(let's say the user isn't a sharingan user who know recalls techniques from hand seals, a normal person, once hearing the sound will know its a chidori), giving the opponent time to evade.*-

I would rather make a clone and have it attack the opponent/ keep him occupied while I perform, the 11. hand seals and attack from behind, with my hand piercing through his chest.

Ways*to*counter*this*technique[/ B]*
I would face it head on, if its not a sharingan user using the tech, then. I would blast him back with a wind tech, if its a sharingan user I would raise a lightning Armour like the plasma tech with a lightning wall.


*as the chidori still stays in kefa's left hand, kefa uses his right hand to pull out a shuriken which he then puts in his left hand where the chidori is in, kefa sends his chakra to the shuriken which then gets coated with the lightning, kefa then flings/throws the shurikun forward, the shuriken hits a tree and passes through.*

• *-*it has a high if not the highest penetrating force due to the chidori covering it*-
• *- I believe that the shuriken would travel faster due to the lightning.*-
• *-*it seems quite simple as it can be done anytime as long as chidori is already activated.*-

I would rig the shuriken with wire cods so that I can still control them even after I threw them.

Chidori Nagashi...a sasuke jutsu. This chidori is more internal. Instead of charging it in your hand, you charge it throughout your entire body. This technique is used to get out of Genjutsu of B ranked or Lower. It requires no handseals.

You do not need to perform chidori before you use this jutsu (Meaning this jutsu is used to perform chidori, you dont have to make it one of your three moves and waste a jutsu), however the handseals are still needed for it. 11 if you dont have lightning mastered, 1 if you do. Perform Chidori and then shoot out multiple lightning needles(Senbon) from the chidori towards your opponent.

Description: The user increases the range of their Chidori by using form manipulation to extend it into a blade up to 10 meters in length. This blade is capable of splitting into multiple additional blades upon contact with an enemy, drastically increasing the number of wounds it can inflict. Like other Chidori-related techniques, this jutsu will numb its target upon contact.

Just like Chidori Senbon, however you will perform chidori and then use shape manipulation to turn it into a long spear that extends from your hand and towards your opponent. This happens extremely quickly.

Dont do this one either. You would simply cut your opponent with an upwards strike of the sword with one hand and then with the other perform chidori and slam them back into the ground.

• - the chidori nagashi can repel incoming attackers especially taijutsu users -
• - this technique can also attack more than one person at a time due it spreads out fromthe body at all direction, it'll hit anyone in the vicinity -
• - this jutsu causes paralysis therefore the opponent looses a turn-

• - this jutsu does not kill so it cant be used as a killing intent -
• - if the user is wet, he can shock himself -

Combinations-strategies
i can use this jutsu anytime thats the beauty of it, either as a defence or offence, so a combination can occur any way. like use this when attack by more than one person, to break out of a genjutsu.

Ways to counter this technique
i would use water horn at a far distance directly at the user of this tech or use a wind jutsu at the user

• - this jutsu can paralyze its victim -
• - the jutsu can create more than one lightning needle, meaning atleast one of the needle will hit the target -
• - the jutsu's speed is said to be increased therefore it isnt easy to evade. -

Weak points

• - the forming of the chidori and not attacking gives this jutsu away, making the opponent try to prevent this jutsu from happening -

Combinations-strategies
i would most likely use this chidori senbon as a distraction and attack differently or i will first put my opponenet in a tight spot and then attack with the chidori senbom
Ways to counter this technique
a wind tech is probably the only way to evade this technique.

*Kefa starts this technique by building his lightning chakra and and channeling it towards his right hand, kefa then releases the lighting on his right hand, kefa then focuses more chakra into it and also uses shape manipulation to extend the lightning and makes it into a spear but when looked at it looks like kefa is holding a lightning sword*
Strong points

• - the jutsu can act as a sword, also performing the skills of a sword(kenjutsu) -
• - this technique ,makes sure the target is taken down as it splits into multiple tendrile after or when the target has already been impaled -
• - it has a mid range limit, so it can attack a target from far. -

Weak points

• - it can be too long to use, although the size can be reduced, b ut when used when its long, the user cant evade during that time -
• - it cant pierce everything, especially a's lightning armour -

Combinations-strategies
i would use a chidori senbon and wait for my opponent to dodge and as he moves to his next location, i'll extend this lightning spear towards him(and vice versa)
Ways to counter this technique
the only option is to get out of the way, like use a jutsu that pushes you out of the way.

(Raiton: Ikazuchi Hakai) – Lightning Release: Lightning Destruction

Description: After performing a small sequence of hand seals the user will place their hand on the ground converting their chakra in to lightning. The user then sends an enormous bolt of electricity that cuts through the ground in the direction of the enemy. The shape of the bolt is a triangular with the base in the direction of the user and the tip headed towards the target. It causes devastating destruction on its way and generates enough heat and power to destroy whatever it comes into contact with.

Perform a few handseal and then place your hand onto the ground. Send lightning chakra through your hand and into the ground and outwards in a circle that cackles lightning as it travels. (This technique needs to be reworded)

i would use a chidori nagashi as a decoy and while he dodges i'll use this tech, like if he jumps i'll aim at the next place he'll land and if he moves backwards it'll still hit him.

Ways to counter this technique
i would most likely do the same technique or i'll just use a wind jutsu that makes me leave my current location or a wind jutsu at the tech.

• - it causes an explosion which is wide range, therefore the target might be in it -

• - the charging of chakra/compressing of chakra gives this technique away -
• - it'll take some time to make, due to compression-

Combinations-strategies
this technique is a direct/straight forward technique, but if i want to do a combination, i would likely do a dust tech and release this tech from point blank

a wind jutsu, or a the water dragon bitting tech, to stop this jutsu from happening
