Nana licked her lips at the challenger that stood before her today, donned in a dark suit. She could sense this mans potential as his muscles shone from underneath the suit. Gathering the chakra into her hands, she formed a single seal as the mark on her forehead expanded a tad, covering her face. They grew into an X shape as they covered over her eyes streaking down as tears, a warning for this man. There was no remorse left in her, no saving grace, everything she had was gone, and she was going to make sure everyone paid the price. While she made this symbol as the chakra swelled inside her, at the same time she swallowed one of the pills that was hidden inside a fake molar, as it opened inside her. A green shroud of chakra began to envelop her, as it crackled and bubbled over her skin while 4 tails grew from the base of her back. This was going to be fun.

The Byakugō no In is a powerful sealing technique used by Tsunade and later taught to Sakura. By storing chakra over a period of time, the user creates a seal on their forehead which keeps the chakra undisturbed for future use. Once the seal is formed and is fully filled, the users already impressive chakra control allows them to fully access their chakra and as such produce a greater physical strength or perform techniques without any wasted stamina or chakra. The effort to fuel the chakra into the seal is such that when it finally becomes full, the user can re direct his focus and his chakra to his body once more, taking full advantage of it and its own chakra control. To release the seal, one uses the command Infūin: Kai (White Seal: Release), pumping the stored chakra back into the body, greatly increasing chakra flow. The release command will open the seal and allow the stored chakra to pump back into her body. The seal has two levels of release which enable the use of specific techniques unique to Tsunade:

-Level 1: User partially opens the seal, which makes the markings of the White Seal spread around her face. The Chakra that flows from the Seal (adding 500 chakra points) powers Tsunade's physical abilities, increasing her already chakra enhanced enormous strength to monstrous levels, adding another +15 to her Taijutsu. Description: These are pills in a capsulated form that give the user a heightened transformation. When activated, the user gains a chakra cloak with tails that can range from one to four tails — though the precise amount of tails generated by the user depends on the amount of chakra they have. The tails are capable of being used as a shield deflecting kunai, taijutsu or ninjutsu and are able to manifest into Tailed Beast Chakra Arms. If the user is rendered unconscious, the cloak will disappear. The chakra shroud protects the user from damage and grants him a high reduction of 25 damage from techniques.
Note: Lasts 3 turns each use. For every 500 chakra the user has, the user gains an additional tail starting with 2 at 500 chakra (500 chakra = 2 tails, 1000 chakra = 3 tails, 1500 chakra = 4, etc).
Note: Can be used up to 3 times per battle. Should the duration of one use be near its end, using another pill will extend this 3 more turns.
Note: After one usage, the user becomes unable to perform higher than S rank techniques for two turns. After two usages, this time doubles and affects the users S ranks as well. Hitsuki Bō | Red Moon Bō
Type: Weapon

Description: The Red Moon Bō (緋月棒, Hitsuki Bō) serves as Gwendolyn Otsutsuki's primary aide in combat. It becomes the channel of her offensive prowess in hand-to-hand combat and the like, allowing her to set up violent assaults at the foe. This apparently wooden bō is incredibly long and matches the height of Gwen, a difficulty she once fought with and had successfully overcame. The Red Moon Bō's appearance is jokingly compared to a cigarette, due to its variety of colors and patterns. Both wooden ends are covered in a blood-red color accompanied by golden rings near its flat tips; while black and white both cover the center.

The only known owner, Gwen, inclines to display the Red Moon Bō's versatility and pushes it past the limits. She transfers her chakra throughout its length to control its current size, but this phenomenon can only happen as long as she touches it. This transformation happens passively but draws on the users chakra to be completed. As a nod to the jokes about the bō, Gwen keeps her tool as short and as thin as a cigarette for easier keeping, putting it between her lips regularly. Note that the bō reverts back to its original shape after losing physical contact with Gwen, and therefore needs her chakra once more to do so. When entered in combat, the Red Moon Bō can be further elongated and thickened for pummeling down enemies and literally sweeping the entire battlefield (up to long-range). This superior tactic still needs physical contact, though, and loss of focus would lead to failure and an unexpected waste of chakra. It would seem odd that Gwen can still control the movement of the Red Moon Bō despite its enlarged size. To overcome this, she simply uses Red Heaven Dominion on the bō. She primarily uses it for distant targets, acting as a massive boomerang or a large spear. Gwen is even creative when it comes to combat, able to make the bō rapidly spin to deflect weak projectiles. Seeing that the Red Moon Bō gets overused for continuous offense and defense, it never seems to shred down or get a single scratch. A presumable cause is the chakra inside the bō, making it sturdy and enduring. Seeing that it's made of wood, the Red Moon Bō is highly vulnerable to fire, but the quick and strategic use of Great Heaven Wheel makes up for the said disadvantage.

Red Heaven Dominion - A supplementary technique used in conjunction with the Red Moon Bo, it starts by the user transferring their chakra into the otherwise inanimate weapon before creating three handseals. The chakra that coats the weapon turns from blue to reddish-pink before being absorbed causing the Bo to levitate around the user and can act independentaly much along the lines of the Otsutsuki Puppet Technique. This otherwise inanimate object will now follow the user's will and thoughts while it is under the influence of this technique. This is equal to a A-rank technique last four turns and is usable twice per battle draining an additional 10 chakra from the user per turn.

Great Heaven Wheel - The commonly-utilized defensive technique by Red Moon Bo users. The technique is designed to protect the user from incoming projectiles, whether it may be elemental or not. It is one of the basic moves required to master the weapon and destroys the wall that keeps the user from approaching long-ranged fighters with their bodies. Standing firm while putting the arms in front of the chest, the user performs the three required hand seals. An ominous wind would blow from behind as the Red Moon Bō places itself in front of the user. It would rapidly start spinning rapidly, forming varicolored afterimages. Soon after a cloud of strangely-red-colored chakra, released from bō, starts gathering in a circular shape. This forms the defensive component of the technique. Any weapons that would hit the shroud would bounce off as if its blown by the wind, while elemental projectiles would dissipate into chakra and get absorbed by the bō. However, it may seemingly look overpowered, but too much chakra absorbed will overload and break the barrier, thus ending the ninjutsu. It can absorb up to 3 A-rank and below elemental techniques per event (one per usage) before the weapon will be overloaded with too much chakra, each use counting towards the user's move count.



T'Challa wouldn't hesitate as he witnessed the woman begin to gain a cloak of tailed beast chakra while also releasing the mark which began to spread on her forehead. He'd quickly fashion two handseals and stomp the ground as the Tailed Beast cloak manifested tails, this caused a burst of wind chakra to erupt below the woman lifting her off the ground while it surronded her entirely leaving no room to escape. The wind would shape itself into a concentrated orb which made movement impossible for Nana as the orb grew tighter and tighter. Strength nor her healing ability would help her as she was being slowly suffocated within the confines of the orb.

(Fuuton: Haha shikyū) Wind Style: Mother's Womb

Description: The user focuses their wind chakra on the floor underneath their opponent as they perform 2 hand seal before stomping down on the ground causing a strong, but harmless, torrent of wind to shoot up from underneath the opponent. The user will then manipulate the torrent of wind in order to create a concentrated orb of wind that encloses around their opponent trapping them in a small circular space. The space inside the orb is tight, leaving them in a sitting position before it gradually shrinks until the opponent is forced to take a fetal position like the times when they were in their mothers womb. The wind orb consists of many racing wind currents that rapidly circulate around the opponent, creating a near solid concentrated wind orb inside and out, while making it difficult for the opponent to breath as outside air cannot penetrate the orb leaving them with the little amount of air that was captured when the orb first formed. The orb is strong enough to withstand most elemental and raw chakra attacks, following the strengths and weaknesses, and once inside if the opponent does not counter correctly their attack may end up backfiring, but if they do not escape in time then the user will faint due to lack of air.

(Tajū Mugen Hōyō ) - Multiple Infinite Embraces

Description: This technique is a stronger version of Infinite Embraces and is used basically in the same manner. The user will do the Tiger → Dog → Horse → Dragon → Boar hand seals and slam his hands on the ground, creating a bigger barrier than the original technique but similar in its essence which drains the target's chakra but also pushes down on them making it much harder to break free. The massive pressure the technique puts on the target prevents the target from moving unless it has some sort of enhanced strength ability, making it very difficult to break free from it. Unable to move, the targets are also unable to mold chakra above A-Rank while having his chakra drained. The barrier can only be broken by A-Rank techniques or above or by attacking the user.

T'Challa would also prepare himself for the opponent by augmenting his Lightning Chakra, increasing its vibrating frequency several fold.

Raiton: Cho Biburato Raiton (Lightning style: Super Vibrating Lightning)

Description: The user must be a Master Raiton User. With this the user can increase the frequency of his Lightning Chakra and with it, make an object that has more penetrative force then that of a Fuuton technique. Killer Bee's lightning prowess is so great, he can even charge weak but sharp pencil-point to pierce straight through a large tree trunk. As stated by Kisame, Killer Bee is able to do this by increasing the vibration frequency of his lightning chakra to surpass the standard penetrative force of wind-chakra.

The user will do the Tiger → Dog → Horse → Dragon → Boar hand seals and slam his hands on the ground, creating a bigger barrier than the original technique but similar in its essence which drains the target's chakra but also pushes down on them making it much harder to break free. The massive pressure the technique puts on the target prevents the target from moving unless it has some sort of enhanced strength ability, making it very difficult to break free from it. Unable to move, the targets are also unable to mold chakra above A-Rank while having his chakra drained. The barrier can only be broken by A-Rank techniques or above or by attacking the user.

T'Challa would also prepare himself for the opponent by augmenting his Lightning Chakra, increasing its vibrating frequency several fold.

Zee technique states that “This technique allows one to create a shockwave while falling in the air, or while trapped in a body of water or mud.” Meaning it doesn’t need to make physical contact to initiate. What I say happens is , she slam her fist down right as she gets entangled inside the orb. Still activating said technique still causing the wind orb to disperse, leaving you (lgeezy) to defend as such.

Okay as per the check and as discussed in VMs - Your use of the Running Disc is classed as Ninjutsu and not Nintaijutsu so the +70 to your taijutsu wouldn't apply to the shockwave for the simple fact that striking the disc in no way would increase the power of the chakra from the explosive shockwave and in no way does the strike in the technique describe it to physically affect me or the environment, only being used to initiate the shockwave. Which also in this case was activated without contact as per the check due to being ensnared in the Wind Orb. You'd only be granted +20 to the technique leaving its power as a boosted A-rank with 80 damage points. According to elemental interactions, Elemental chakra is stronger than Raw chakra which in turn makes my Wind Orb F-rank against the Raw Chakra. Since your shockwave isn't strong enough to disperse the wind orb it would be neutralized and you and your personal summon would faint within the orb. I will continue with my move with you currently sitting at 140 hp due to the 2 turns the Tailed Beast Drug has been active, and which is no deactive as you have gone unconscious.

Having augmented the power of his Lightning Release he'd go ahead and erase this woman from the record as a single thunderbolt of Black Lightning fell from the heavens in such large size that when it struck Nana engulfing her whole body.

Not sure how it was decided that the disc doesn't require the stated physical strike in order to produce the shockwave, if the statement about the shockwave is meant to have any value. Even if it is a mistake of wording and the original intent was to make it so that contact wasn't required, the content of the jutsu directly states the shockwave is triggered by physical contact.

Now, the matter of Lgeezy's response to the use of the disc. While there's definitely something to be said on how this technique should be treated, especially in the context of boosts being applied to it, I'll say that Lgeezy's response to the disc technique is invalid, since it doesn't respect Teno's check. It stated that the fight was to be continued with the shockwave having broken the Wind technique. Lgeezy instead chose to reply in a way that was different from what the Sensei check mandated. I'm aware of the messages between Lgeezy and Teno, and this was something that should have been included in the onsite ruling. Discord DMs are no substitute for onsite rulings or checks. I've also considered the possibility that when Teno responded to Lgeezy's message, which in my mind is most likely what happened, regarding the validity of the boosts, he didn't think about whether the shockwave's lower damage numbers would make a difference as to whether or not the bubble would be broken, hence why the ruling wasn't amended. Whether it is simple negligence, insofar as he was only focused on the question Lgeezy had and not the potential implications the answer would have on the fight it pertained to, or just being incorrect doesn't matter. Discord DMs do not supersede onsite checks. As it stands, the official ruling given by Teno remains that the bubble of wind is broken by the shockwave. As Nana reached short range of a few meters of her opponent, Nana struck her opponent discharging the electricity, while the chakra arms drove forwards striking the man with a succession of powerful blows. Even if he escaped to long range, the chakra arms were able to catch him, both striking him from either side. Ideally, she would attack him from the front with her blows while the chakra arms would strike on either side.

Pretty easy check considering you admitted to the mistake yourself in VM's Zat. You realise you're a sensei yourself, right? Act like one. Anyway, clearly the wrong technique usage as this is reserved for Sumire/Nue bios.

If you had just settled your differences and continued letting LGeezy go on with ignoring your moves as if they didn't happen, then this wouldn't have been your final check. I went through the fight, seems Zat used Tai boosts on Nin techs so I'm gonna make this call;

This causes temporary paralysis and makes the enemy's movements slow from the electrical currents retracting the muscles. This effect lasts for one turn.

As discussed in VM's, Chakra Arms dont happen. Also its been 3 turns for all your modes. Im currently at 50 HP. ~_~ But as far as HP rules go, guess I'd only be afflicted by torso damage at the 80% mark.

T'Challa was knocked backwards as the shockwave carried more power than he had originally anticipated. It was a powerful attack but nothing the Black Panther couldn't shrug off. As he recovered from the knock back and flipped onto his feet, he saw the would be Jinchuuriki dashing towards him in a slight arc so she wasn't on a direct path with him. T'Challa would begin reaching into his tool pouch as Lightning surged from his entire body and he became clad in his signature Lightning Armor. He'd quickly outpace the woman thanks to the Lightning allowing him to move so fast that even her eyes were unable to follow his movements, let alone match his speed as she neared him. As he moved past her, he would have also consumed a Senzu Bean which would heal him completely at the expense of chakra. Before the woman's mind had processed the fact T'Challa was no longer in front of her, he was already calling out to her. T'Challa stood 5 meters away with his arms crossed, trying to see what the opponent would do next.

(Raiton Chakura Mōdo) - Lightning Chakra Armor

Description: The user wraps their body in a layer of lightning chakra which, instead of being used offensively, is used to electrically stimulate their nervous system. The technique speeds up neural synapses reaction time, and pushes physical prowess to the absolute limit allowing for tremendous raw speed. The technique has different levels of activation each visibly depicted by the users hair which stands up when the technique is activated to the fullest. The higher the level, the higher the speed the user can achieve. This mode, combined with taijutsu, allows the users to utilize nintaijutsu. When using the armor at full power, it causes the tips of A's hair to spike up and his reflexes are said to be comparable to those of Konoha's Yellow Flash, making it difficult even for the Sharingan to keep up with him. Despite the large quantity of chakra it releases and uses up, the armor doesn't damage enemies who touch it, leaving the user able to interact with those around, allies or enemies as well as tools, weapons, etc.
Level One: The base activation of the mode, the user's speed doubles and he gains a x2 speed boost. His Taijutsu increases as well, by +20 damage. This state can last up to 4 turns.
Level Two: The most commonly used state and the one generally referred to, this activation causes the user's hair to slightly raise upwards as his speed increases x3 speed. This likewise increase his strength +10 more than level one. This state can only last 3 turns max each usage.
Level Three: The highest level of the Lightning Chakra Armor, the user uses this state to increase his reactions and speed to the max, gaining a x4 speed boost and a +40 damage boost to Taijutsu. The users speed increases to a point where only the highest Gates, Jinchuriki modes and instant techniques outstrip the user in terms of speed, appearing as a blur to most targets. This state however, only lasts 2 turns, after which the mode in it's entirety cannot be accessed for at least 4 turns.

Note: Level Two can only be used three times max each event and Level Three can only be used twice, during which only Taijutsu and Lightning may be used exclusively.
Note: Can only be used by the 3rd and 4th Raikages.

(Senzu Mame) Hermit Bean

Description and Background: The Hermit Bean, also known as a Senzu Bean are mystical beans with immense rejuvenation properties. Senzu Beans are grown by a wise medical sage master named Korin in Korin Tower to the far wast, across the known world. The plant takes months to grow even a single bean as it is cultivated and infused with Medical chakra used for the Mystical Palm Technique every step of the way. When eaten, the consumer's physical health is restored to their fullest; the effects are almost instantaneous for the recipient, making these beans a great asset both in and out of battle. Their texture is said to be a cross between an uncooked (or under ripe) bean and a celery stalk, and it's even known that Senzu Beans taste like fish. When eaten the user's flesh bulges as blood and chakra are forcibly pumped into the muscles. The latent medical chakra completely invigorates the user's body as they are healed via a combination of their bodies' natural healing ability and the medical chakra amplifying this process several folds. These beans, however, can only heal physical ailments and not mental damage. Like the technique it's based on the Senzu Bean is unable to regrow missing body parts or remove poisons, or toxins from the body. However, it is able to heal the damage associated with these ailments such as closing the wound associated with a missing appendage or healing damage dealt to the body through the application of poison.
Description of Side Effects:
-After eating a Senzu Bean, the user's health will restore back to full health, however, this healing will cause the user's chakra to plummet. Spending three times the amount of health healed. Additionally, they are unable to use any Medical Ninjutsu for three turns following consumption this includes other types of medicine.
-A user can only eat a single bean and can only give out a max of two beans per battle/event.
-Eating a bean costs a move per use.

The sudden flair of lightning chakra around her opponent was followed by a burst of speed, escaping her range. It was clear that he favoured speed, and while Nana preferred shows of strength, she would need to outwit her opponent. Making two seals, she would form chakra in the sky around the entire battlefield, causing it to snow, or at least seem like it was snowing when in reality, it was her sugar crystals falling down. The gauntlets once again leached off her chakra, forming a secondary skin. These crystals littered the battlefield, forming a gliterring pattern as she walked towards her opponent with a smirk on her face.

Description:
The user will make 2 hand seals and cause Sugar chakra to begin to form at a high altitude, in which will then begin raining down upon the battlefield for 3 turns. During this time the user can use this sugar for a variety of usages such as a source of techniques, to completely wrap around an opponent to immobilise them, or to detonate causing damage after making a single handseal, taking a Jutsu slot per turn. During this time a sparkling shining glitter can be seen through the battlefield to which the user can press for their advantage. Another usage that the user can do to take advantage of the falling sugar is by channelling lightning chakra with the falling sugar, and forming a single seal to clump it together it can refract blind an opponent temporarily interrupting them or throwing off their aim. One technique to use to end the jutsu prematurely is to cause it all to fall at once by making two handseals, clumping down to fall like bombs, covering the entire battlefield or area specific to where the user caused the sugar to fall.
