Medusa would upon getting to 10 meters from the masked man, smirk while passively raising her resistance and activating a Relic of hers. De Avaritia is active. Medusa would clap and summon Riku into the battle field. At the same time, Crona would assault Tchalla directly, raising several vines of earth that would pierce him from every sides.

Riku would stand 5 meters to Medusa's left and looks towards his new target.

To use the Relics of Helena, the user must have a unique sealing mark while each has its own duty. The sealing script is in the form of a small crucifix tattoo on the user's back. The relic's aim is to further advance passive medical jutsu, either by using them alternatively or by taking them to another level. However, some of this improved medical practices would now require some chakra to be spent if they don't require chakra before. Rudimentary medical practices which are passive in nature are the "Power of Resistance", "Diagnosis", "Extraction", "Blood Coagulation" and "Cleanse". however this particular relic only works for Power of Resistance.

Arc of Abstinence is a sealing script that is in the form of a small crucifix seal. It is represented by kanji for "resist" and thus it augments one's power of resistance. Basic power of resistance requires no chakra input but with the addition of chakra sealed within the seal of abstinence, power of resistance is taken to another level. The newly advanced power of resistance not only maintains its primary duties, it goes further to augmenting the user's anatomy from more factors that's affects him. It also goes beyond the anatomy and add power of resistance to the user's mind and body seals. The default "power of resistance" must be in use before the seal can be activated and like the default, the seal is passively activated albeit one would spend chakra this time but only to activate the seal.
Anatomy
In addition to getting a boost to one's natural resistance to disease, poison, toxins, acids, alkaline substances, etc and because this is done by an invisible warm barrier(shield) around one's body, the seal flushes sealed medical chakra into the user's chakra network, which is used solely to increase the density and power of the resistance aura around the user's anatomy. The user uses this premise and create a tougher and advanced form of non-physical shield, though now would not only shield the user's body as a whole but would shield every cells on his body. This makes it able to withstand higher level bio hazards more potent than those originally mentioned, even to some extent, stop the decay(natural) of tissues and cells(cosmetic). This would also make the cells resistance to radioactive decay. Elaborately, this means, one's resistance to the effects now are enhanced and would even shield the user if it were enemy techniques, though the only thing that won't affect the user is the effects(venom, disease, bioharzards, etc) within the technique, the user is still susceptible to anything else like heat, shock, force, sharpness, impact etc., that might come with the technique.
Mind
The arc of abstinence not only works for the anatomy which is the physical, but also works for the spiritual thus at the same time, it also creates a shield around ones mind. This also increases one's mind resistance to foreign intrusion. The mind would resist any form of mind reading, control, false emotion implant and emotional effect arising from infusion of foreign chakra. This however does not resist genjutsu but would resist residual effect from genjutsu which affects the mind, like pain, fear, perception of time, etc. This means it can resist residual effect from S-rank and below genjutsu only and cannot resist effects from MS level genjutsu in any form. The user's chakra also is influenced by the power of resistance, however, it only resist external phenomenon from siphoning away or sealing off the user's chakra, unless the user has something to do with it or with the user's consent. By spending "double" the chakra when activating arc of abstinence, the power of resistance would extend to the Relics of Helena. Spending double the chakra would make the relics be able to resist any form of seal corrupting technique(so far the techniques don't harm the medium on which the seals are placed), thus the reason why double chakra is spent, as half of the total chakra is focused on fortifying the relics.​

NOTE
Though the seal is merely supplementary and cause no harm in any way, they have their drawbacks due to the user's advanced exertion of medical fuinjutsu, using normal fuinjutsu while the relics are in use costs +10 more chakra if they are A-rank and above.

Description
A passive seal that links the user and his techniques, balancing his physical with the spiritual. This seal would passively drain the user's chakra when a particular condition of unbalance jutsu usage is met. The seal tries to balance the appropriate amount of jutsu damage within a jutsu by adding the equivalent chakra, should the jutsu be unbalanced. This means whenever the user uses a technique with a damage threshold that is not equal with the chakra within the jutsu, the seal would siphon the amount of chakra needed to balance the equation from the user. For example: If the user has an A-rank jutsu with +10 damage, this brings the damage of the jutsu to 70 damage. The seal would respond accordingly, taking 5 of the user's chakra and adding it to the jutsu to make the chakra/damage ratio be
balanced. This additional chakra would bring the jutsu to be a bit off its rank value thus unable to be sealed by fuinjutsu or techniques aimed to absorb/seal the particular rank. For example, a fuijutsu technique aimed to seal an A-rank technique with 30 chakra value would be unable to seal a technique used with this seal due to the chakra threshold exceeding 30. This does not automatically bring the jutsu to the next rank but if the chakra threshold reaches those of higher rank, then it would require a fuinjutsu technique that can seal those rank to seal the technique. For example, an A-rank jutsu with 40 chakra threshold can only be sealed if the fuin tech can seal S-rank, etc. The addition of chakra does not increase the damage further as this seal is purely supplementary, it only balances the chakra according to the damage. The seal is located at the center of the user's lower abdomen and though requires the user's will to suppress/pause. Meaning the user can decide which jutsu the seal does not affect. Automatically without the user's will, it would affect the user's techniques that meets the requirement. Unfortunately, this does not work with
techniques above S rank.

Description:
The Witch's Legacy was forged by the first witches coven, stolen by Medusa, one of the Gorgon's sisters and modified while she was in Ryuichi cave. Medusa studied it for years before making her own modification to it. The Witch's Legacy is a pair of silver colored bracelets which can be worn on both arms. It is composed of an hybrid of organic and inorganic material that are extremely rich in Jugo's genes and nature energy. Also, it is particularly very durable and impervious to foreign chakra infusion or control. Majo no Isan can not be directly used offensively. Each pair of "The Witch's Legacy" has its own unique name and abilities. Ar and Em are the physical and spiritual aspect of "The Witch's Legacy". While Em is the bracelet on the right arm, Ar is the bracelet on the left arm.

"Ar"
The Witch's Legacy is rich in nature energy and due to its composition of Jugo's dna, it continually absorbs nature energy from the surrounding and feeds it to the user. Ar takes the physical aspect of the natural energy while amplifying and refining it for specifics effects that only affects anything physical within the user. Ar would affect the user's strength and vigor, using natural energy to increase muscle tone and flexibility. It would also increase the user's bone density and physical balance. This would in turn, increase agility, speed, strength and endurance. The user's body speed and reaction would increase 2 folds, though the speed would not stack with other speed multipliers. An active ability of Ar however, is the ability to add "sage kata" to one's taijutsu by releasing a 1m aura of absorbed natural energy to surround the attacking limb, adding +20 to the Taijutsu attack. This would take a move slot though used in the timeframe of the taijutsu attack in question. Would leech 20 chakra from the user and can only be used once every 2 turns twice per battle. Having used Sake Kata, one would be unable to perform above A-rank taijutsu the next turn.

"Em"
Em takes the spiritual aspect of the natural energy while amplifying and refining it for specific within the user. Em would take some of the saturation of natural energy (10 per turn), gotten from the passive absorption of natural energy via Jugo’s DNA and convert them to refined sage chakra, storing it within itself and may be added when the user enters sage mode. Once the user initiates sage mode however, sage chakra conversion could not be used to add sage chakra to the user again. Conversion leeches 5 chakra per turn from the user's native chakra. Actively, Em can be used to break genjutsu up-to S-rank once every two turns twice per battle. Instead of channeling the chakra to boost a ninjutsu, the chakra can be actively channeled into the chakra system, acting as a surge to free one from genjutsu. This would take a move slot though can be used in the same timeframe as another jutsu since the user is not directly using his chakra for the surge.

Sage Kata and Surge are active abilities of The Witch's Legacy and they follow their respective restrictions as mentioned.
Should anyone apart from Priest tries to wear the bracelets, it would petrify them.



(Kagura Shingan) Mind's Eye of Divine Entertainment

Description:
This ability, unique to Uzumaki Karin, is a much more advanced sensing ability than the normal Chakra Sensing technique. This ability allows Karin to find, sense, and track individuals through their chakra over vast range that exceeds 10 kms and allows her to see up to 6 landmarks away, including over oceans. This is done by focusing and opening the mind's eye, which Karin has active at all times. The ability extends to telling when a person is lying from the fluctuations in a person's chakra made from dishonest emotions or detecting if someone, including herself, is under a genjutsu, or even if someone is molding chakra for a technique. It can also detect diseases and other harmful effects the user or those within range might be under the effect off. Also by focusing on a particular chakra, Karin can perceive its location and movement with great detail. Even normal chakra suppression techniques are ineffective to hide from this ability.
Note: Its an exclusive ability of Uzumaki Karin bios and is active at all times.



Hebi Kuchyosei: Kurona - Snake Summoning: Crona

Description:
The user would smear blood on his snake tatoo or make the sunmoning rites, clap or press their hands against a surface to summon Crona. Crona is a black with red eyes snake that is said to be the reincarnation of Medusa's only daughter, who died long ago. She's quite timid to the summoner but crazy to anyone else who's not an ally to her summoner.
She could grow to as long as 20 meters and as big as giant snakes. Unlike most orochimaru's snake that can wield the Kusanagi. Crona is also unable to use any traditional elemental ninjutsu, but to make up for this, she is constantly saturated with natural energy , a sage and able to use snake sage techniques, however, she can choose whether to let her innate nature chakra to interact with her summoner or not. While merged, she can not talk but only communicate telepathically with her summoner and she's able to give a very small portion of her nature energy to her summoner (20 per turn). This would not normally add any augmentation to the user nor would it increase the user's domestic or sage chakra but if the user is in sage mode or has a DNA make up to accept nature energy, the chakra would be used to boost the user's ninjutsu damage up to Crona's rank , boosting it by +20 (but only +10 for S-rank moves) . However, this can only be done on one technique per turn. This boost is regarded as a passive boost. The downside to this natural boost is that the user is unable use fuinjutsu and genjutsu while Crona is boosting his technique, except fuinjutsu seals that are mentioned in his bio. He can only resume using the aforementioned techniques if Crona stops boosting his technique. Crona's nature energy gives her natural durability to C-rank and below ninjutsu. Her venom is quite lethal. The snake venom contains "cardiotoxins" which are components that are specifically toxic to the heart. They bind to particular sites on the surface of muscle cells and cause depolarisation. The toxin prevents muscle contraction. These in turn, would cause the heart to beat irregularly and stop beating, causing death after 4 turns if not cured. Apart from that, it causes body muscles to become stiff and thus gradual paralysis. No B-rank and above taijutsu two turns after the venom is administered and speed is halved. No taijutsu or movement can be performed due to total body paralysis in the third turn after the venom is injected. Death in the 4th turn after the venom is injected.
Using snake ninjutsu and snake senjutsu count as moves.
Boosting the user's senjutsu two turns or more in a row will have the second and each subsequent instance count as a move.

( Kuchiyose Kinjutsu: Edo Tensei ) - Forbidden Summoning Technique: Impure World Reincarnation

Description: The Summoning: Impure World Reincarnation is a forbidden technique used to revive the dead. To perform this technique, the user must first acquire some of the DNA of the person they intend to revive such as limbs, organs or merely blood samples. The soul of the intended revived must also reside in the pure world (jōdo) those whose soul has been consumed by the Death God, or have been previously sealed by other methods cannot be resurrected. Next, a living sacrifice is required for the soul of the resurrected to use as a vessel. Once all prerequisites for the technique have been met, the acquired DNA of the person is smeared on a special scroll and once the scroll is activated, the remains spread out in the form of a special seal with the living sacrifice in the centre. Then dust and ash encase the sacrifice's body, giving them the same appearance that the revived had at the time of their death. The person is then revived and the end product is usually stored in a casket until summoned by the user by performing the Tiger → Snake → Dog → Dragon → Clap hands handseals. When the user summons the revived soul, a casket first appears before revealing the revived soul. The Edo Tensei Summoning can be countered by sealing away the targets soul or by having the summoner cancel the technique. As they are unlikely to do this voluntarily, using a genjutsu to trick them into cancelling the technique is ideal. The sequence of hand seals for cancelling the technique is Rat → Ox → Monkey → Tiger → Dragon → Boar and saying Kai. If the summoner dies before the technique is deactivated, then this method is impossible. If the summoned soul's controlling tag is overcome or disabled by a technique or if the user so wishes it, the summoned soul or the user can both sever the contract through the use of the Snake → Ram → Boar → Dog → Tiger seals. The summoned soul is then left as an immortal revived soul, autonomous and without any link to the summoner.
Note: A bio can only have up to a total of three souls for revival which must abide by a few rules, specific for the technique.
Note: The user of the technique can only have up to 3 Vessels in total. Orochimaru, Kabuto and Tobirama are able to have up to 2 Vessels present in battle though only one of these can be a vessel from a battle.

Intense heat such as that produced by the flames of Amaterasu can counter the effects of this technique, causing affected inorganic materials to revert to their previous state.
Note: Effects of the technique last two turns and can only be used while on Snake Sage Mode.

Description: One of the 3 great Doujutsu, the Rinnegan has, like the other, the ability to see chakra and the chakra flow of individuals. It also allows the user a great clarity of perception and tracking abilities, although its levels vary from user to user. Dispicted as the eyes of the SO6P, the Rinnegan awaken on Madara Uchiha after he obtained his EMS and implanted Hashirama's Senju cells in himself. Having both lineage from the SO6P allowed him to awake the Rinnegan. When Madara activates the Rinnegan, he seems to not suffer any kind decrease in his EMS abilities in terms of tracking speed, clarity of perception or seeing chakra. Eventually his eyes were bestowed upon Nagato Uzumaki and in him manifested lower abilities (equal or comparable to a 3 Tomoe Sharingan). While Nagato was never able to deactivate his eyes, Madara could switch at will between his EMS and Rinnegan eyes, although he wasn't able to go from 3 Tomoe to Rinnegan directly. Eventually Obito transplanted Nagato's (and subsequently Madara's) Left Rinnegan into himself. By doing so he gained access to both Doujutsu at the same time although losing the ability to deactivate the Rinnegan and as such, losing chakra constantly to maintain it.
Note: Constantly passively active in Nagato and Obito bios
Note: Requires activation ( spending move ) for Madara bios but remains active indefinetely afterwards if the user chooses to. After having a complete Madara bio with Rinnegan for 1 month, user becomes able to switch between both doujutsu without spending a move. Actively, Em can be used to break genjutsu up-to S-rank once every two turns twice per battle. Instead of channeling the chakra to boost a ninjutsu, the chakra can be actively channeled into the chakra system, acting as a surge to free one from genjutsu. This would take a move slot though can be used in the same timeframe as another jutsu since the user is not directly using his chakra for the surge.

Description:
This ability, unique to Uzumaki Karin, is a much more advanced sensing ability than the normal Chakra Sensing technique. This ability allows Karin to find, sense, and track individuals through their chakra over vast range that exceeds 10 kms and allows her to see up to 6 landmarks away, including over oceans. This is done by focusing and opening the mind's eye, which Karin has active at all times. The ability extends to telling when a person is lying from the fluctuations in a person's chakra made from dishonest emotions or detecting if someone, including herself, is under a genjutsu, or even if someone is molding chakra for a technique. It can also detect diseases and other harmful effects the user or those within range might be under the effect off. Also by focusing on a particular chakra, Karin can perceive its location and movement with great detail. Even normal chakra suppression techniques are ineffective to hide from this ability.
Note: Its an exclusive ability of Uzumaki Karin bios and is active at all times.

The user would smear blood on his snake tatoo or make the sunmoning rites, clap or press their hands against a surface to summon Crona. Crona is a black with red eyes snake that is said to be the reincarnation of Medusa's only daughter, who died long ago. She's quite timid to the summoner but crazy to anyone else who's not an ally to her summoner.
She could grow to as long as 20 meters and as big as giant snakes. Unlike most orochimaru's snake that can wield the Kusanagi. Crona is also unable to use any traditional elemental ninjutsu, but to make up for this, she is constantly saturated with natural energy , a sage and able to use snake sage techniques, however, she can choose whether to let her innate nature chakra to interact with her summoner or not. While merged, she can not talk but only communicate telepathically with her summoner and she's able to give a very small portion of her nature energy to her summoner (20 per turn). This would not normally add any augmentation to the user nor would it increase the user's domestic or sage chakra but if the user is in sage mode or has a DNA make up to accept nature energy, the chakra would be used to boost the user's ninjutsu damage up to Crona's rank , boosting it by +20 (but only +10 for S-rank moves) . However, this can only be done on one technique per turn. This boost is regarded as a passive boost. The downside to this natural boost is that the user is unable use fuinjutsu and genjutsu while Crona is boosting his technique, except fuinjutsu seals that are mentioned in his bio. He can only resume using the aforementioned techniques if Crona stops boosting his technique. Crona's nature energy gives her natural durability to C-rank and below ninjutsu. Her venom is quite lethal. The snake venom contains "cardiotoxins" which are components that are specifically toxic to the heart. They bind to particular sites on the surface of muscle cells and cause depolarisation. The toxin prevents muscle contraction. These in turn, would cause the heart to beat irregularly and stop beating, causing death after 4 turns if not cured. Apart from that, it causes body muscles to become stiff and thus gradual paralysis. No B-rank and above taijutsu two turns after the venom is administered and speed is halved. No taijutsu or movement can be performed due to total body paralysis in the third turn after the venom is injected. Death in the 4th turn after the venom is injected.

( Kuchiyose Kinjutsu: Edo Tensei ) - Forbidden Summoning Technique: Impure World Reincarnation

Description: The Summoning: Impure World Reincarnation is a forbidden technique used to revive the dead. To perform this technique, the user must first acquire some of the DNA of the person they intend to revive such as limbs, organs or merely blood samples. The soul of the intended revived must also reside in the pure world (jōdo) those whose soul has been consumed by the Death God, or have been previously sealed by other methods cannot be resurrected. Next, a living sacrifice is required for the soul of the resurrected to use as a vessel. Once all prerequisites for the technique have been met, the acquired DNA of the person is smeared on a special scroll and once the scroll is activated, the remains spread out in the form of a special seal with the living sacrifice in the centre. Then dust and ash encase the sacrifice's body, giving them the same appearance that the revived had at the time of their death. The person is then revived and the end product is usually stored in a casket until summoned by the user by performing the Tiger → Snake → Dog → Dragon → Clap hands handseals. When the user summons the revived soul, a casket first appears before revealing the revived soul. The Edo Tensei Summoning can be countered by sealing away the targets soul or by having the summoner cancel the technique. As they are unlikely to do this voluntarily, using a genjutsu to trick them into cancelling the technique is ideal. The sequence of hand seals for cancelling the technique is Rat → Ox → Monkey → Tiger → Dragon → Boar and saying Kai. If the summoner dies before the technique is deactivated, then this method is impossible. If the summoned soul's controlling tag is overcome or disabled by a technique or if the user so wishes it, the summoned soul or the user can both sever the contract through the use of the Snake → Ram → Boar → Dog → Tiger seals. The summoned soul is then left as an immortal revived soul, autonomous and without any link to the summoner.
Note: A bio can only have up to a total of three souls for revival which must abide by a few rules, specific for the technique.
Note: The user of the technique can only have up to 3 Vessels in total. Orochimaru, Kabuto and Tobirama are able to have up to 2 Vessels present in battle though only one of these can be a vessel from a battle.

Intense heat such as that produced by the flames of Amaterasu can counter the effects of this technique, causing affected inorganic materials to revert to their previous state.

Description: One of the 3 great Doujutsu, the Rinnegan has, like the other, the ability to see chakra and the chakra flow of individuals. It also allows the user a great clarity of perception and tracking abilities, although its levels vary from user to user. Dispicted as the eyes of the SO6P, the Rinnegan awaken on Madara Uchiha after he obtained his EMS and implanted Hashirama's Senju cells in himself. Having both lineage from the SO6P allowed him to awake the Rinnegan. When Madara activates the Rinnegan, he seems to not suffer any kind decrease in his EMS abilities in terms of tracking speed, clarity of perception or seeing chakra. Eventually his eyes were bestowed upon Nagato Uzumaki and in him manifested lower abilities (equal or comparable to a 3 Tomoe Sharingan). While Nagato was never able to deactivate his eyes, Madara could switch at will between his EMS and Rinnegan eyes, although he wasn't able to go from 3 Tomoe to Rinnegan directly. Eventually Obito transplanted Nagato's (and subsequently Madara's) Left Rinnegan into himself. By doing so he gained access to both Doujutsu at the same time although losing the ability to deactivate the Rinnegan and as such, losing chakra constantly to maintain it.
Note: Constantly passively active in Nagato and Obito bios

As Medusa began a series of hand seals, it quickly prompted T'Challa to activate his Lightning Armor. Vines fashioned from the earth itself were created by Corona to try and stab into him, however they were quickly out maneuvered by T'Challa as he raced forward. Meduas clapped, and a casket was seen rising from the ground. T'Challa versed in the art of Kinjutsu, knew this meant a undead shinobi would soon be summoned and in his ninja pouch were already prepared seals for situations such as this. At triple his base speed, (Lvl 36 speed) T'Challa would already have maneuvered behind Medusa while he simultaneously placed a seal on the back of the rising casket. This meant the Edo would never be allowed to be fully summoned, as the seal placed upon the casket kept the zombie locked away. In the same movement, T'Challa would strike a powerful physical blow upon Medusa sending her flying several feet away from the impact the impact breaking the woman's right arm and several ribs along with it. T'Challa clearly outpaced the woman untraceable to her naked eye. Even her advanced sensory wouldn't allow her body (Lvl 11 Speed) to keep up even if she knew the strike may be coming.

(Raiton Chakura Mōdo) - Lightning Chakra Armor

Description: The user wraps their body in a layer of lightning chakra which, instead of being used offensively, is used to electrically stimulate their nervous system. The technique speeds up neural synapses reaction time, and pushes physical prowess to the absolute limit allowing for tremendous raw speed. The technique has different levels of activation each visibly depicted by the users hair which stands up when the technique is activated to the fullest. The higher the level, the higher the speed the user can achieve. This mode, combined with taijutsu, allows the users to utilize nintaijutsu. When using the armor at full power, it causes the tips of A's hair to spike up and his reflexes are said to be comparable to those of Konoha's Yellow Flash, making it difficult even for the Sharingan to keep up with him. Despite the large quantity of chakra it releases and uses up, the armor doesn't damage enemies who touch it, leaving the user able to interact with those around, allies or enemies as well as tools, weapons, etc.
Level One: The base activation of the mode, the user's speed doubles and he gains a x2 speed boost. His Taijutsu increases as well, by +20 damage. This state can last up to 4 turns.
Level Two: The most commonly used state and the one generally referred to, this activation causes the user's hair to slightly raise upwards as his speed increases x3 speed. This likewise increase his strength +10 more than level one. This state can only last 3 turns max each usage.
Level Three: The highest level of the Lightning Chakra Armor, the user uses this state to increase his reactions and speed to the max, gaining a x4 speed boost and a +40 damage boost to Taijutsu. The users speed increases to a point where only the highest Gates, Jinchuriki modes and instant techniques outstrip the user in terms of speed, appearing as a blur to most targets. This state however, only lasts 2 turns, after which the mode in it's entirety cannot be accessed for at least 4 turns.

Note: Level Two can only be used three times max each event and Level Three can only be used twice, during which only Taijutsu and Lightning may be used exclusively.

( Fūin Fuda ) – Sealing Tag

Description: A basic sealing technique where the user places one or more tags either directly on a target or on a technique which is restraining it. As its placed, a sealing formula spreads around the technique or the target, sealing it. This technique has been seen used with Sand ninjutsu, Earth, Water, Wood, Cloth Ninjutsu, etc but basically any technique in which you can apply the tags can be used. In the case of expert ninjas, the tags might even be incorporated into the restraining technique, with no need to actually manually place the tag or tags. Additionally, less experienced ninjas can find that throwing one or more kunais with the sealing tags attached at the technique which will trigger the same effect when the kunais stick on the technique. This prevents the target from moving, molding chakra or even being summoned.
Note: The seal takes a while to form, so most opponents can either counter the restraining technique (thus preventing the sealing formula of taking effect) or rip off the tags from themselves negating its effects entirely. If the target, however, fails to counter the restraining technique or is counter to it fails or if he doesn't remove the tags in his next move, then the seal will fully be placed and the target unable to release himself.
Note: This technique is specially designed to be used on summons and Edo Tensei Summons but will work on any opponent except Jinchurikiis.

While she initiated the coffin to rise, she would be speed blitzed by Tchalla though he would instead of attacking her, go towards the coffin. Crona senses the man place a tag on coffin and Medusa would quickly react the moment Tchalla run past her. She would erect from her body and up to mid range of her, a lightning aura that would immediately shut down Tchalla's lightning armour. This would reduce Tchalla's speed back to default while Medusa speed remains double her base, thanks to her Witch's Legacy.

As the elbow approaches, Medusa would side step to her left while releasing a purple poison smoke that covers the entire short range vicinity, trapping both Medusa and the Black Panther. The purple cloud would also serve to cloud the vision of both fighters though it matters not to Medusa due to her numerous sensory perceptions. The immediate release of the smoke is done in tandem with the dodging of the elbow and Tchalla would equally have a hard time avoiding sniffing some if not a large chunk of the tainted air. Medusa side steps the elbow and grab Tchalla's free arm with her left hand and spin him around to face her. Medusa left hand would dig into Tchalla's flesh, tearing a large chunk of it away while she spins him. With her free right hand, she would jab forward and claws Tchalla's face, tearing some of his skin off his skull.

Crona would react to the tag placed on Riku's coffin, causing the immediate ground and the coffin itself to be possessed by her sage chakra. The ground would rise and form up into a massive dome that covers a 30meter diameter and encompasses the two battlers in a dark containment. This would be in place so that even if Tchalla finds a way to rid the purple cloud, his vision would still be dark. The wooden coffin would at Crona's control, separate from around Riku and morph into spears that protrude towards Tchala to impale him. Riku, free from the coffin, would passively activate his chakra sensory, preta and human paths though with his Rinnegan active, he has no problem seeing within the dark confinements of the dome.


Raiton: Zeusu no Waru-Hi - Lightning Style: Zeus's Evil Concubine

Description: This is a daughter technique to Lightning Style: EMP. The user would focus his lightning chakra into his core and releases all over his body and outwards to form an invisible aura(short range around him) of alternative form of lightning which is the ElectroMagnetic Pulse. The user can extend the aura up to mid-range at lightning speed if he wants. This aura is likewise harmless, not able to shock, numb or paralyze nor would it relate with matter, but its work is to shut down all electricity it touches. Perhaps subtle and defensive as it is, it's non aggressive nature allows it to slow down and halt completely every free electron within an electricity force field causing it to end. A ninja hit by this would be unable to mold lightning chakra. He would be able to regain his lightning manipulation a turn after he leaves the vicinity of the aura. A drawback to this is that the user's lightning jutsu is also affected by this.

Description: Vicious Mockery is the name given to special tags and metal canisters that can replace the users basic explosive tags and smoke bombs. Made by someone with an innate curiosity of poison release the tags or canisters can have different substances inside of them if they so choose needing specific skills to acquire these. The first is the basic Med Toxin, this variation requires the user to be a Medical Ninja, it's effects are the exact same as the Med Toxin. The second is their own custom poison this requires the user to be a Medical Ninja with access to a custom poison that they have created. Finally the third is a special poison created specifically for these tags and canisters for anyone with poison release to use. This poison is called Tasha's Hideous Laughter and has specific effects that include uncontrollable laughter on turn one accompanied by auditory hallucinations where people will mock and insult the poisoned individual, blurred vision, twitching and numbness on turn two reducing the poisoned individual's reactions by one fourth, partial paralysis on turn three making hand seals impossible and reducing the effected persons speed by three ranks and finally complete paralysis on turn four. This third variation can be used by anyone who knows poison release.
Note: These need to be mentioned in the bio or in the first post of the fight alongside the variation the user carries

Med Toxin
Type: Neurological
Description and Effects: Med nin with poison specialty are able to produce a incredibly potent poison, which is capable of making the entirety of a victim's body numb just moments after inhalation and may eventually prove fatal. This toxin causes partial paralysis after exposure, reducing the victim's movement and reaction speeds by 25%. After 4 turns untreated, this will result in near total paralysis as the victim loses almost complete motor control. Will cause fainting 6 turns after exposure due to lack of oxygen.

Symptoms are:
1: Difficulty breathing, loss of balance. Effects take place after 1 turn.
2: Dizziness and mental disability; their mind becomes hazed as do the senses. Inability to perform 4 or more handseals or complex techniques. Diminished reactions and speed reduced by 25%. Effects take place after 2 turns.
3: Near complete paralysis: The target becomes almost fully paralyzed, moving at 75% their speed and their reactions reduced at the same level. Effects take place after 4 turns.
4: Knockout: Muscles shut down, the body shutting down as well causing the target to pass out. Effects take place after 6 turns.

This aura is likewise harmless, not able to shock, numb or paralyze nor would it relate with matter, but its work is to shut down all electricity it touches. Perhaps subtle and defensive as it is, it's non aggressive nature allows it to slow down and halt completely every free electron within an electricity force field causing it to end. A ninja hit by this would be unable to mold lightning chakra. He would be able to regain his lightning manipulation a turn after he leaves the vicinity of the aura. A drawback to this is that the user's lightning jutsu is also affected by this.

Description: One of the 3 great Doujutsu, the Rinnegan has, like the other, the ability to see chakra and the chakra flow of individuals. It also allows the user a great clarity of perception and tracking abilities, although its levels vary from user to user. Dispicted as the eyes of the SO6P, the Rinnegan awaken on Madara Uchiha after he obtained his EMS and implanted Hashirama's Senju cells in himself. Having both lineage from the SO6P allowed him to awake the Rinnegan. When Madara activates the Rinnegan, he seems to not suffer any kind decrease in his EMS abilities in terms of tracking speed, clarity of perception or seeing chakra. Eventually his eyes were bestowed upon Nagato Uzumaki and in him manifested lower abilities (equal or comparable to a 3 Tomoe Sharingan). While Nagato was never able to deactivate his eyes, Madara could switch at will between his EMS and Rinnegan eyes, although he wasn't able to go from 3 Tomoe to Rinnegan directly. Eventually Obito transplanted Nagato's (and subsequently Madara's) Left Rinnegan into himself. By doing so he gained access to both Doujutsu at the same time although losing the ability to deactivate the Rinnegan and as such, losing chakra constantly to maintain it.

Description: Vicious Mockery is the name given to special tags and metal canisters that can replace the users basic explosive tags and smoke bombs. Made by someone with an innate curiosity of poison release the tags or canisters can have different substances inside of them if they so choose needing specific skills to acquire these. The first is the basic Med Toxin, this variation requires the user to be a Medical Ninja, it's effects are the exact same as the Med Toxin. The second is their own custom poison this requires the user to be a Medical Ninja with access to a custom poison that they have created. Finally the third is a special poison created specifically for these tags and canisters for anyone with poison release to use. This poison is called Tasha's Hideous Laughter and has specific effects that include uncontrollable laughter on turn one accompanied by auditory hallucinations where people will mock and insult the poisoned individual, blurred vision, twitching and numbness on turn two reducing the poisoned individual's reactions by one fourth, partial paralysis on turn three making hand seals impossible and reducing the effected persons speed by three ranks and finally complete paralysis on turn four. This third variation can be used by anyone who knows poison release.

Description and Effects: Med nin with poison specialty are able to produce a incredibly potent poison, which is capable of making the entirety of a victim's body numb just moments after inhalation and may eventually prove fatal. This toxin causes partial paralysis after exposure, reducing the victim's movement and reaction speeds by 25%. After 4 turns untreated, this will result in near total paralysis as the victim loses almost complete motor control. Will cause fainting 6 turns after exposure due to lack of oxygen.

Symptoms are:
1: Difficulty breathing, loss of balance. Effects take place after 1 turn.
2: Dizziness and mental disability; their mind becomes hazed as do the senses. Inability to perform 4 or more handseals or complex techniques. Diminished reactions and speed reduced by 25%. Effects take place after 2 turns.
3: Near complete paralysis: The target becomes almost fully paralyzed, moving at 75% their speed and their reactions reduced at the same level. Effects take place after 4 turns.
4: Knockout: Muscles shut down, the body shutting down as well causing the target to pass out. Effects take place after 6 turns.

T'Challa's armor shorted out suddenly as he moved to blitz his opponent unsure of the nature of the technique that had suddenly removed his ability to form Lightning chakra. It mattered not to him though. As suddenly as his armor was made to disperse it was replaced by a rapidly spinning pillar of Hellfire that spread outwards quickly filling the area and extending towards mid-range. The intense flame of Hellfire was more than enough to provide T'Challa with multiple protections from the slew of techniques being simultaneously dished out by the opponent. The intense pillar of Hellfire chakra would wash over Medusa who would be moving to strike after assuming her low stances. The poison she was released was not only burned out of existence, but it would also simultaneously be pushed from T'Challa as the flames washed over Medusa and Corona. What this also meant is that the Inorganic Reincarnation technique that was being formed would be neutralized immediately keeping the dome from ever forming, while also keeping the coffin sealed as T'Challa intended. This would allow the placed Sealing Tag to take full effect, leaving Riku out of the entirety of the battle.

Description: The user will create a large pillar of hellfire to surround the guarding them from all sides and damaging the landscape as well. This technique activates quickly without the use of handseals and causes the opponent's water based attacks to become useless for the turn after this is used due to an increase in temperature.

At the same time under the cover of the flames, T'Challa had matched the rotation of the pillar so he could safely perform his Taijutsu technique. The result was a powerful upwards kick that began to whip up several air currents, Medusa and Corna in short-range would also be swept up by this. However, this technique had been made much more powerful by T'Challa attached weapon Scarborough Fair. Chakra from the foot-mounted guns was released as T'Challa preformed his kick, the resulting blast not only increased his centrifugal force as he spun but also release multiple bullets from the foot-mounted guns that would cover the vicinity in short-range making it a dangerous place to be for Medusa. Soon a dragon comprised of pure air currents was shaped out of pure physical power so even if they somehow managed to avoid the flames, the Leaf Dragon God would follow in pursuit seeking to cut them down within its jaws.

Description: This is an ultimate taijutsu technique created by the legendary taijutsu master Chen. It appears to be initiated by an upward spin kick at which point it quickly becomes like tornado. Forming into a dragon with long whiskers, it attacks the target aiming to swallow them, at which point they are cut by the razor sharp air currents inside the attack. After initiating the attack, the user appears to remain shielded within the base of the tornado as the outward surface of the dragon seems to be solid enough for a person to impact and rebound off of, making the only way to enter the technique once it has been initiated is by being swallowed. However, there is one distinct weakness to the technique. Since the Dragon God's real form (and what it basically is) is that of an ordinary tornado, though cosmetically shaped into a dragon, its attack power is based on rotation. If one enters the attack's centre (Dragon's Eye) while rotating at high speed, such as Lee's One-Man Front Lotus, it can be dispersed without inflicting damage. The technique, while seemingly similar to Wind Release, is actually just the users own physical power (through the use of the spinning kick) shaping the air into currents through movement. It is, however, enough to fight off elemental ninjutsu of the same rank and below.

Description: The Scarborough Fair is a set of four large caliber handguns that act as the user conduits for chakra. These handguns are based upon the Derringer a gun capable of rapid fire, simple, and rugged. These four guns have been crowned with the names Parsley, Sage, Rosemary, and Thyme. Pushing the user's hand to hand ability to its limits, when combined with the user's chakra, the guns' rate of fire and stopping power are incredible. The user will makes use of these four weapons by holding two in their hands and two connected to the back of the user's feet which are fired through the use of chakra. To stay loaded at all times, the guns passively drain up to 40 chakra (10 each) per turn. Each weapon holds up to 40 chakra magazine at which points the weapon will stop draining/accepting additional chakra. During development, Ninja Scientists recognized that some situations may require more immediate offensive output, so chakra can be actively loaded by the user by sacrificing one of their moves to fuel one or more of the handguns with chakra. This chakra can be spread among the weapons to load multiple at a time, but can only distribute up to 40 chakra between the weapons and can be done within the time frame of another technique. This allows the user to quickly stockpile the bullets damage resulting in a more powerful bullets as the need arises. Naturally, as long as the weapons are loaded with chakra they can fire chakra bullets up to S-rank depending on the amount of chakra used. It should be noted, that the user may also not expend more than 40 chakra from Scarborough Fair per turn which may be spread among the handguns as needed. These chakra bullets may be elemental or raw chakra, but this must be stated prior to the release as only a single element may be used in a turn. In the turn the user fires bullets from one of the weapons, they expend one of their moves per turn but may fire multiple simultaneously. This means the user will not be able to fire more than three of the weapons per turn. The main focus however behind these weapons lies in the fact they are held and mounted in such a way, they can be used to aid the user's melee combat. Users can supplement some taijutsu by firing the weapons in a way they act as propulsion for their movements. The propulsion increases the speed of the technique, which in turn increases the damage by half the amount of normally ranked jutsu at the expense of chakra within the weapon and thus a move allowing for more powerful strikes. For example, if the using an A-rank taijutsu, the user can supplement it by firing 10 chakra from the chosen handgun. This translates to +10 extra damage to the technique alongside additional flurries of chakra bullets which may cause collateral damage for those in close-range of the propulsion blast. This happens within the same time frame of the taijutsu when used this way, and one or more weapons may be fired if the technique permits it, each weapon fired counting as a move. There is a maximum to this however, as the user may not exceed a +40 damage threshold (S-rank) added to the taijutsu.
Note:
Bullets respect the elemental strengths and weaknesses but as mentioned the user may not expend more than 40 chakra from this weapon per turn. This can be done in single fire or semi automatic fashion. When fired semi auto, the resulting damage will be spread among the number of bullets fired as mentioned by the user during their turn.

With his Preta path active, he would absorb the fire in its entirety. Medusa who's closer to the fire would quickly put up her own defense to the fire, a defense that serves to attack at the same time. She would cause a layer of soapstone to coat her entire being and several sharp tendrils to protrude from the armor at fast speed towards Tchalla, travelling through the fire without being destroyed due to their power outweighing that of the fire. They would impale Tchala.

At the same time, Medusa would pigment her entire body. Crona's dome would still be intact making everywhere still dark.

Edit: As Agreed, your soapstone fails to protect you leaving you at the mercy of the Leaf Dragon God, you sustain 80 damage leaving you with 120 HP and Riku although immortal would need to spend some time reforming before he could do anything.



The Leaf Dragon God combined with Scarborough Fair proved to be a powerful combination underestimated by Medusa as several chakra bullets pierced through the soapstone and the air currents knocked T'Challa enemies into the sky. The air currents soon transformed into a dragon which swallowed both Riku and Medusa and proceeded to deal severe cuts to their body from the slicing wind. The dragon's exterior was effectively solid so as it moved upwards, it would break through the dome. The resulting rubble was sent crashing through other sections of the dome which in turn weakened the integrity of the structure so much it would collapse around T'Challa. The rubble would fall harmlessly around him as he fashioned his Hellfire chakra into a unique sword. Meanwhile, the dragon after exiting the dome would dissipate leaving the opponent's suspended in a freefall high above the ground (long-range).

With T'Challa no longer in Medusa's aura, he began to feel his Lightning chakra very faintly. He soon understood the woman was producing some type of effect that prevented him from being able to manipulate the element and so he would have to stay aware of his distance between the opponent and him. Medusa is sent flying with several bullets and the wind dragon overwhelming her defense. Once she's airborne and as soon as she senses Tchalla's sword come into existence, she would put up a healing aura around herself to heal her wounds. At the same time as Medusa, Crona would cause the ground to clamp and chop off Tchalla's feet around the ankle. The severing of the feet was quite fast due to the fact that Tchalla is standing on the immediate ground. Should Tchalla continue with performing the second fire technique, he would be amputated.

As the ground beneath T'Challa feet shifts, he realizes the opponent is up to their antics again. Without a second thought, he stabbed his Sword of Hellfire into the ground. With the sword being made from the flames of hellfire it was enough to stop Crona's technique in its tracks using the sword alone. But the sword would also send several chains of Hellfire towards Medusa seeking to burn her alive.

Description: The user releases his Hellfire chakra into the ground, which he concentrates on 5 points around the target. First the chakra bursts out of four of these locations around the target (imagine a square with the opponent in the center, the chakra bursts out at each of the corners of the square) as four heavy scorching and blazing chains made out of Hellfire. These chains go straight for the opponent in the center, piercing right through him while crossing each other to finally anchor themselves into the ground a few steps of where the opposing chain was released, creating an X-shape that ties down the opponent in the center.
The piercing alone is enough to cause mortal damage, however just after the chains bursted out of the ground and all of them pierced the target, the Hellfire chakra that was concentrated on the fifth spot, namely the center of the square and thus right below the target, is blasted upwards in the form of a fiery crucifix entangled with chains, making it for an instant look like that the target got crucified before turning to ash as a result of the flames.

As Medusa dealt with that, T'Challa quickly created a single handseal which resulted in the creation of several Shadow Clones who took immediate action. T'Challa and his clones would all begin backing away each performing a separate technique while they did so to overwhelm the opponent.

Description:
This technique is essentially a massive version of the Shadow Clone Technique. Instead of a maximum of 4 clones, it creates up to 8 shadow clones of the user. This is considered a kinjutsu, because it can potentially be dangerous to the person performing it, seeing as how all of the clones are given an equal amount of chakra directly from the user. Each clone is equal to the ones created by the original, simpler technique and can use all the techniques the user can.
Note: Usable only once per battle, disabling the further use of clones of any kind for the rest of the match.

Clone 1 would use his Lightning and Earth chakra on his surroundings turning the Earth from the broken dome into aerodynamic projectiles which Lightning was gathered behind to launch the projectiles with a large amount of speed towards the opponents. It would be impossible for them to dodge as they were in mid-air falling as well the sheer amount of projectiles and the speed at which they were being launched. This would effectively clear the debris that littered the battlefield.

Description: A technique in which the user releases suiton chakra from either their body, manipulates a water source, or the moisture in the air to create familiars. Should the user use this technique to manipulate the moisture in the air they can only create familiars within short-range of their position; however, should the user manipulate a water source the creation of the familiars can reach up to long-range. The familiars created from this technique share certain characteristics. This includes the nature of their composition and their basic abilities. The nature of the compositions of the familiars is that of a thick, viscous, glue-like water which is highly condensed to make them effectively solid. Additionally, the familiars are imbued with a limited form of sentience which feeds upon the user’s chakra allowing them to act autonomously from the user and respond to his or her will. This technique can produce two familiars, each unique from each the other. The user can create either one or both of the familiars but can never create two of the same familiar. Should the user create one, it will possess S-Rank capabilities. Should the user create both they will both possess A-Rank capabilities. Both familiars are shaped into humanoids upon creation and are roughly the same size as the user. They both move at the speed of an average kage ranked ninja.

Vothdar; Vothdar is one of the unique familiars that possesses the unique ability to manipulate his being and form into a sticky water with properties identical to that of Water Release: Grudge Rain Technique. Through this Vothdar becomes capable of draining 50 chakra with those he comes into contact with and can store that chakra within his body. To absorb chakra Vothdar simply needs to come into physical contact with an opponent and initiate the technique to manipulate his composition at the cost of a move. Alternatively, Vothdar can also absorb the chakra from an opposing technique allowing him to reconstitute himself and create a sort of self-regeneration. What this means is that Vothdar must be completely destroyed within elemental weaknesses and strengths of Vothdar's creation strength (A/S Rank). in order to be neutralized. Additionally, for each 50 chakra or technique absorbed the user can then have Vothdar merge with the user’s water techniques. This in essence causes Vothdar to enhance a water technique by +10 damage for each technique or 50 chakra drained from a target. Doing so will terminate Vothdar.

Vol Anari; Vol Anari is the other of the unique familiars that possesses a powerful variation of the Hiding in Mist Technique as its ability. Vol Anari can disperse its body into a thick, heavy mist and can move about the battlefield in this state at the speed of a Kage Ranked ninja. This can be done either passively or at the cost of a move to evade a technique within reason and elemental weaknesses and strengths. However, Vol Anari’s ability comes with a twist. Through its sentience Vol Anari becomes able to, in its mist state, surround an opponent and similar to Gaara’s sand manipulation abilities quickly condense on the opponent’s body and crush them under immense pressure as Vol Anari reforms. This is done at the cost of a move and the strength of the pressure is equivalent to the rank of Vol Anari’s body. Meaning if Vol Anari is created in conjunction with Vothdar the technique will produce an A-Rank strength. If Vol Anari is created alone, it will possess S-Rank strength.

Description: The user will slam their hands on the ground and send a absurd amount of suiton chakra into the ground, channeling it beneath a target. The water erupting in the form of eight dragon headed shaped water tendrils that are fairly dense and have a sticky quality that enables them to cling to the opponent, as well as a having a high piercing rate. Once the tendrils attach to their target, the user can preform the ‘Dragon’ handseal causing the tendrils to implode, if the tendril was completely wrapped around a limb, severe damage would be caused rendering the limb relatively unusable. The tendrils are able to freely and rapidly attack anything within a short range radius of where they originally erupted from.

Description: The strongest attack among the Plasma Release, this technique's power is dependent on the number of turns the user spends channeling chakra into the technique. The technique can be channeled for a maximum of three turns, growing in rank as the user gathers Plasma chakra. The technique begins with the user raising a finger towards the sky, gathering plasma into a orb above the finger. The orb starts small about the size of a basketball (A-rank), but as the user channels chakra into the technique it grows substantially in size and power, its final size being roughly half the size of a Tailed Beast Bomb (Forbidden Rank). As the technique grows, it radiates so much heat that it resembles a miniature sun and can begin to melt non-chakra infused metals within mid-range. Once released, the technique can be controlled by hand gestures.
Note:
A-rank usable three times per battle with a one-turn cooldown. A-rank use weakens water techniques by -10 damage for the next turn. S-rank usable twice per battle with a two-turn cooldown. S-rank reduces the rank of all water techniques by one for the next turn. Forbidden-rank usable once prevents use of water based techniques for the next turn. (Hyōrōgan) Military Ration Pills
Type: Healing
Description and Background:Military Rations Pills (兵糧丸, Hyōrōgan) are special pills that replenish one's chakra and nourish the body. It is made up of powerful stimulants and nutrients, said to allow the user to keep fighting for three days and three nights without rest. Replenishes 50 percent of the user's maximum chakra supply per pill taken, along with pumping stimulants into the body to alleviate tiredness. These pills are a basic medicine medical ninjas use or distribute in combat and are essentially dark brown small round pills which are swallowed and absorbed through the mucosa in the stomach. Can only be given out to up to 4 times, excluding the user's use.
Description of Side Effects:
-Taking two pills in a conflict results in hyper-stimulation of the cardiovascular system. The users heart rate and blood pressure increase to the point they become painful for 6 turns after taking the pill.
-Taking 3 pills in a conflict pushes the user's cardiovascular system to breaking point, resulting in heart failure after 4 turns.
-Costs a move per turn to use.

Medusa reacting concurrently with Riku's move, put Tchalla in a powerful genjutsu where he would see himself turn to a candy thus unable to move.

Following the genjutsu, Medusa would form a giant dragon made of chloroform and while riding on its head, move towards Tchalla at immense speed. Once the dragon reaches 10m from the enemy, Medusa would flip away and lands on the ground 10m away as the dragon drops on what remains of Tchalla.

Medusa would be completely revitalized so would end the medical jutsu, and would be positioned at the front of Tchalla while Riku is 15m behind Tchalla and a little to the left.

These creatures carry a form of sentience, where they are able to think and move on their own, while the user is open to use other techniques. They move at the speed of an Unofficial Sage. These creatures vary in size, from around 1 meter, to the largest being 15 meters in size and height. Their size is dependent on the rank of creature created via the technique, with S rank being the largest. The creatures maintain a quasi-solid form when created, with their exterior being solid-like and within them, the liquid Chloroform preside. This allows them to cause both blunt impact (directly proportional to the rank formed), and release at the cost of a move, a blast of Chloroform from their bodies through their mouths, or from a swipe of their limbs (un-ranked). As the creatures created can be formed based on imagination, the user is able to create both normal existing creatures as one as one's that fit the situation. The creatures are limited to their physical features (ones with wings are able to fly, and those with legs are able to run, etc). With the formation of a single hand seal, the user is able to expel the creature in the form of an explosion, unleashing outwards their liquid Chloroform towards an intended target or in a 360 degree explosion, drenching them in the sweet scented liquid.

Got some help on this since I've never checked a fight before and I'm trash at it. >_> Although Priest says that the chains go back to LGeezy as he stops using Universal Pull, the technique cannot be used in such a way that the opponents technique would turn on them like that. It would go to the user. I know the technique says that objects can be pulled into large arc-like motions, but it also says that the object will always end up being pulled toward the user. Dropping it probably would not do anything as it is already following a trajectory by that time and so will be hard to dodge.

But since Medusa and Riku are in long range in the air, Riku's usage of Universal Pull most likely causes the chains to pierce through only him and not Medusa, as the long range allows for the chains to have more time/space to converge into a single point, thus missing Medusa and only striking Riku. So at this point, I think Riku is gone, whilst Medusa has placed Tchalla in a genjutsu. No harm done to Medusa. Continue from there.

Reforming back to normal form, Riku would react to Tchalla's assault towards Medusa, passively replacing Human path with Deva path and pulling back the entire chains of fire and directing them in an arc towards Tchalla while dropping the pull so that it does not continue towards him. Medusa reacting concurrently with Riku's move, put Tchalla in a powerful genjutsu where he would see himself turn to a candy thus unable to move.

Following the genjutsu, Medusa would form a giant dragon made of chloroform and while riding on its head, move towards Tchalla at immense speed. Once the dragon reaches 10m from the enemy, Medusa would flip away and lands on the ground 10m away as the dragon drops on what remains of Tchalla.

Medusa would be completely revitalized so would end the medical jutsu, and would be positioned at the front of Tchalla while Riku is 15m behind Tchalla and a little to the left.

As per the check, Riku's use of Universal Pull was flawed and even though he drops the technique before the chains converge on him this doesn't stop them from piercing into him. This allows Medusa to perform her Genjutsu, only to get engulfed in the flames of Hellfire Crucifix erupting beneath her, this causes her to suffer a large amount of damage. Due to HP Rules, you'd be subjected to a variety of deliberating effects due to the mass of third-degree burns now covering your body since the flames are rendering you to ash. 200 - 120 (60% total HP ) = 80

  • 20% - An attack causing this amount of damage to the arms will cause the victim's arm based Taijutsu to cause 5 less damage and forming handseals will take longer with one handseal taking as long as two.

  • 60% - An attack causing this amount of damage will limit the users ability to effectively use their arms in combat. King T'Challa was backing away to keep out of range of Medusa EMP technique, he saw Riku outstretch his hands using his abilities to draw the four Hellfire chains towards him. Medusa took advantage of this as she could see T'Challa moving away and she pointed at him while unleashing a pink beam from her finger. As T'Challa backed away, he couldn't seem to avoid as it followed him before finally making contact. Instantly, T'Challa was engulfed by the pink energy and found himself unable to move. Only the sweet smell of chocolate and burning flesh filled the air as T'Challa now saw himself as a helpless bar of candy.

Even as a candy bar, T'Challa retained his senses. He could see Riku and Medusa had their own issues as they fell into T'Challa's trap. The chains released were only a ploy to draw the opponents' attention and keep them from realizing the true danger beneath them. The trap sprung as Riku was dragged towards the ground by the chains, Medusa still falling was too focused on placing her Genjutsu that she would be completely caught off guard by the eruption of the Hellfire Crucifix that engulfed them both. The flames were so hot, T'Challa could feel them even as a candy bar, but he realized he wasn't melting. He knew the flames of hellfire were very capable of causing such an effect, but it seemed the transformation was nothing more than an illusion aimed to restrict T'Challa. Testing this theory, he released his Lightning chakra once more engulfing his very being with Lightning chakra. The surge of chakra from every point of his body was more than enough to break the illusion while T'Challa quickly regained his composure and continued his previous course of action.

(Raiton Chakura Mōdo) - Lightning Chakra Armor

Description: The user wraps their body in a layer of lightning chakra which, instead of being used offensively, is used to electrically stimulate their nervous system. The technique speeds up neural synapses reaction time, and pushes physical prowess to the absolute limit allowing for tremendous raw speed. The technique has different levels of activation each visibly depicted by the users hair which stands up when the technique is activated to the fullest. The higher the level, the higher the speed the user can achieve. This mode, combined with taijutsu, allows the users to utilize nintaijutsu. When using the armor at full power, it causes the tips of A's hair to spike up and his reflexes are said to be comparable to those of Konoha's Yellow Flash, making it difficult even for the Sharingan to keep up with him. Despite the large quantity of chakra it releases and uses up, the armor doesn't damage enemies who touch it, leaving the user able to interact with those around, allies or enemies as well as tools, weapons, etc.
Level One: The base activation of the mode, the user's speed doubles and he gains a x2 speed boost. His Taijutsu increases as well, by +20 damage. This state can last up to 4 turns.
Level Two: The most commonly used state and the one generally referred to, this activation causes the user's hair to slightly raise upwards as his speed increases x3 speed. This likewise increase his strength +10 more than level one. This state can only last 3 turns max each usage.
Level Three: The highest level of the Lightning Chakra Armor, the user uses this state to increase his reactions and speed to the max, gaining a x4 speed boost and a +40 damage boost to Taijutsu. The users speed increases to a point where only the highest Gates, Jinchuriki modes and instant techniques outstrip the user in terms of speed, appearing as a blur to most targets. This state however, only lasts 2 turns, after which the mode in it's entirety cannot be accessed for at least 4 turns.

Note: Level Two can only be used three times max each event and Level Three can only be used twice, during which only Taijutsu and Lightning may be used exclusively.
Note: Can only be used by the 3rd and 4th Raikages.

Without a moment to spare, eight clones were created alongside T'Challa. Each took it upon themselves to perform a different task as soon as they were create seeing as the opponent would take steps to recover which T'Challa would not allow.

(Kinjutsu: Tajū Kage Bunshin no Jutsu) Forbidden Technique: Multiple Shadow Clones Technique

Description:
This technique is essentially a massive version of the Shadow Clone Technique. Instead of a maximum of 4 clones, it creates up to 8 shadow clones of the user. This is considered a kinjutsu, because it can potentially be dangerous to the person performing it, seeing as how all of the clones are given an equal amount of chakra directly from the user. Each clone is equal to the ones created by the original, simpler technique and can use all the techniques the user can.
Note: Usable only once per battle, disabling the further use of clones of any kind for the rest of the match.

Clone 1 would use his Lightning and Earth chakra on his surroundings turning the Earth from the broken dome into aerodynamic projectiles which Lightning was gathered behind to launch the projectiles with a large amount of speed towards the opponents. It would be impossible for them to dodge because of the sheer amount of projectiles and the speed at which they were being launched. This would also effectively clear the debris that littered the battlefield.

Clone 2 would create two familiars using his water chakra. Vothdar and Vol Anari would be created, Vothdar standing next to Clone 2 while Vol Anari spread himself passively into a mist through the battlefield that would make it hard for the opponent's chakra sensing to work properly but would also surround Medusa seeking to implode upon her body.

(Suiton: Tengoku Kanrinin) – Water Release: Heavenly Custodians

Description: A technique in which the user releases suiton chakra from either their body, manipulates a water source, or the moisture in the air to create familiars. Should the user use this technique to manipulate the moisture in the air they can only create familiars within short-range of their position; however, should the user manipulate a water source the creation of the familiars can reach up to long-range. The familiars created from this technique share certain characteristics. This includes the nature of their composition and their basic abilities. The nature of the compositions of the familiars is that of a thick, viscous, glue-like water which is highly condensed to make them effectively solid. Additionally, the familiars are imbued with a limited form of sentience which feeds upon the user’s chakra allowing them to act autonomously from the user and respond to his or her will. This technique can produce two familiars, each unique from each the other. The user can create either one or both of the familiars but can never create two of the same familiar. Should the user create one, it will possess S-Rank capabilities. Should the user create both they will both possess A-Rank capabilities. Both familiars are shaped into humanoids upon creation and are roughly the same size as the user. They both move at the speed of an average kage ranked ninja.

Vothdar; Vothdar is one of the unique familiars that possesses the unique ability to manipulate his being and form into a sticky water with properties identical to that of Water Release: Grudge Rain Technique. Through this Vothdar becomes capable of draining 50 chakra with those he comes into contact with and can store that chakra within his body. To absorb chakra Vothdar simply needs to come into physical contact with an opponent and initiate the technique to manipulate his composition at the cost of a move. Alternatively, Vothdar can also absorb the chakra from an opposing technique allowing him to reconstitute himself and create a sort of self-regeneration. What this means is that Vothdar must be completely destroyed within elemental weaknesses and strengths of Vothdar's creation strength (A/S Rank). in order to be neutralized. Additionally, for each 50 chakra or technique absorbed the user can then have Vothdar merge with the user’s water techniques. This in essence causes Vothdar to enhance a water technique by +10 damage for each technique or 50 chakra drained from a target. Doing so will terminate Vothdar.

Vol Anari; Vol Anari is the other of the unique familiars that possesses a powerful variation of the Hiding in Mist Technique as its ability. Vol Anari can disperse its body into a thick, heavy mist and can move about the battlefield in this state at the speed of a Kage Ranked ninja. This can be done either passively or at the cost of a move to evade a technique within reason and elemental weaknesses and strengths. However, Vol Anari’s ability comes with a twist. Through its sentience Vol Anari becomes able to, in its mist state, surround an opponent and similar to Gaara’s sand manipulation abilities quickly condense on the opponent’s body and crush them under immense pressure as Vol Anari reforms. This is done at the cost of a move and the strength of the pressure is equivalent to the rank of Vol Anari’s body. Meaning if Vol Anari is created in conjunction with Vothdar the technique will produce an A-Rank strength. If Vol Anari is created alone, it will possess S-Rank strength.

Note: Can only be used twice per battle.
Note: Familiars will remain on the battlefield for a maximum of four turns.

Clone 4 would use suiton chakra to have several dragon-shaped tendrils form beneath Medusa and Riku seeking to further bind them and damage them.

Suiton: Yakkaina Jōkyō | Water Style: Sticky Situation

Description: The user will slam their hands on the ground and send an absurd amount of suiton chakra into the ground, channeling it beneath a target. They will draw the moisture from underground and create water. Then by performing the ‘Dragon’ hand seal the water will burst from underground from all around the opponent. The water erupting in the form of eight dragon headed shaped water tendrils that are fairly dense and have a sticky quality that enables them to cling to the opponent, as well as a having a high piercing rate. Once the tendrils attach to their target, the user can preform the ‘Dragon’ handseal causing the tendrils to implode, if the tendril was completely wrapped around a limb, severe damage would be caused rendering the limb relatively unusable. The tendrils are able to freely and rapidly attack anything within a short range radius of where they originally erupted from.

(Hyōrōgan) Military Ration Pills
Type: Healing
Description and Background:Military Rations Pills (兵糧丸, Hyōrōgan) are special pills that replenish one's chakra and nourish the body. It is made up of powerful stimulants and nutrients, said to allow the user to keep fighting for three days and three nights without rest. Replenishes 50 percent of the user's maximum chakra supply per pill taken, along with pumping stimulants into the body to alleviate tiredness. These pills are a basic medicine medical ninjas use or distribute in combat and are essentially dark brown small round pills which are swallowed and absorbed through the mucosa in the stomach. Can only be given out to up to 4 times, excluding the user's use.
Description of Side Effects:
-Taking two pills in a conflict results in hyperstimulation of the cardiovascular system. The users heart rate and blood pressure increase to the point they become painful for 6 turns after taking the pill.
-Taking 3 pills in a conflict pushes the user's cardiovascular system to breaking point, resulting in heart failure after 4 turns.
-Costs a move per turn to use.

Medusa took advantage of this as she could see T'Challa moving away and she pointed at him while unleashing a pink beam from her finger. As T'Challa backed away, he couldn't seem to avoid as it followed him before finally making contact. Instantly, T'Challa was engulfed by the pink energy and found himself unable to move. Only the sweet smell of chocolate and burning flesh filled the air as T'Challa now saw himself as a helpless bar of candy.

Even as a candy bar, T'Challa retained his senses. He could see Riku and Medusa had their own issues as they fell into T'Challa's trap. The chains released were only a ploy to draw the opponents' attention and keep them from realizing the true danger beneath them. The trap sprung as Riku was dragged towards the ground by the chains, Medusa still falling was too focused on placing her Genjutsu that she would be completely caught off guard by the eruption of the Hellfire Crucifix that engulfed them both. The flames were so hot, T'Challa could feel them even as a candy bar, but he realized he wasn't melting. He knew the flames of hellfire were very capable of causing such an effect, but it seemed the transformation was nothing more than an illusion aimed to restrict T'Challa. Testing this theory, he released his Lightning chakra once more engulfing his very being with Lightning chakra. The surge of chakra from every point of his body was more than enough to break the illusion while T'Challa quickly regained his composure and continued his previous course of action.

Description: The user wraps their body in a layer of lightning chakra which, instead of being used offensively, is used to electrically stimulate their nervous system. The technique has different levels of activation each visibly depicted by the users hair which stands up when the technique is activated to the fullest. The higher the level, the higher the speed the user can achieve. This mode, combined with taijutsu, allows the users to utilize nintaijutsu. When using the armor at full power, it causes the tips of A's hair to spike up and his reflexes are said to be comparable to those of Konoha's Yellow Flash, making it difficult even for the Sharingan to keep up with him. Despite the large quantity of chakra it releases and uses up, the armor doesn't damage enemies who touch it, leaving the user able to interact with those around, allies or enemies as well as tools, weapons, etc.
Level One: The base activation of the mode, the user's speed doubles and he gains a x2 speed boost. His Taijutsu increases as well, by +20 damage. This state can last up to 4 turns.
Level Two: The most commonly used state and the one generally referred to, this activation causes the user's hair to slightly raise upwards as his speed increases x3 speed. This likewise increase his strength +10 more than level one. This state can only last 3 turns max each usage.
Level Three: The highest level of the Lightning Chakra Armor, the user uses this state to increase his reactions and speed to the max, gaining a x4 speed boost and a +40 damage boost to Taijutsu. The users speed increases to a point where only the highest Gates, Jinchuriki modes and instant techniques outstrip the user in terms of speed, appearing as a blur to most targets. This state however, only lasts 2 turns, after which the mode in it's entirety cannot be accessed for at least 4 turns.

Note: Level Two can only be used three times max each event and Level Three can only be used twice, during which only Taijutsu and Lightning may be used exclusively.
Note: Can only be used by the 3rd and 4th Raikages.

Without a moment to spare, eight clones were created alongside T'Challa. Each took it upon themselves to perform a different task as soon as they were create seeing as the opponent would take steps to recover which T'Challa would not allow.

This technique is essentially a massive version of the Shadow Clone Technique. Instead of a maximum of 4 clones, it creates up to 8 shadow clones of the user. This is considered a kinjutsu, because it can potentially be dangerous to the person performing it, seeing as how all of the clones are given an equal amount of chakra directly from the user. Each clone is equal to the ones created by the original, simpler technique and can use all the techniques the user can.
Note: Usable only once per battle, disabling the further use of clones of any kind for the rest of the match.

Clone 1 would use his Lightning and Earth chakra on his surroundings turning the Earth from the broken dome into aerodynamic projectiles which Lightning was gathered behind to launch the projectiles with a large amount of speed towards the opponents. It would be impossible for them to dodge because of the sheer amount of projectiles and the speed at which they were being launched. This would also effectively clear the debris that littered the battlefield.

Clone 2 would create two familiars using his water chakra. Vothdar and Vol Anari would be created, Vothdar standing next to Clone 2 while Vol Anari spread himself passively into a mist through the battlefield that would make it hard for the opponent's chakra sensing to work properly but would also surround Medusa seeking to implode upon her body.

(Suiton: Tengoku Kanrinin) – Water Release: Heavenly Custodians

Description: A technique in which the user releases suiton chakra from either their body, manipulates a water source, or the moisture in the air to create familiars. Should the user use this technique to manipulate the moisture in the air they can only create familiars within short-range of their position; however, should the user manipulate a water source the creation of the familiars can reach up to long-range. The familiars created from this technique share certain characteristics. This includes the nature of their composition and their basic abilities. The nature of the compositions of the familiars is that of a thick, viscous, glue-like water which is highly condensed to make them effectively solid. Additionally, the familiars are imbued with a limited form of sentience which feeds upon the user’s chakra allowing them to act autonomously from the user and respond to his or her will. This technique can produce two familiars, each unique from each the other. The user can create either one or both of the familiars but can never create two of the same familiar. Should the user create one, it will possess S-Rank capabilities. Should the user create both they will both possess A-Rank capabilities. Both familiars are shaped into humanoids upon creation and are roughly the same size as the user. They both move at the speed of an average kage ranked ninja.

Vothdar; Vothdar is one of the unique familiars that possesses the unique ability to manipulate his being and form into a sticky water with properties identical to that of Water Release: Grudge Rain Technique. Through this Vothdar becomes capable of draining 50 chakra with those he comes into contact with and can store that chakra within his body. To absorb chakra Vothdar simply needs to come into physical contact with an opponent and initiate the technique to manipulate his composition at the cost of a move. Alternatively, Vothdar can also absorb the chakra from an opposing technique allowing him to reconstitute himself and create a sort of self-regeneration. What this means is that Vothdar must be completely destroyed within elemental weaknesses and strengths of Vothdar's creation strength (A/S Rank). in order to be neutralized. Additionally, for each 50 chakra or technique absorbed the user can then have Vothdar merge with the user’s water techniques. This in essence causes Vothdar to enhance a water technique by +10 damage for each technique or 50 chakra drained from a target. Doing so will terminate Vothdar.

Vol Anari; Vol Anari is the other of the unique familiars that possesses a powerful variation of the Hiding in Mist Technique as its ability. Vol Anari can disperse its body into a thick, heavy mist and can move about the battlefield in this state at the speed of a Kage Ranked ninja. This can be done either passively or at the cost of a move to evade a technique within reason and elemental weaknesses and strengths. However, Vol Anari’s ability comes with a twist. Through its sentience Vol Anari becomes able to, in its mist state, surround an opponent and similar to Gaara’s sand manipulation abilities quickly condense on the opponent’s body and crush them under immense pressure as Vol Anari reforms. This is done at the cost of a move and the strength of the pressure is equivalent to the rank of Vol Anari’s body. Meaning if Vol Anari is created in conjunction with Vothdar the technique will produce an A-Rank strength. If Vol Anari is created alone, it will possess S-Rank strength.

The water erupting in the form of eight dragon headed shaped water tendrils that are fairly dense and have a sticky quality that enables them to cling to the opponent, as well as a having a high piercing rate. Once the tendrils attach to their target, the user can preform the ‘Dragon’ handseal causing the tendrils to implode, if the tendril was completely wrapped around a limb, severe damage would be caused rendering the limb relatively unusable. The tendrils are able to freely and rapidly attack anything within a short range radius of where they originally erupted from.

Type: Healing
Description and Background:Military Rations Pills (兵糧丸, Hyōrōgan) are special pills that replenish one's chakra and nourish the body. It is made up of powerful stimulants and nutrients, said to allow the user to keep fighting for three days and three nights without rest. Replenishes 50 percent of the user's maximum chakra supply per pill taken, along with pumping stimulants into the body to alleviate tiredness. These pills are a basic medicine medical ninjas use or distribute in combat and are essentially dark brown small round pills which are swallowed and absorbed through the mucosa in the stomach. Can only be given out to up to 4 times, excluding the user's use.
Description of Side Effects:
-Taking two pills in a conflict results in hyperstimulation of the cardiovascular system. The users heart rate and blood pressure increase to the point they become painful for 6 turns after taking the pill.
-Taking 3 pills in a conflict pushes the user's cardiovascular system to breaking point, resulting in heart failure after 4 turns.
-Costs a move per turn to use.

So my understanding of the complication here is that the discussion is about how much damage Medusa takes.
This is a little complicated however I'm going to do my best to explain how it should be played out.

The technique in question Jigokuton: Sentoerumo no Jujihouka) - Hellfire Release: St. Elmo's Crossfire is an S rank thats been boosted by 40 to 120 damage.
The technique itself has 5 points to its attack, the 4 chains and the 5th pillar that burns. All 5 attack deal damage as stated
"The piercing alone is enough to cause mortal damage, however just after the chains bursted out of the ground and all of them pierced the target, the Hellfire chakra that was concentrated on the fifth spot, namely the center of the square and thus right below the target, is blasted upwards in the form of a fiery crucifix entangled with chains, making it for an instant look like that the target got crucified before turning to ash as a result of the flames. "
It doesnt describe how much damage each part does, so it must be assumes that the damage is distributed evenly.
Next, although the chains did not hit their intended target, their point of origin is fixed and hasnt shifted, and when the 5th final pillar erupts, it comes straight up from the middle of the box, which was directed underneath Medusa. "namely the center of the square and thus right below the target, is blasted upwards "
Due to the failure of the counter in the previous check, the move goes through, However Id believe the damage to be split 4/5ths going to Riku and 1/5th going to Medusa.
There is no description of how thick, wide, or any dimensional size of the attack. The 4 points could be 5/10/15/20m meters apart from each other. Priest had stated that him and his Edo were summoned 5 meters away from each other, putting him on the bring of mid range.
Splitting the damage evenly between all points of attack, with 4/5th going towards Riku and 1/5th towards Medusa is hard, as it would eventually break down to be 120 for one attack, 100 for two attacks, 90 for 4 attacks and 80 for 8 attacks. as you can see its quite hard to break this down evenly. Id say that it would be best to make it 85 damage if you both agree to it.

TL : DR: Medusa takes 85 points of damage

On a note: if Priest wanted to argue about his genjutsu interrupting the St Elmos Crossfire technique, I'd recommend contesting the previous check. Accepting that the move went through where the chains wrapped around Riku means that the move has gone through. There doesnt seem to be any description of waiting for the chains to connect before the final pillar is released, but as stated at the start, the 5 points are made simultaneously.

The first issue at hand here is simple, that is, whether or not the Lightning Chakra Mode counts as a full-body surge technique. What makes a full-body surge technique classified as such as that, when its performed, the chakra is channeled to every point on the body (ergo, in an unfocused manner), from which it may then be released depending on the technique. Chidori Nagashi, when used as a method of Gen break, must be an omnidirectional surge, as it has to be manipulated to and released from every point on the body. I'll quote Jay's ruling, which deals with a similar case:

BATTLE CHECK

This check is actually rather simple it depends entirely on whether or not ReXii is able to break the Genjutsu through the Power of the Sun. The jutsu as both have quoted requires one to utulize Yang Chakra to reinforce their body, in order for this to happen they have to flood their body with Yang Chakra, which is indeed a chakra surge. It's the same reason you can use the S Rank Earth Armor as a chakra surge, its an armor but because you need to flood your body with Doton chakra to achieve it you can disrupt Genjutsu with it. Considering Power of the Sun is 100 chakra, it should be more than enough to break the Genjutsu utulized.

The answer is, yes, the Lightning Chakra Mode may be used as a full-body surge for the purposes of Gen break. For the same reason that Power of the Sun can be used in this way, and Nagashi before them. It's purely based on the fact that the chakra is manipulated through and used on the body in an unfocused manner, which refreshes the entire chakra system and dispels the illusion.

As for the latter half of the check, I'm in agreement with Zatanna that Medusa is hit by the Hellfire crucifix that emerges from below, considering that Medusa is within short-range of Riku at the time of the jutsu being performed, and that Riku just pulled the chains into himself (effectively making himself the target of the crucifix). This means that if Priest so wishes to use it, he must repost the Chloroform jutsu. My justification for this is that LGeezy's most recent reply was based on the following sequence of events:

Hellfire
Pull/Gen (Hit by Crucifix as the illusion is cast)
Lightning Armor​

The Hellfire crucifix effectively stunned Medusa, preventing her from going on to perform the Chloroform technique, and leaving T'Challa free to act from there.The Hellfire technique has no stated duration which would allow the crucifix to continue burning for any longer than a few moments at best, and as such, Medusa would be free to act from when T'Challa activates his Lightning Armor to break the Genjutsu placed on him, as she is no longer being burned. The fight continues in Priest's reply, where he is free to respond to the activation of the Lightning Armor.

streams or blasts. These constructs can be formed at either Short, Mid or Long range from the user. When used to manifest around the opponent, it has to manifest at least Short range from the opponent. The Chloroform is capable of causing quite some blunt damage as well as impale the opponent, depending on the shape taken by the formation , and when exposed to openings, or wounds in the skin, the opponent will pass out, as well as when inhaled when in its gaseous form. Description: The most basic technique of the element, where the user will form a single hand seal, or two ( in terms of the S rank usage) and focus his Chloroform chakra either throughout his body, the air or the ground, in order to create tools, constructs, weapons, pillars etc made of Liquid Chloroform. These formations and tools can be used for Offensive uses, Defensive uses as well as Supplementary uses. Due to its liquid nature, Chloroform can be manipulated into many forms, much like with Water, it can be formed into constructs (not sentient, yet have form and shape) or simply be released in the form of
streams or blasts. These constructs can be formed at either Short, Mid or Long range from the user. When used to manifest around the opponent, it has to manifest at least Short range from the opponent. The Chloroform is capable of causing quite some blunt damage as well as impale the opponent, depending on the shape taken by the formation , and when exposed to openings, or wounds in the skin, the opponent will pass out, as well as when inhaled when in its gaseous form. The size of the
constructs are proportionate to the rank used, meaning a D rank construct can't be as large as a mountain, for example.

After successfully breaking through Medusa's Candy genjutsu, T'Challa had made it into long-range by backpedaling 18m from his original position using the enhanced speed that was provided to him by his Lightning Release Armor. He was going to perform his next technique when brightly colored rare butterflies made a sudden appearance throughout the battlefield. They were a sight to see, he tried to reach out to reach out and touch one of the butterflies. But, T'Challa seemed unable to move. This alerted him to the dream-like state he was in realizing quickly he was still clad in the Lightning Armor and his opponent was manipulating his sense. With the Lightning Armor still wrapped around his body, T'challa would thwart his opponent's attempts to further mess with his mental capacities. By channeling the Lightning throughout his entire being he provided himself a gentle shocking sensation with his Lightning Release. The shocking was enough to constantly jolt his mind and body thus awakening him from the dream-like state he was in. It would be enough to keep T'Challa alert to reality and cause a failure to any subsequent genjutsu techniques as T'Challa would now be essentially shocked out of the casted illusions.

Description: The user constantly shocks themselves gently with little bits of electricity. The electricity does no harm to the user, but the sort of gentle shocking of the jutsu makes the user resistant to genjutsu.

T'Challa regaining control of his bodily movement made immediate use of his enhanced reflexes and speed. He instinctively broke out into an arc around Medusa's left side as his aim was to make it behind the woman keeping long-range distance while he did. The spike she created just narrowly missing T'Challa after he broke the dream state he was placed in by his opponent. But this movement was also coupled by the use of a single handseal, so as T'Challa ran, a clone was left in his place until finally 8 shadow clones had been created to Medusa's left side who all sprung into action as they appeared in rapid succession spread a short distance 3m from one another. Medusa would be dangerously close to hitting the ground by this time risking broken limbs from the fall.

Description: Using the amazing abilities of the Lightning Armor technique, both the 3rd and 4th Raikages are able to move at insanely high speeds to dodge or evade incoming attacks, even those that would normally be unavoidable such as Amaterasu. This fast movement can also be used in conjunction with a Taijutsu move, including their own signature Lightning based Nintaijutsu moves, to use the momentum one can gather and add even more damage if the move allows it. The technique also alows the user to move in more elaborate patterns that one would think, although following a more or less linear path. The only weakness of this technique is that, since its purely fast and enhanced movement, you cannot use it in all battle grounds but only those that would otherwise enable its use. Not only that but although the user moves fast, he is still trackable by high Doujutsu users (3T, Byakugan and Rinnegan), Sensors and EIG Masters. This doesn't mean the opponent can react (that depends on his speed, mastery of taijutsu and techniques used) but rather that he can perceive the attack.

Description:
This technique is essentially a massive version of the Shadow Clone Technique. Instead of a maximum of 4 clones, it creates up to 8 shadow clones of the user. This is considered a kinjutsu, because it can potentially be dangerous to the person performing it, seeing as how all of the clones are given an equal amount of chakra directly from the user. Each clone is equal to the ones created by the original, simpler technique and can use all the techniques the user can.
Note: Usable only once per battle, disabling the further use of clones of any kind for the rest of the match.

Clone 1 would use his Lightning and Earth chakra on his surroundings turning the Earth from the broken dome into aerodynamic projectiles which Lightning was gathered behind to launch the projectiles with a large amount of speed towards the opponents. It would be impossible for them to dodge because of the sheer amount of projectiles and the speed at which they were being launched. This would also effectively clear the debris that littered the battlefield.

Description:the user uses earth chakra to manipulate earth into aerodynamic projectiles that can move through air and water with ease despite strong currents, and then uses lightning chakra to give it a negative electrical charge, the user than build lightning chakra behind the projectile and the repulsive forces push the projectile away at the enemy at insane speeds that cannot be dodged(moves at 1000km/h) and is difficult to block cause of the power behind the attack.

Simultaneously, Clone 2 would create a single handseal as he dashed towards both of the opponents. This created an illusion that would serve to bind both Riku and Medusa with a needle and thread which would immobilize them.

Description: This genjutsu can be used in two ways, either with a single handseal, or thrusting the users palm forwards for the target to see. Upon performing one of these two methods, the user will release their chakra into the target/targets and bind them in an illusion where they are essentially sewn up with steel wires. The user can choose which body parts are stitched, but the target will suddenly see a small needle and steel thread shoot out from being them and rapidly sew parts of their body together. An example of this would be the needle appearing and stitching their mouth together in rapid movements causing excruciating pain and binding their lips shut so they can't talk. Another example would be stitching the targets arms to their body. As they try to pull against the stitches, they would just cause even more pain until they pass out. Though the initial jutsu will mentally hurt them it will not be enough to cause them to faint. The user can use this illusion to create multiple needles and threads and bind up to 3 targets, restricting their movements. A very sadistic, painful, binding illusion. In the illusion, if the target tried to cut the wire the illusion itself would create an opposing force restricting them to give the illusion the wires can't be cut.

Clone 4 would use water chakra to create several dragon-shaped tendrils reach up towards Medusa seeking to wrap around her appendages and implode upon them while subduing her.

Description: The user will slam their hands on the ground and send an absurd amount of suiton chakra into the ground, channeling it beneath a target. They will draw the moisture from underground and create water. Then by performing the ‘Dragon’ hand seal the water will burst from underground from all around the opponent. The water erupting in the form of eight dragon headed shaped water tendrils that are fairly dense and have a sticky quality that enables them to cling to the opponent, as well as a having a high piercing rate. Once the tendrils attach to their target, the user can preform the ‘Dragon’ handseal causing the tendrils to implode, if the tendril was completely wrapped around a limb, severe damage would be caused rendering the limb relatively unusable. The tendrils are able to freely and rapidly attack anything within a short range radius of where they originally erupted from.

Description: The user claps their hands, causing a coffin, much like the ones used in Impure World Reincarnation, to erupt from a portal near the opponent. The coffin opens up, and ghostly arms reach out from the coffin and catch the opponent. If they successfully catch the opponent, he will be immobilized and unable to react. The arms drag him into the coffin and take him to the netherworld, a dimension separate from reality and which can only be escaped from via Space/Time techniques.
Note: The arms reach only up to short range of the coffin's position and lack kinetic force.
Note: This technique can only be used twice per battle.

Clones 6, 7, and 8 would run towards the opponents to close the distance. T'Challa meanwhile would consume a military ration pill to restore his chakra supply.

(Hyōrōgan) Military Ration Pills

Description and Background:Military Rations Pills (兵糧丸, Hyōrōgan) are special pills that replenish one's chakra and nourish the body. It is made up of powerful stimulants and nutrients, said to allow the user to keep fighting for three days and three nights without rest. Replenishes 50 percent of the user's maximum chakra supply per pill taken, along with pumping stimulants into the body to alleviate tiredness. These pills are a basic medicine medical ninjas use or distribute in combat and are essentially dark brown small round pills which are swallowed and absorbed through the mucosa in the stomach. Can only be given out to up to 4 times, excluding the user's use.
Description of Side Effects:
-Taking two pills in a conflict results in hyperstimulation of the cardiovascular system. The users heart rate and blood pressure increase to the point they become painful for 6 turns after taking the pill.
-Taking 3 pills in a conflict pushes the user's cardiovascular system to breaking point, resulting in heart failure after 4 turns.
-Costs a move per turn to use.
