-Literally all fodder in Punk Hazard surviving Shinokuni despite all its hype and danger

You do know the wiki can be edited by anyone, including yourself.

Not to mention the people I mentioned wont be in the deceased list cause they survived.....and were shown. Once Vergo is shown alive he will no longer be in this fan edited deceased list either.

No OPwiki is not my main evidence that Vergo is dead.
Doffy also went to PH and fought with those marines. he must have saw there reports(how many died? how many injured etc). who knows he may have seen there bodies to confirm it.
Doffy giving vergo seat to Law is first indication that he is dead(even though he wants to kill law).
secondly if Vergo was alive he would have reached Dressrosa to protect Mingo's reign.I have seen that Doffy's crew was ready to die for him(monet, trebol and even bellamy) so if he was alive then in whatever condition he was he must have tried to reach Dressrosa unless he was imprisoned.
these small little things make me think that Vergo is dead.

Yes according to OPwiki Vergo died in Punk Hazard arc.
If he is still alive then it will be the biggest asspull shown in One Piece.

Generally people don't die of room created by law, so vergos death can be considered as loophole.
