I'll have to go with Kirin. Should a scenario happen when they clash, then it's obvious which one comes out on top, but Kirin is still the superior technique power wise, at least, by feats anyway. Considering Madara could handle that same Rasenshuriken without Susano'o or Preta, while Kirin destroyed Itachi's Susano'o along with the mountain, I'm comfortable going with Kirin.
