ORS takes this easily. we already know what the regular FRS does, the odama was more than 4 times the size of that. FRS is a couple things, it's slices in half, explodes, and what it down't destroy with that gets attacked on a cellular level. naruto took out 2 kakuza heart with an incomplete version. karin by comparison has to be set up, so it's conditional based. we've only seen it once so who knows what it can really do.

OP: FRS is more practical but I believe kirin is stronger. FRS divides its self into tiny wind blades weakening its overall destructive capability in exchange for lethality when hitting a person. If it hit say a susanoo it would be tanked
