Aye, the anime came out today. Now I have Noragami on Friday, Fairy Tail on Saturday, and One-Punch Man on Sunday!

Chapter 80 made Metal Bat seem awesome and this first episode was really good too. I thought I wouldn't like it seeing how I already read the manga, but the tension was so much higher in the anime. Loved it.

Man, that was an awesome extra chapter. Never thought I'd see the day where we got a 31 page extra.

I don't get how King can possibly be below a regular hero association employee... Doesn't his physique count for something? He LOOKS pretty strong...

Episode 2 was pure win. Great to see Madhouse delivering awesome shit and making the haters shut up. Their OPM most overrated Anime this season or calling the story shit because they didn't read the Manga is always fun to see in discussions. (good that we don't have that crap on here)

They adapted the fight properly and Genos VA is awesome! 5/5 just for this fangasm!

Still, the episode was awesome and funny.

Also, the special chapter was great too. I feel like I'm gonna be saying this every time a new episode or chapter comes out, lol.

I have a question. if the armored gorilla is the third strongest in the house of evolutions then how did Genos beat him without a scratch while he got destroyed by Mosquito girl? The second strongest was the Lion guy and the first strongest is the one we haven't seen yet so how did Genos beat armored Gorilla? It doesn't make sense.

I agree dude. This anime is amazing and there's not that many Madhouse haters lol. There is one TOEI fanboy here that loves to put Madhouse down whenever he can. Anyways, amazing episode with great comedic moments as usual. The art/animation is sexy and I love the OST's. Genos is a cool character and his "long backstory" was funny. XD

For the manga fans, when can we expect to see a plot to be revealed? I heard from manga fans that it happens relatively soon.

Mosquito Girl is more special since she has the potential to grow indefinitely stronger based on the amount of blood her bugs suck and give back to her. Perhaps what the House of Evolution was measuring was her base strength. Genos underestimating his opponent also contributed to his defeat.

I guess that's the only explanation, that she far surpassed Armored Gorilla with her transformation but even before that she was able to take an arm from Genos. I doubt Armored Gorilla could do that, he didn't even bruise him or anything. His second was a walk in the park.
