The manga is good, but the anime is different in the way that it offers greater comedy, as someone else put it. I suggest you read and watch!

very simply put:
One Piece > Naruto and Bleach
I reccomend you watch the episodes: it's alot funnier than reading the manga
(btw: You just have to bite through the first few episodes then you'll get addicted to it)

i hate to be negative, but i´ve read the first 50 chapters.. but i don´t like it
i don´t like it because i feel that there are no cool characters in one piece. even in the heat of battle everybody is a clown.. see naruto is a clown sometimes. but not at the important moments. and even the nagato´s and itachi´s of one piece joke around.
