Death aren't the only consequences. Sanji losing his hands or being forced to leave the crew and losing the Poneglyph rubbings have been pretty solid stakes in this arc. s

Looks like Big Mom took off Perespero's arm off for lying :O and Nami-chan looks alot like Rebecca-chan in that panel :ls::ls:

Or it could be Pedro's sacrifice that took Perospero's arm? Things aren't clear for me in this panel. Can't wait.
