Thats your opinion and ill respect it but please don't correct what i mean. I say what i mean.
1) He defied (challenged) a yonkou and got out of her territory alive.
2) Being a part of Germa 66.
3) Being a part of the Straw hat pirates.
4) Fought couple of big mom pirates (momentarily).
5) Yonkou chef level. He made a cake with some help from pudding and lolas sister and Ko'd Big Mom by bringing her to her senses from a complex cake made in a couple of hours.
I've seen a lot of people belittle this feat before it even took place but lets not forget the
tenryuubito. They have a knack of wanting things of special value to themselves.
Example A: (more relatable to this point) The giant cook ossan whos daughter could shrink and expand her body (filler arc). The celestial dragons wanted him for themselves as he was a great cook. Maybe Sanji could be sought out by them after this arc too prompting the bounty increase.
Example B: The alchemi-alchema road to Film gold episode. The celestial dragons wanted her to get access to the pure gold for themselves.
I think thats plenty for him to gain a increase a bounty, not just him but others too. You have to remember, all this shits going down in the New World and it aint easy surviving in this part of the Grand Line.
