"Let's make a cake that'll make Big Mom faint!" headassLoool ppl saying it was Sanji year... lmao WRONG
1.) if germa is gonna die regardless then this whole fiasco was for nothing.. to save his family
2.) If Sanji decided to poison big mom, this would’ve been over
So yes it’s sanji year. Sanji year of **** ups
This arc was trash. Can’t eant for the revier arc. Omg
Bottom line is, if the cake were poisoned the Sun Pirates wouldn't be in peril nor the other lives Big Mom has threatened.whine whine whine cake bad boohoo
bottom line If the cake wasn't there everybody would've been dead.
numb skull I'm not even going to warrant your dumb comments with a good reply. The reason why the cake wasn't poisoned or tasted awful was in the manga 2 chapters ago. If you're too thick to understand that you should stop reading, but at the very least stop commenting here.Bottom line is, if the cake were poisoned the Sun Pirates wouldn't be in peril nor the other lives Big Mom has threatened.
The cake could have tasted awful and it still would have proven to be a good distraction, but Sanji went above and beyond to make sure that the cake tasted like heaven itself. Had Big Mom stayed enraged or got angrier, she would've destroyed her entire island and crew.
It's still a plot point that's able to be critiqued.whine whine whine cake bad boohoo

Yes, because Sanji's a moron. I'm glad that just having an explanation, no matter how bad, justifies the fact though.numb skull I'm not even going to warrant your dumb comments with a good reply. How though if it literally saved the entire crew from death ?It's still a plot point that's able to be critiqued.
no Sanji is a chef first, must've missed the the Sanji backstory when you were drinking vinegar the entire arc, got explained why he made that choice in the flashbacks.Yes, because Sanji's a moron. I'm glad that just having an explanation, no matter how bad, justifies the fact though.
Sanji could have saved the crew if he just bolted from the start but nooo he had to save his psychopath family but guess what? his family is still in danger and now even the sun Pirates are in danger. How though if it literally saved the entire crew from death ?

It's worse. Sanji spent 10 hours on the cake and risked his crew's lives to perfect it too.Sanji could have saved the crew if he just bolted from the start but nooo he had to save his psychopath family but guess what? his family is still in danger and now even the sun Pirates are in danger.
In the end Sanji not only failed to save his family but dragged the Sun Pirates into the mess as well.
Wrong, Sanji got them out, they came back to return the favor on their own. It was not Sanji who decided to go back in it was Luffy who said he would save them. Also if Sanji didn't go back to the wedding to save his family Jimbei wouldn't be able to leave the pirate crew in front of Big Mom, he wouldn't even be with Luffy in the first place.Sanji could have saved the crew if he just bolted from the start but nooo he had to save his psychopath family but guess what? his family is still in danger and now even the sun Pirates are in danger.

Dude just stop, everything you say is bullshit. you're arguing against the manga. Go take it up with Oda if you don't like itWorse. Sanji spent 10 hours on the cake and risked his crew's lives to perfect it.
Entirely wrong, I'm acknowledging that this happened while you call bullshit. Didn't Sanji spend 10 hours on the cake? He could have easily shaved off time if he weren't interested in making it delicious.Dude just stop, everything you say is bullshit. you're arguing against the manga. You're such a dumb little bitchEntirely wrong, I'm acknowledging that this happened while you call bullshit. Didn't Sanji spend 10 hours on the cake? He could have easily shaved off time if he weren't interested in making it delicious.
You have a good point that everything lined up well(it's a written story, duh, of course things do), buuuuuuut I'd like to point out that Sanji agreed to baking the cake before Luffy began fighting Katakuri. As in, Sanji was already willing to spend all those hours on the island. He'd only heard what was happening with his crew from the citizens, so he couldn't have known how well things happened due to plot. You're such a dumb little bitch
Answer me this:
When did he leave, and where were the Sh's at that point in time ? Could he do anything to reach them and sail off with the entire crew including Luffy ?
Why did he leave ?
Was it established in the manga that Big Mom needed the exact thing she craved for to stop her rage ?
Was he making the cake faster with the three of them than Streussen and his team were capable off ?
Wasn't Sanji waiting for Luffy to leave the Mirrorworld, what would it accomplish to make the cake faster.
Now fuck off with your baseless arguments. You've proven you know fuck all about this arc, yet you're nagging like a kid.
Lol well I guess I don't even have to reply anymore, because you made my point for me.You have a good point that everything lined up well(it's a written story, duh, of course things do), buuuuuuut I'd like to point out that Sanji agreed to baking the cake before Luffy began fighting Katakuri. Question 1, I don't know the specifics and it really isn't relevent.
Question 2, theoretically at the time if he didn't prep a cake. Plot is still the reason things lined up though.
Question 3, to feed a Yonko that tried to assassinate him.
Question 4, yes.
Question 5, yes and he could've made it faster.
False statement, no. He had no real way of knowing when Luffy's fight was nearing its end. He delivered the cake at its own pace when it finished.

I'm not denying that things went by OK, but things could've gone infinitely better had Sanji not been so ridiculous.
So it went ok, but he should've been faster about it just to play it safe.I'm not denying that things went by OK, but things could've gone infinitely better had Sanji not been so ridiculous.
So he's smoking again, I totally slipped over that , that's so funny I'm dying lmao oda is so perfectWell that was one strange way of ending the arc, but oh well its done now.
And thank god we won't be getting any more of singing in this manga. God i hated that. On the plus side i get to skip the singing part in the anime and the episode becomes shorter .
I rate this chapter 3.5/5 ( mainly for ending the arc)
Kinda dissapointed Pudding erased sanji's memory. Would have liked Sanji to quit smoking .
Can't wait to see whats up next!! (Pretty sure next week is golden week, correct me if im wrong someone?)
With what we have seen her kids go through, I don’t think she really cares what happens to them? Those kids have balls though. They didn't care that scarred a Yonko's daughter.
