Because she accepted his deal to not kill his friends? Again, you're trying to make someone agreeing to let your friends go when they don't have to seem like something you should react negatively too, and that's dumb.l.
When has Sanji ever witnessed Big Mom expressing such a trait? Hell, we, the audience, didn't know Big Mom was conniving until this very chapter, so how would Sanji know to expect that?
The bolded highlights exactly why everything you're saying is nonsense. You admit he has no options, then criticize him for folding? The **** kinda logic is this?
Better=/=good. It's better to be stranded in a desert close to a town than it is to be stranded in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, but that doesn't mean either option is "good." Same applies to the choices that Sanji have. It's asinine to criticize Sanji for making bad choices when the alternatives were worse. Unless you can bring up a better alternative that was available to choose, you might as well be criticizing someone because they chose to eat sand instead of eating glass.
You can be out of options and still not manage to look like a tool. Know the difference. This is about his character portrayal, and you still haven't understood that much, keep typing to yourself.
