Has Zoro fought weaklings? Or has Zoro made them look like they are? I for one don't think Pica was a weakling it's just that Zoro has become that powerful. If you think Sanji would have dominated Pica like Zoro did then where reading completely different manga.
And Monet Sanji would have let her kill him and kill Nami and Robin because he doesn't fight women. Just like he was willing not to save Robin back In Enies Lobby when he didn't fight Califia.

I guess her hair wasn't intended to be green, It's something anime* decided to change. Kuma's anime colours vary quite a bit from the coloured comics as well. In the comics he wears a blue sweater and has brown hair.

Does anyone else think that Zou is going to be a flashback arc of us seeing Sanji and crew adventure? It will be like Nami telling Luffy what happend and that will setup the next arc. And that will probably also mean we won't know what happen to Sanji until the end of the flashback.
It could start with them showing how they got away from Big Mom.

I don't really see why Oda would use such a roundabout way. There are nearly every arc flashbacks, so that's nothing new, however these are mostly of events that predate the start of the series or involved people not related to the Strawhats. Why would Oda first do the Dressrosa arc and then another arc just to show what the other Strawhats did in the meantime? That's really not going to make the story progress. I can imagine that Oda might give a short summarization to bring us up to date about what happened, but that too is nothing new and isn't going to take up much time and space because it's more important what's Sanji status is right now (I assume he's been kidnapped or something) and what they are going to do about it rather than how it came to be.
I do believe that his arc might be unusual as if Sanji is not anymore on the island, there aren't much reasons left to remain there.
