Of course we will see more of it in future, it doesn't change the fact it's all very underwhelming at the moment
Turning objects into rubber would be retarded and serve no purpose at all. I've got a couple of ideas:
-Liquid properties as a temporary pseudo logia
-Rebounding any and all damage (possibly with liquid like properties to allow a shift of kinetic energy in his body to be released straight back at opponents)
Well the fruit clearly isn't useless. Hurling around pieces of rubber isn't gonna do much.
Luffy's fruit in general is useless as hell and look at what Oda has been pulling with it. Don't underestimate the power of Oda's creativity. We can't predict what he might come up with in future.
I'd personally prefer Luffy's haki to get evolved than new gears and crap.
I think that's a consensus opinionSo Crocodile's awakening could possibly be that moisture-sucking hand of his? Just a thought.

His awakening might be G5 or something
And I'm not talking about the face value of the fruit. Therefore any of this "useless" stuff you keep going on about has no relevance to what I was saying
We think it isn't useless because of Oda's creativity and how he presented it. Otherwise all of us or at least simple minded people like my self would assume that all Luffy can do with his fruit is to stretch his body parts.
It seems like some people are under the impression that all awakening abilities will work same but I highly doubt it. Every fruit has it's own unique awakening abilities that works differently IMO. So as you said Luffy's awakening might end up being G5.
Well what I want is for Luffy to master both. I think a lot of the most powerful people will find in the world of One Piece are the ones who have completely mastered both there DF and Haki. I think the big example of this that we'll see is Kaido. I think one of the big reasons why Oda is reintroducing this is Kaido.

Yes, yes, the same note that didn't know whether or not Law was dead knows that the fight is over, well done. The ending caption clearly stated the fight was over.
We had the moment of hopelessness, the rousing speech, and Doflamingo pulling his strongest attack and clashing it with Luffy's strongest attack.
All the ingredients of the last chapter in a main villain of arc fight.
It was described in the *********** version as a decisive fatal blow.
oh he helped a little kid getting back to his mother !! yeah that sure redeems not helping the other thousands of people (and many kids among them) who are living in terror right now -_-Anyone else notice the kid with the bear on his shirt actually has Kuma on his shirt?
Love how one panel of Fuji standing still=Fuji doing nothing. He's helping the people evacuate, how is that nothing? You must be registered for see images
It's been like 2 minutes dude. One panel doesn' = one minute20 minutes and Zoro still hasn't gotten rid of the birdcage? Maybe they couldn't and instead just stalled it's speed of shrinking... Thus shutting everyone up who keep saying "why would Oda show Zoro run to stop the birdcage then Luffy end's up doing by beating Doffy" :/
True, he can probably reverse gravity from a certain radius (outside of the center where the citizens are) once everone is close enough to the center and force the birdcage to expand. I reckon either the birdcage is stopped in its tracks or this happens.oh he helped a little kid getting back to his mother !! yeah that sure redeems not helping the other thousands of people (and many kids among them) who are living in terror right now -_-
tbh i dont blame fuji cause it`s plot that holding him from one shotting the bird cage but what bothers me is the way he was portrayed
oda portrayed him as somone who puts civilians saftey on top of his priority but now with plot he seems like an old hypocrite who is using the life of the people whom he is pretending to care a bout (which makes the first thing he should do is taking down the damn cage immediately) as a scapegoat to build a case against the warlords which makes it look more like a personal grudge
I hope not,it would be pushing it rly far if early series Luffy beat an Awakend Logia. So Crocodile's awakening could possibly be that moisture-sucking hand of his? Just a thought.
It's already pushing it that Croc was so weak in Alabasta and then somehow powered up in Impel Down to become about as strong as Jinbe who is arguably on the same level as the M3, as well as the fact he could easily endure Jozus attacks (Diamond + Haki) but Luffy's punches were somehow more powerful than that...I hope not,it would be pushing it rly far if early series Luffy beat an Awakend Logia.
That is if the awakening is a big powerboost.
Tbh I want it to be something that only a select few can do,maybe only those with Conquerors Haki
Are you daft? There's no way he can help ALL of the people in danger, but he's helping as many as he can. I just love how so many people know what's happening off-panel. Yes, that makes sense. Fujitora, the man who's top priority is helping people and has been shown helping people, is just standing around watching people die. I applaud you all.oh he helped a little kid getting back to his mother !! yeah that sure redeems not helping the other thousands of people (and many kids among them) who are living in terror right now -_-
