Naruto fluctuates too much. The good thing about OP, is that it gets better as you watch it. Most of us (including me) also thought OP looked too childish and stupid before we gained some common sense and decided to actually watch more of it so we can give a real opinion.

i will give it a shot, it just annoys me that he ate a fruit to get his power, but ill watch it one episode at a time, but im always put naruto on number 1, and bleach i also like fullmetal as you can tell, but ill see if i can throw op up there

You like stories with good beginnings and shitty endings? Look at what happened with Bleach, Fairy Tail, Reborn, Air Gear ... They all had promising starts just like Naruto. What happened to them? Let's list them all.
Bleach - became a troll's bible. Current arc is a rip-off of Chapter Black arc, and the Hueco Mundo arc was the epitome of how a story should NOT be written.
Fairy Tail - originality was never it's strong suit. It pulled off a 7 year time skip, and a pointless one at that. You may reason with me that it was necessary, but with the lack of development WHATSOEVER with the main characters, it just means Mashima has decided to discard everything pre-timeskip. Oh, and the end of the Phantom Guild arc was copied off of the end of Alabasta arc.
Reborn - was only good during the Varia arc. Turned into a yaoi fest in the Future arc. Threw all logic out of the window during Shimon arc. Followed Bleach's footsteps with the Arcobaleno arc.
Air Gear - after the first arc it's complete shit.
You know what Naruto should've emulated? Law of Ueki. It ended after a proper climax. The author tried to do Law of Ueki 2, but you know how that turned out.
IMO Naruto was good during the Chuunin Exams arc, since it had almost the same things that made the Hunter Exams arc good.
Now, I dunno. What was Naruto's goal again?

We all had the same opinion but like I said, once you get into it, the whole fruit thing will seem a bit different then what you think of now.
As for Bleach...I love Bleach. Its in my top 5. I just hate how the storyline is so....bleh. Ichigo goes to another realm to save a girl,spam Getsuga tenshou and Bankai and gets so much stronger, then later, he goes to another realm to save another girl, spam Getsuga tenshou and Bankai and gets so much stronger. After that, he lost his powers because he used a Getsuga tenshou that was too strong etc :|
What I do love about Bleach is that I watch it for mostly the same reasons I love DBZ, it has some epic fights and cool characters. It also has awesome animation and a great soundtrack. All anime have ups and downs....OP just barely has any downs but a lot of ups once you get there ^^

how did hueco muendo suck? i watched bleach from the beginning episode to the last one they made, its well thought out, if your someone like me you would like it,
like when ichigo battles his evil side, inside himself, trying to control that power he has, the characters have personality so bleach isnt lacking that, its nice that the swords have a meaning to to them, that there actually a being they carry,
and the battles, dont even get me started,

an the story line was unexpected, but i can say the first parts of bleach are better than the new
as for naruto you can talk about this person vs this person and how the battle would go, and the many different elements and techniques so great that we can come here and try and create our own jutsu, then you can combine elements and create new ones
plus theres ninja tools, doujutsu crazy taijutsu, i havent really seen anyone talk about a battle like they do narutos , you can also get puppets, its just goes on, scrolls, summons, genjutsu, then theres transformations, luffy and that cat with the three swords are beast, ive even seen some decent quotes on sigs,

There's your answer. The first parts are better than the new parts. To be specific, the Soul Society arc.
I don't want to be one to bash these series, but bear with me while I make examples of why I somewhat disagree with you.
1. The evil personality has been overdone already. Ichigo never had a hint of that in Soul Society. You may argue that it's Zangetsu (as a hint), but it's the damn sword, not his personality.
2. Sure the battles are great on the anime don't get me wrong, but the manga, what an abomination. It's all ink spills and THE HEART. Ichigo was fighting everyone, where the hell was Chad? Ishida? Renji?
3. If the filler Bount arc is better than canon Bleach arcs, then that says something about Kubo's storytelling ability.
I missed the times when handseal speed meant everything.
Naruto fights are more technical, I give you that. However, however. What happened to character development? Why after the timeskip Naruto learned nothing of importance? Why hasn't Shikamaru equaled his teachers yet? What happened to Ino and her techs? Did Sakura exceed Tsunade in any way at all? No, Kishi trashed that all on the side of the road in favor of Sasuke and his bullshit.
I appreciate Naruto, I really did. I was really hyped when the Akatsuki showed themselves. But then the timeskip happened, and Sasuke happened. And the Sharingan hax happened.
I lost faith man. I really did.

but this war may just scratch the surface, i believe there will be a new arc to naruto, theres still much to see in the series, im sure kishi will make a an arc telling about when the sannin grew up or how alot of things went down like how the different kages died,

sakura is a main character , she was part of team 7, i believe kishi will progress her further, naruto still has much to learn, he almost died by nagatos hands, but my boy uchiha itachi came through
surprising us all with what he has done,just give it time like ill give op time to get better, the story is far from over, we still gotta see konohamaru grow up, i mean look at his name it has konoha in it,
but i must admit, ive seen some crazy things from luffy that makes me wanna watch op
but naruto is on top for me , everyone keeps saying o well naruto is just chasing sasuke, but what can people say after they battle? what will happen?
my belief is sasuke will come to his senses, or die heroic U_U
narutos concept is far more than just fighting, this cat naruto will never give up, until he is dead, thats the whole reason the show is blazing
look how naruto lost his parents, were just now finding out who they are, like this year? look how itachi killed his clan, but sasuke, why wouldnt the story go to the most feared clan? and then sasuke vs itachi happens and we find out itachi meant good for sasuke, its a twisted scene :|
