On a scale of 1-10 how strong is Orochimaru right now?

just under 9 so I'm leaning towards around 8.7

lets face it, Oro has always been ridiculously powerful, and now he's got his arms as well as 3 edo kages under control...

Orochumaru's abilities have really shown strong. He keeps reviving, can now use Wood Release (Because of the White Zetsu's body), and has access to hand signs. I'd give him an 8.5
