10 it is said tht his full arsenal is the biggest in the series (bigger then the thirds cuz he only knows the jutsu in the leaf pro knows that and then some )

I can list the attributes

10,000 jutsu learned (it's said tht his jutsu is ten times the amount of Kakashi who has acquired 1,000)
Sword of kansanji (can't spell indestructible sword can pierce through basically anything except bijuu level 4 and higher cloaks)
Snake jutsu and summonings
Senju DNA (this should give him chakra and stamina boost both already large as hell)
Durability (besides the 3rd raikage orochimaru has best durability in the series well maybe second to tsunade unsealed)
Hydra mode (as big as a bijuu and can regenerate almost instantly also can split its self and use sword of kansanji in each of its heads)
Perfect form ( giant snake tht will paralyze anybody if it get hit and the gas comes out)
Has acquired Kekki genkai wood release (if u don't believe me check his bio)
A master at earth ninjutsu
Master at wind ninjutsu

And just got water release from senju DNA

He can seal chakra

He can absorb any type of chakra (wether nature or regular chakra)

Rashomon capable of deflecting one tbb

He's a 10 he's also number 3 on my top 10 (well 3 or 4 choosing between him and obito)
