On a scale of 1-10 how strong is Orochimaru right now?

So since Orochimaru has his arms back and can use ninjutsu while getting a new body that's packed with Senju DNA how strong is he? On a scale of 1 to 10 with 1 being the weakest how strong is Orochimaru with his arms back and with Senju DNA? Personally I would rate him a 7 Orochimaru knows alot of ninjutsu even some forbbiden ones and is practically immortal unless he is sealed ,so he would give some of the stronger characters a good fight.

I'd say about 5. He is probabily at half power since he stated he wasn't even strong enough to challenge Sasuke at the moment. plus he just stabbed himself in the stomach to summon the hokages so he is pretty down and out...for now. But after this long drawn out flashback I suspect he will regain his power....

...and hopefully he absorbed Kabuto Dragon Sage mode. That would be awsome!
