Well ive seen few vids that actually did the speed painting without editing the video.Few years ago xD i think it was a drawing of Locke(from the series Lost),Jack Nicholson and nude Jessica Alba xD

Coloring with a mouse isn't hard. I do all my linearts and coloring with a mouse.

i do as well.. bu when drawing with a rapid speed, you need to have the touch of hand.. Which you can't get with the mouse. When drawing a curved line (not pen tool), you'd might have to draw it a few times to get it right - but with say a painting tablet you'd get it on the first try with some practice.
