it does matter because you are one of her students. once you graduate you are no longer a student at the school. its how it works in the US. if thats where your from. She could lose her job and go to jail if she were to date you or even just come off as flirtatious.

Idk dude. its touchy. if you really feel that strongly for her then wait till you graduate. if its your sr. year it will go by fast. otherwise forget about her and move on. If you were to try something now there would be no chance of her going with it, its too touchy she could get in some serious trouble with the school/your parents/ the law if she did.
