Note: Can only perform up to C rank Water techniques.

Focus your water chakra and perform the 'Tiger' handseal. Then create a clone of yourself made of water. When the clone takes enough damage it will turn back to water.

*I chanel my water chakra. and build it up inside me. i then chanel it throughout my whole body dispersing the water through my chakra network. i then invision myself inside my head. as i do that i then do the tiger handseal. once i do that i then disperse my water chakra out of me to form a perfect clone of myself*

*i start to gather water chakra from the middle throughout my whole body. once i do that it then builds up. as i do that i then chanel it all the way to my throat. and with shape manipulation i shape it into a sphere right as it comes out. like water bullet i then spit out another water bullet to hit your clone*

Focus your water chakra and perform the hidden mist jutsu. Then use the tiny drops in the air of the hidden mist to reflect the natural light so that it will blind the enemy temporarily.

*I gather up my water chakra. as i do that i then do a set of hand seals. and release a huge amount of mist into the air engaged with my chakra making me being able to sense in the mist as well. once i do that i then use naturualy light to reflect off of the mist into the oppenent eyes. temp blinding them.

Descripton: Utilizes water to create a spinning water vortex around the ninja. The water acts both as a barrier and attack mechanism. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious. Can only be performed if there is a water source near by.

Focus your water chakra and perform the 'Ram → Horse → Bird' handseals after which you create a spinning vortex of water around you that acts both as barrier and attack mechanism.

*I start remembering the signs you showed me. i pratice them a few times then i get the hang of it. as that happens i then start to gather up my water chakra. as i gather it up i then preform the handseals that was showed once that happen i then release the water from my body and mold it into a vortex of water. spinning rapidly around me causing it to not only defend me but attack whomever*

I Start gathering my water chakra throughout my body. streaming it very well. as i do that i then build up more to make the water stronger and with more volume. as that happen i then release my water chakra into the atmosphere making a HUGE amount of water appear out of nowhere. once thats done i then direct my water towards your clone dispersing it

Well, yes but it can also be used to change the battlefield a little. When you direct the water towards the opponent there will be water left everywhere on the ground. You can summon a so large amount of water that it will cover the ground, which, like you said, can be used to shock the opponent. However, you have to make sure you don't stand in the water when shocking the opponent or else you will be shocked as well.
