Also, when your opponent is a frequent lightning user the jutsu can be useful. If it rains and the opponent was to use a lightning jutsu which he would shoot with his hands or anything, he would be electrocuted by the rain. People often tend to forget the rain and use lightning anyway, thus lose.

*I focus my water chakra all throughout my body. once i focus it. i then build and channel my suiton chakra throughout my body. i then Release the water chakra i build up to form a water orb. once i form the water orb. i keep contact with it so it will stay intact and not disperse*

I start gathering up my lightning chakra. as i gather up my lightning chakra i then disperse it throughout my body as it is flowing through my body i then do the 'Ram → Horse → Snake → Tiger . as i do that i then emit a huge blinding light from my body. blinding the enemy making them unable to move.

I start gathering HUGE amounts of lightning. as i do that. i then chanel all of my lightning chakra to my dominant hand.i then do the hand signs to make the chidori. once i do all of that i then spread it from my hands into huge bolts of lightning that spread around a peticular circular area. crushing and destroyinf everything in its path
