I'm gonna go with izuna. Reasons why. Your right obito isn't from his time.
And second when they showed izuna and Masada they both had pretty long hair. The hair style Tobi had when he trained itachi is similar to izuna. So it is very possible that it's izuna and that he just took some one else's sharingan. After giving his to madara. That would explain some of the lies he told.

I'll start it with the ones I think most plausible to the least ones.

- Izuna remains possible.

- Kagami intrigues me.

- Tobirama has always been a possibility according to me. His name rythms, he knows Teleportation, he was damn cultivated, his death is not fully cleared according to my eyes and he seemed sure to die; making me think that he was waiting for these moment to start his plan.

- A new character. Plausible. I always thought that since SO6P was so great, maybe he had a No.1 enemy/fierce rival at his time.

- Uzumaki Clan Leader - Possible. He annihilated his clan secretly, still lives being an Uzumaki. Knew exactly when Kushina's seal will weaken perhaps.

- Zetsu. Part of his body is made of Zetsu but he isn't Zetsu apparently. Most likely only his body but his mind, soul and powers originates from someone's else. It'll be disappointing also; seeing how Naruto single-handely raped the Zetsus till now. If he is a Zetsu, perhaps he'll be Golden.

- SO6P, I doubt it. It's too OP'd. I wouldn't make sense that he'll get afraid of Edo Madara.

- Shisui and Fugaku are pretty impossible.

- Hashirama, nope. From all the astounding knowledge and things, I saw Tobi do. Wood was never one of them.

- Obito, GTFO. I'll stop reading the manga probably then.

To be honest I just made this thread because I wanted to have a normal discussion, for once.

I don't blame u mostly everyone is doing boasting threads about the whole ordeal lol. Oh and lol at ur title. I saw ur user name and was like wait there's got to be more to this lol.

i dont think so. we have already seen izunas dead body. it must be an uchiha who has been overlooked. and we already know that the man behind the mask is old. so it cant be shisui or obito.

Izuna. None of the other guys were old enough to be Tobi when he attacked the leaf. Kishi would have to be a massive troll in order for Tobi to be kagami. Kagami has nothing to do with the story at all, while Izuna was madara's equal in every way until madara took his MS.

And we also see how Izuna is the younger brother (sasuke) and Madara is the older brother (itachi), and who is Tobi manipulating?

That's true. Nabuto is just following Orochimaru plan.Oro knew and had a lots of DNA from different ppl.

Fugaku loVed his clan too much to have conspired with Itachi to kill them. He also died by the hands of Itachi in front of Sasukes eyes.

Would Fugaku killed his own wife? Kill the clan he worked hard that he loved? He was their leader and was working on a coup just because his clan was being discriminated.

This chapter has my brain completely scrambled. I'm as confused as it gets, but i still think tobi is madara. I think madara somehow split his soul like Voldemort did in Harry Potter.

I already explained that since Tobi is working with zetsu, and zetsu can make perfect clones, that its reasonable to believe that if tobi is Fugaku he was using the zetsu clones to cover his tracks when nessessary. He was the leader of the uchiha, one of the greatest clans, yet he was delegated as a police officer just so the elders could keep their eyes on him. Obviously he was bitter because he was planning a militaristic coup.

IF Fugaku is Tobi, the it makes perfect sense for him to use zetsu clones in his place while he out doing his dirty deeds. It doesn't prove it but it leaves it open for the possibility.

Second, the fox has always been sealed, but it's obvious he knows or can see what is going on outside his host. For example, even though bee and the 8 tails have a bond, the 8 tails is still sealed into Bee. Bee says himself the exact type of seal used. The 8 tails is always aware of what bee is doing, and to say that the kyuubi is any different is ridiculous.
