Hello guys, I just read thread where one of members(KingHashirama) claimed that Obito is Jinchurki of Complete Juubi. Of course that is false statement because he most likely misunderstood words spoken by Hachibi/Gyuuki in chapter 640.
Now please relax and let me explain why Obito is only Jinchurki of Incomplete Juubi, but not Complete Juubi.
First this page:
^^The confusion People got reading manga began here, but let's carefully analyze what Obito really meant by his words, shall we ? OK, Obito said: "In truth I wanted to revive it in it's full form", "But even if it's just a piece, it still maintains it's power".
Well, considering just these words, we know two things:
1) Juubi won't be revived in it's full form - manga fact
2) Juubi will still maintains it's power - manga fact
As First statement is easy understandable, Second one is not for sure. Well in my opinion this statemet meant that Juubi still can be ressurected and can reach it's final form .
But, let's go further, next page of manga which we should exactly read is here:
^^Here Obito confirms that Juubi's full form isn't required to cast Mugen Tsukyiomi on mankind.
^^ Juubi is finally ressurected here.., so first of my interpretation of second statement at begining of thread keep it's importance, I meant this: Juubi still can be ressurected.
^^ "The Juubi is about to reach the perfect stage too", so Juubi can still reach it's perfect stage as I said here: "Juubi can reach it's final form"
^^ Madara said "let's go with it until next transformation"
^^ Juubi continue absorbing nature energy from surrondings
^^ Juubi power up comming into bulked/muscular form.
^^ Juubi evolves again, then:
Hachibi said: "No... he is just going back to it's original shape...", "It's one step before Final transformation", "If we let it finish it's final transformation... it's over for us..."
then:
Juubi is trapped in seal barrier
^^ Now Juubi is completly restrained by Hashirama's Sage mode torii gates .
Later Juubi couldn't gather any more of nature energy while being kept restrained and yet he was weakened a lot bu had to split himself to create some mini clones of itself, then being hit by Amaterasu and Gigantic Wind release Rasen Shuriken..., until here:

And this is key panel which some people misunderstood:
^^ Killer bee asks: "Hattsan is that the final form ?", Hachibi: "No, It is complex but it's not looks like it was used by the jinchurki BEFORE reaching it's FINAL FORM"
Manga clearly states that Juubi isn't in it's final form..., until now at least so it is misconception with people saying Obito is Jin Of Complete Juubi. Moreover in my opinion it sounds AS KISHI WANT US TO KNOW THAT JUUBI CAN'T REACH FINAL FORM WHILE BEING WITHIN JINCHURKI, BECAUSE IT MAY BE IMPOSSIBLE OR OBITO CAN'T CONTROL AND GATHER NATURE ENERGY BY HIMSELF !
It is foreshadowing that Obito will finally fail due to NOT becoming Jinchurki of Complete Juubi

HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH JUUBI BEING COMPLETE OR NO. Of course If we are going by saying that first form or imperfect AS JINCHURKI OF TEN TAILS and Current one is PERFECT then it may be true.
But it only means that Sage of six paths being in this form would have equal horns, nine orbs etc..., due to Obito NOT BECOMING JIN OF COMPLETE JUUBI, NOT DUE TO LACKING OF KURAMA AND GYUUKI CHAKRA, BECAUSE IT COULD COMPLETE LACK OF KURAMA ND GYUUKI CHAKRA BY ABSORBING NATURE ENERGY WHICH GYUUKI TOLD ABOUT.
This is accurate until manga or Kishi states otherwise

CONLCUSION
- Obito is Jinchurki of Incomplete Juubi
- Juubi ressurected by Obito COULD REACH FINAL FORM(SAME AS SAGE), BUt Obito sealed it in himself too fast, but was forced to do it or he would die.
- LACK OF KURAMA and GYUUKI CHAKRA(In Naruto and Killer bee) could be replenished by Juubi while absorbing nature energy in itself
- Juubi Jinchurki forms are NOT CONNECTED TO JUUBI BEING COMPLETE OR NO, THEIR APPEARANCE SHOWS !
- JUUBI IS IN NOT COMPLETE FORM AND WON'T REACH IT'S FINAL FORM WITHIN OBITO OR ANY OTHER JUUBI JINCHURKI. THAT WHY SOSP SEALED COMPLETE JUUBI IN HIMSELF.
