Never happening. Kakashi is incapable of developing a KG himself. He lacks the blood.
^ Not possible. It goes against the manga's established facts. The fact his eye mimics Obito's ability and provides nothing else other than that, proves to me that he didn't awaken it on his own. The pattern is the same and Obito was capable of seeing through his eye way back. Whether you agree with it or not is past the point as I won't certainly agree with it.

I don't like the idea, Kakashi using susano is just not him. Same for obito.
Doesn't matter in the slightest whether Kakashi awakened it on his own or not. If he awakened it by proxy through Obito while their eyes were linked, that only supports the possibility that they can create a combined Susano'o.
However, you ARE ignoring key differences between Kakashi and Obito's eyes; Kakashi has the eye that can perform a ranged Kamui on distant targets, Obito's current eye cannot. This has no bearing on which of them awakened Kakashi's eye, but it does disprove your claim that Kakashi's eye "mimics Obito's ability and provides nothing else other than that." Unless you think that, had Kakashi awakened the eye, it would have a unique ability not related to Kamui? Because that really wouldn't make sense, either... regardless of who activates it, it is still Obito's eye.
As to those claiming that Kakashi is incapable of developing a Kekkei Genkai himself... again, irrelevant. All that matters is that his eyes can link to Obito's, which they can. So, if Kishi decides that they can create a combined Susano'o, he's laid all the necessary groundwork, and it's not an "asspull" that Kakashi can take part. The only "asspull" is the fact that their eyes can link at all while in separate bodies, but we've already been forced to accept that.
@Takos
You do realize that the fact that he HAS only Kamui as his ability
and it works in the EXACT same way - aside of intangibility
- and that he has the EXACT same pattern, along with the Eye-Perception when Obito's eye reacted to its 'Rightful Owner'
The ability or the change of Sharingan requires the blood, something clearly proven through Tobirama's hypothesis as well; something he lacks.
Which Obito statement are we talking about here? Double Mangaeko? You do realize that the abilities are developed through genetic dispositions in users?
Every ability related to Sharingan is born out of the user's DNA. Even if the manga does go down this path, it will be nothing more than horse-shit, not any less ludicrous or laughable than Minato being a Jinchuriki - a fact that the manga clearly established was NEVER possible. Anyhow, we have never seen eye to eye on this, ever. There is no point in fighting over it.
Let's be mature and simply agree to disagree.
All those ranged Kamui things are nothing but fan-developed fanfiction. Kakashi's kamui is no-where near Obito's level. Who sucks in targets so fast that it led Kakashi to state that Obito's Kamui was much more advanced than Minato's FTG - as it cannot be detected by sensors when teleportation can be.
