In regards to the bold part; that is not true, because Susano'o, alone at least, is not what deteriorates the Mangekyō Sharingan's light: it is the fact that Susano'o requires both the left and right eye, to be used. The effects are therefore greater, thus, it creates the illusion that it is ultimately Susano'o which consumes the light; the reality is quite the opposite. Both Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu both contribute to the Mangekyō Sharingan's eventual loss of light...
Maybe it's because of plot no jutsu that kakashi isn't blind yet. They need him, or naruto would be a loose cannon. Plus, he is a main character. It's the same scenario with lee. When garra screwed him up, he got better. Plot no jutsu may not be... Fair?.. But it does happen

How could Kakashi have known about the blindness when you don't start to experience it until after you have used it many times?
I just think both Mangekyō Sharingan are linked; when one awakens, so does the other. When one begins to lose its light (though not from Kinjutsu), the other experiences the same effects. I'm not convinced that Kakashi awoke his MS - I honestly don't see him having the required feelings for Rin. It wouldn't surprise me if Obito's pain at watching Rin die was what unlocked his Mangekyō Sharingan, and this is what awakened Kakashi's (both eyes were in harmony [

], and i'm sceptical about it being purely coincidental). So whilst people may be correct in suggesting that Kakashi hasn't gone blind because of his cautious use of the Sharingan's ocular powers, I can see Obito's possessing of Senju DNA being the reason why both eyes haven't yet lost their light.

This is simply a hypothesis, not a theory. Since you have no way of testing it, you can't call it a theory. It's a nice sounding guess, but really, there is no way to prove it with only half of the information

Nice does make since in a way and for those who said it isn't stated in the manga have you notice only those who had susanoo and using both eye tech ended up going blind in both eyes but I do agree about the Obito having senju DNA but Kakashi when he uses his he doesn't suffer blindness because one he doesn't use his eye to much. two he keeps his eye completely covered. and three he hasn't kept his MS on for that long
Nope, there isn't anything like "they both"
Kakashi did experience it's effect fighting Deidara, he's using one eye, Susano'o use two eyes, see the difference? It makes sense that Sasuke went blind after using both amateratsu and Susano'o, and they requires tons of chakra. There's no anything like "both eyes to become blind" but for how long you use them.
Kakashi just certify his own theory seeing Itachi's pain and what Kisame said.
And I believe that Kakashi did use his Kamui as much as his body can handle, he was bleeding, he was out of chakra and barely standing while Sasuke was alright even blind. Now that's what I didn't get.

Actually when Kakashi said that it was a double edged sword it wasn't because he noticed his eye sight getting worse, it was because he analyzed the fight between him and Itachi.

People are sometimes too stupid to understand his story! Just like how Naruto's clone was in Obitos dimension, and how Kakashi only warped the tentacle of Hachibi, and lol, how Fuuton Kazekiri was Narutos new jutsu.....so on and so forth....
These plot holes are nothing but misunderstandings, don't compare Kishimoto to the other half ass writers in Japan, there is a reason Naruto is NÚMERO UNO! Ironically....Naruto is the only anime I truly love, apart from Akira Toriyamas DBZ, which was another perfect masterpiece like this one!
