Maduke is Muzaka's business so I don't think he would even allow Rai to intervene.
Can Muzaka actually get them out by himself? They have at least 2-4 people o rescue and three of them are probably in a secure lab with Ignes.
Muzaka will just handle Maduke I guess. Maybe a couple of fodders too on the way. Frankenstein and co. (especially if Seira, Rael and Karias tag along) should be enough for a successful rescue mission.
