Wendy gets a rope that was concientally close to her, as she gets the rope, she gathers raw chakra on her hands, then applying to the rope, making a blue aura appear all around the rope, as she infuses the rope with chakra, she spins the rope on top of her head (I don't know how to say it, how cowboys do it), then trowing it around the clone, due to the clone coming closer to her, the rope goes all around the clone, binding it. She then holds the clone for 10 seconds and releases it.

ooc: I don't understand this, I checked the E-rank clone technique, which says it can only be used in short range, and using it as a distraction to then attack, how is that considered a jutsu? It's just using the E-rank technique and freeforming attack.
