Minato makes his way to the training field, in order to teach yet another student. This time, it was a young girl, perhaps 14 years old. Minato smiled as he came closer. He then looked at her with a kind face. Suddenly, a blue aura could be seen coming from the Yellow Flash's right hand.
"Want to see Ninjutsu first hand?"
Suddenly, a ball of pure chakra is formed that spins at rapid speeds. It was a rasengan, a technique that Minato himself created. He always used this just to see how the student would react.
"Tell me, what is Ninjutsu?"
Minato then let the Rasengan disperse, as it was only for show. He then placed both his hands in his pockets, and waited for an answer.
"Want to see Ninjutsu first hand?"
Suddenly, a ball of pure chakra is formed that spins at rapid speeds. It was a rasengan, a technique that Minato himself created. He always used this just to see how the student would react.

Wendy was waiting for her sensei at the training ground when a 30 year old blond man, "Want to see ninjutsu first hand?", he said, right after she saw a blue aura come from the man's right hand, then a ball of pure chakra is formed around the man's right hand, spinning in it's hand at fast speed, she didn't know what technique that was, but it was amazing, he then talks again "Tell me, what is Ninjutsu?", the ball of chakra then disperses, as it does, she prepares to answer her sensei.
"Well, ninjutsu is, in the basic explanation, it's every ninja technique that uses chakra, including using it throught weapons, or just using the raw chakra. Basic ninjutsu consists in just shape manipulation and applying raw chakra into weapons and summonings, the technique you just did, I can deduce is a high level shape manipulation, as you concentrate the chakra into a perfect sphere, ninjutsu has many forms, elemental ninjutsu is when the ninja uses, besides shape manipulation, nature transformations, to transform the nature of chakra, commonly in one of the 5 basic elements, a high level of ninjutsu usage, is applying the chakra to regenerate the cells of the body, or in other words, Medical Ninjutsu, also, some people can concentrate the chakra in their limbs, increasing the strenght of them, ninjutsu techniques, most of the time require the usage of handseals to control the chakra used in the jutsu.

Minato looked at the young girl, who seemed to have an alright knowledge on Ninjutsu and what it encompasses. It wasn't an easy field to teach nor be taught, and required both student and teacher to be at their best, in terms of concentration and time dedication. Minato had both, and wondered if the girl had the same..
"Hm, interesting answer. Ninjutsu is always accomplished in two ways: through focusing chakra and then molding it. Focusing deals with using your willpower to make something happen, and then molding is giving the chakra a certain characteristic like Fire or Water etc. Chakra flow is continuous, always in motion, but if needed, it can be manipulated. Thus something can be produced if needed be.
Now, molding the chakra is done in two ways: Shape Manipulation and Nature Transformation."
Minato then takes a random stick from a branch of tree, using it as a way to explain it on the ground.

Wendy sees as her senseis explains it better, listening to each detail, she then sees as he gets a stick, then he explains shape manipulation and nature manipulation, then he asks if she understood.

"Alright! Now, Ninjutsu can be grouped into several parts actually, and because it has so many techniques, I have actually been working on a method to teach it in. I am going to give you one technique, and I want you to perform it for me and give me at least 2 advantages and disadvantages, and how you would use it in battle. If you have questions about it, feel free to ask!"
Minato then reaches into his ninja pouch, taking out several small needles.
"You see these? Now, these are basic ninja tools, used for accuracy and speed. This first technique deals with it. I want you to mold your chakra and form various needles in your mouth that you shoot out towards your opponent with great accuracy. An easy technique, and fast too. Now, do as I asked, and we'll see if in which manner I will proceed with you."
Minato then creates a clone that runs towards his student, with a kunai in hand.

Wendy sees as her senseis gives her instructions and creates a clone to attack her, she quickly molds raw chakra, then focusing it on her mouth, gathering the chakra inside her mouth, when the chakra is in the mouth, she controls the chakra, manipulating it's form to turn into 10 sharp needles of chakra, she then shoot the needles from her mouth by spilling them very quickly, directing to the clone's heart, they hit the clone very accuratly and fast, dispersing him.
"Well, this technique is very fast and simple, so it can be used as a surprise, it is also very accurate, being able to trow them very accuretly, maybe making them hit nerves or surpeficial organs. It isn't a very powerful technique and the needles doesn't have a lot of range and radius.

Minato then walked forward, looking at his young student performing the technique. She did it quite well, although there could be improvements.
"Alright, well done. Expand more on the advantages and disadvantages though. The technique is fast, and because it requires no hand seals, it can be done in the knick of time. Imagine if you were at close range, and the opponent wouldn't be fast enough to dodge the needles, should you hit a vital point, it could be deadly. Here is the technique you just learned."
Minato then throws a scroll with the jutsu in it, so Wendy could use it later.
"Alright, now since I have not completed my Ninjutsu method yet, I will try something and see if it works, you gotta work with me now, okay? Since Ninjutsu has so many techniques, I will give you two jutsu at a time, where I will analyze it, stating points of the technique and the I just want you to perform it and ask questions if you have any. Don't be scared to ask, I will answer to my best ability."
Minato then smiled as he now started his next topic, the new technique to be learned.
"Now, the next technique requires a Giant Windmill Shuriken. First, you throw the first shuriken towards your opponent, and with great skill, you throw a second directly afterwards. The second one basically "hides" beneath the first, this gaining the name of a "shadow shuriken". A technique used by Sasuke I believe against Zabuza and later again, against Itachi but he made it better by using wires, but that's another technique on it's own. Anyway, this technique is easy to perform and requires two giant windmill shuriken. Due to the speed of the shuriken, it isn't easy to see the second one, but not impossible. This makes it a technique best used for distraction and in order to catch your opponent off guard. Since it's weapon based, it's best used when in close range or so, making it more difficult to dodge. Pretty easy, just use it on my clone."

"After that, a seemingly useless technique in my opinion. It's a technique used to hold an animal ( like a summoning ), in its place. You basically focus your chakra on it, and it will be constricted, though it is broken by strong animals and when you stop concentrating on it so.. it can't really be used in battle that efficiently. Basically, don't use this technique unless it's for RP purposes or something. Anyway, use it on my summon to hold him in place."
Minato summons forth a Box Jellyfish who hovers in the air before Wendy.

Wendy, after performing the technique, listen to what her sensei says, and then he gives a scroll to her about the technique she just performed, she would read it later, so she puts it on her back, listen to him saying once again, now explaining 2 techniques, she listens, and now to perform the first technique, she gets 2 fuuma shurikens using a scroll premade that she got from the village, which summons 2 fuumas shurikens, she then trows the first one in the direction of the clone, and, the sun making an angle of 60° which made the shadow be bigger than the shuriken, right after she trew the second shuriken a few feet bellow where she trew the first shuriken, the second shuriken, because of the position it was placed, was covered entirely by the shadow of the first shuriken, making it hard to see the second, the first shuriken hits the clone in the chest and the second right bellow the stomach, they cut the clone and it disappears.
"No questions in this, simple technique, but it won't work on places with multiple shadows, really dark or at night, because in the first the shadow would be unpredictable and in the second and third there would be almost no shadow."
For the second technique, Wendy sees as Minato summons a jellyfish that floats in the air near her (dafq), Wendy puts her hand on the jellyfish, applying chakra to the jellyfish's body, Wendy then uses the chakra to restrain the jellyfish, making it unable to move, she keeps it for a bit and then releases it.

"Well, good on the first technique. I basically explained everything about the technique. Now, you say the second technique is confusing, well, its because it's not widely used. You basically focus onto the animal you want to constrict (like normal concentrating, but with the help of chakra now). This allows you to constrict the animal in place for as long as you do it. You need to touch it as you described, just look at it. Though it can easily be broken of you stop concentrating on it, or if an outside force breaks it. Easier to understand now?"

"Very good. Now, we will continue. The next technique is called, Killing Intent. It's an interesting technique where one projects their pure killing intent through the physical world with the use of chakra. This paralyzes the opponent, gives them visions of gruesome death (remember Sasuke and Sakura in the Forest of Death, where Orochimaru performed this on them?) This is usually confused with Genjutsu, but it is just pure intent."
Minato then stands upright, and looks straight at Wendy.
"In order to perform this, one has to focus on the opponent and really concentrate on them for the effect to be felt. It's usually used to make the opponent stumble, mess up a hand seal etc The closer to the opponent it is done, the more effective it is. There are also several effects based on rank, but I want you to read through it and tell me a bit about the technique itself. What makes it special? How will you utilize it? Also, perform it."

Wendy listens as her sensei speaks and makes a clone, she first performs the technique, first by looking at the clone, as she does that, she unleashes her chakra, pressuring the clone, as she does that, she looks at the clone with the intention to kill it, the intention to kill the clone was so intense, that it dispersed.
(sorry if I couldn't perform it right, this was how I understood how to perform it)
"This technique consists of releasing the intencion to kill the target, making the target fear the power of the user, knowing that the user will kill them, pressuring them, and if the difference in power is too strong, making the enemy feel nauseas, hesitate in attacking, seeing illusions, which aren't genjutsu. What's make it so special it's it's power, this technique is so strong that even the strongest enemy will have even the slighest effect if it is used against them, I would ultilize it when the opponent is trying to make handseals, to disturb them and maybe make them miss the handseals, or use before starting a battle, to avoid enemies.

Minato takes out a scroll from his pouch, and throws it towards the young Wendy. He remembers the time someone tried using that technique on him, but he was too fast and it didn't affect him :scorps: Nonetheless, it was time to move on. The was still a hell of a lot of techniques left to train in.
"Now, the next few techniques are easy. Back to performing and asking questions. I will explain. The first technique involves using your chakra to make a swarm of Sakura petals, and manipulating them. They will be manipulated around the opponent, causing confusion and blinding the opponent for the turn it is used in. During this time, you can attack from any angle. Easy technique to perform, requires no hand seals and would serve to give you an opening should you need one. Although it is useful, it's merely a D rank technique. This means it's limits are obvious, it can just be countered with any elemental technique of the same or higher rank. Like using Wind to blow away the petals, or using an Earth wall to block them etc. Another disadvantage is that it can only be done in shirt range. Now, use it on my clone."

Then, a last kunai is thrown, but this one has an active explosive note on it. When it hits, all the other explosive notes activate, causing a massive explosion. Perform it on my clone."

"This technique can be used with just a few amount of chakra, if you run out of smoke bombs, you can use it as a distraction, but, it is easily countered, also, it is very weak, such as a smoke bomb would do better."

"Well, it will need more than just a Water Shield to stop a massive explosion, more like an Earth armor or blowing away the tags beofre the next kunai is thrown. There are several counters to these techniques. Anyway, here you go."
"This next technique can't be used in the battle arena or fights I believe, so I am not sure why it should be listed. Anyway, I'll explain it and you just perform it. Basically, you'll just utilize your chakra to appear and disappear in a moment. This is usually used to either escape from a dire situation or attack fast. Now, this technique is not used in battle because imagine everyone having my speed. The technique is done by sing nearby elements like mist, sand etc No need to perform this one. Just ask questions if you have any."

After forming it, you will use your chakra to project your voice to another place in the battlefield in order to confuse your target. Like say you are in a mist like enviroment. Wendy listens as the sensei explains the first technique.
"I really don't know why there are so many similar techniques, not usable in battle and useless in battle ninjutus."
Now listening to her sensei explaining the second technique, and then he creates a mist, Wendy, in front of the clone, moves her legs up and down staying in the same place, to make it sound like she has moved, then she does the Ram handseal as she gathers chakra on her mouth, then spelling the chakra, sending it towards the back of the clone, hidden by the mist, then she controls the chakra, making it project her voice saying "Hey" right behind the clone, as she does that, the clone turns in the direction of the voice, and she goes towards it, touching the back of the clone, scaring it.

"That's alright. Fairly easy techniques, and they might seem useless at first but they can really change the tide in battle. Here are the techniques you just learned."
"Next technique is a bad ass one. First, you will use the Mist jutsu and then commit silent homicide, which basically means quickly killing the opponent in a very stealthy way. This is done through utilizing your chakra to move fluidly, fast and muffle the sound of your movement. This makes it difficult for the opponent to find you and it's easy to kill an opponent like this if you catch him at his blind spot. A technique not very widely used, but can be deadly if used at the correct time. I myself hasn't used the technique yet, but I have seen some great people use it to its full potential. Use it on my clone."

"After that you will need some smoke bombs and Makibishi [which are basically these sharp spiky objects that ninja use.] The technique is initiated with the smoke bomb being thrown. After you throw the smoke bomb towards your opponent, you throw the Makibishi right after the flash bomb explodes. This would create a cover for the Makibishi, and would cause some damage to the opponent's feet should he try and come your way. Use it on my clone."

Wendy first gathers suiton chakra on her lungs and then, releases a mist from it. (sorry for this part) As the mist hides her from the clone and the clone stands in one place, she uses chakra on her feet to absorb the impact of her stepping and making it deal no sound, she moves quickly and goes behind the clone, seeing the shade of the clone, she then gets the katana on her back and deals a piercing strike in the place where the heart of the clone would be.
"This technique can be easily dodged by using a large scale jutsu and dispersing the mist, but it can be deadly if used correctly."
Wendy gets the Makibishi and a smoke bomb from her ninja pouch, she then first trows the smoke bomb, creating a smoke that hides her as the smoke bomb explodes, right after it exploded, she trow the Makibishi, setting it right in front of her inside the smoke, setting a trap, as the clone runs towards her, it pierces his foot and disperses him.
"This is a simple technique but I don't think anyone would simply go blindly in a smoke bomb."

This rope can then be used to hold down and trap the opponent. Best used with a clone or another team member with you, because if you use it, you won't be able to do anything as you have to keep feeding chakra into the rope. I don't really see anyone using it in a heated battle, maybe in the Ninja World it can be used for general Role Play. Other than that, use it on my clone."

Use it on my clone to distract or confuse him, and then you attack him whilst he is distracted or confused."
