Shinobi don't necessarily have to use chakra. Rock Lee and for the most part, Gai, are good examples of this. Shinobi simply are "soldiers" to put it in the simplest terms. Medical shinobi are still shinobi, even though they don't directly fight. Also, handseals - how are they used? Why are hand seals sometimes necessary for a technique to take place?

Fire Release: Fire Release, or Katon is one of the five elemental chakra natures. It is weak against water as water can extinguish fire. Fire is strong against wind because wind feeds flame and increases its power. Fire can also be used in conjunction with Lightning when a powerful Fire Release technique is used to alter the weather conditions in preparation for a powerful Lightning Release technique (Kirin). Members of the Uchiha clan have a fire affinity. Fire Release is a component of the following advanced nature Kekkei Genkai: Lava Release and Boil Release. It is also a component of the Kekkei Tota Dust Release. Fire's nature is destructive, it spreads and grows larger, destroying anything it can. However, if fire is controlled properly, it can be used to give life, warmth, and comfort. In order for fire to be used like this, you need to know how to control it properly. If you cannot control it, then it will get out of control and it can harm you.

Earth Release: Earth Release, or Doton, is one of the five basic elemental chakra natures. It is weak to lightning because lightning can easily travel through earth and destroy it. Doton is strong against water because water is liquid and earth is solid. Also because earth can absorb water. I don't think Earth has been used in combos with any other elements.

It is weak against Katon because the wind feeds the flames and makes them more powerful, and this means that wind techniques can be used in conjunction with fire techniques to augment the latter's power. It can also be used with Water release. The wind can push the water to make it flow faster. It can also be used in a similar manner with Earth. It can be used to push up earth, dust etc to create things like dust storms and smokescreens or push mud like with water. Wind is strong against Raiton because wind is a natural electrical insulator. Futon is a component of the following nature Kekkei Genkai: Ice Release and Scorch Release. It is also a component of the Kekkei Tota Dust Release.

(Fukumi Hari) - Hidden Needles

(Fukumi Hari) - Hidden Needles

Neji begins by moulding chakra inside his body and focusing it into his mouth. He uses my chakra to summon sharp needles inside my mouth without Lee noticing. He spits them out at Lee, aiming with great accuracy at his vital organs. The needles stab into thee opponent and leave him with a large amount of pain.

Battle use:
When you are in close range battle, you could surprise the opponent by quickly spitting needles at them.

Technique I would pair it with:
If you have a Byakugan bio, you could use the Byakugan to be able to aim better for the specific places you want the needles to hit.

(Kage Shuriken no Jutsu) - Shadow Shuriken Technique

Neji begins this technique by equipping himself with two Fuma Shuriken. He throws one of the shuriken at Sasuke. While Sasuke is focusing on that shuriken, Neji throws the other one underneath it, using the first's shadow to hide it. Sasuke deflects away the first shuriken without defending against the other one. The second shuriken hits him and slashes his legs.

Battle use: You would use it when you want to land a hit on the opponent without them noticing it.

Technique I would pair it with: I would pair it with the Rasenshuriken and use Rasenshuriken instead of Fuma shuriken to increase the techniques power.

Description: Kanashibari no Jutsu is a simple Ninjutsu technique used to temporarily bind an animal (or animals). With the target frozen in place, the ninja can either take the opportunity to attack or to retreat. It can only be used against animal (summons or not) and works by forcefully using your chakra to restrain the summon physically by holding it in place. It can, however, be broken by outside means or brute force, making it less effective against bigger summons like boss summons or similar.
Note: lasts only as long as the user is focusing on the target to sustain it.

For this technique, extend your chakra into my summon, using that as a way to paralyze/bind her. Basically, it's an anti-summon technique. Because you can't use any other techniques while you are concentrating, how could you disperse my summon while having her bound so she cant defend?
