Description: The user will hurl kunai with pouches attached at their target. Upon impact, the pouches explode, releasing small explosive notes. Due to the large number of kunai thrown, a shower of notes will rain down on the target. The user will then throw one final kunai with an active explosive note at the target. It will begin to burn, and by igniting the falling smaller notes it will cause a gigantic explosion.

A rather.... unconventional technique. You use the last explosive kunai to detonate the others explosive notes that were thrown earlier.

I would use it do cause a lot of damage to the opponent's body

I would use it with ( Katon: Kasumi Enbu no Jutsu ) - Fire Release: Mist Blaze Dance Technique to make the explosion more powerful. The result would be a C-rank power explosion.

Form the Ram hand seal, and project your voice to emerge from a different direction or location than you actually are at. It's good if your opponent loses sight of you and doesn't know where you are. You can trick him into thinking you are someplace else, and then attack when he is vulnerable. Also great for NW use

Basically it's being as quiet and as efficient as possible to get a quick kill. If you know the water technique mentioned in the description, perform a combo attack.

Then I take out a kunai and approach the opponent silently, each of my movements barely making any noise. Once I have reached my opponent, I hold the kunai up to their neck and slash their throat, killing them.

Battle use: You would use it to land a sneak attack on the opponent

Technique I would pair it with: I would use a strong weapon to do this jutsu so that it will cause more damage and increase the chance of the opponent being killed. I could also use a jutsu to flow elemental chakra through my weapon (such as (Chō Biburāto Raitontō) - Super Vibrating Lightning Release Sword) to make it more deadly and powerful.

Once I have reached my opponent, I hold the kunai up to their neck and slash their throat, killing them.

The whole point of this technique is to be silent. Why use a loud, lightning technique in combination? Additionally, the mist serves as a double-edged sword. Your opponent would not know where you are, but you wouldn't know where they are either if they had changed positions.
