Ninjutsu
Ninjutsu, literally means, "Ninja Techniques", wherein, 'Nin' means Ninja and 'Jutsu' means techniques. In Narutoverse, ninjutsu requires the usage of 'chakra', which are specific points located in the human body. Essentially, Ninjutsu allows the user to perform techniques that usually cannot be performed by weapons or by simple physical attacks.
Simpler ninjutsu serving such tasks as transforming the user or allowing them to evade attacks. More complex ninjutsu manipulate one's surroundings or utilise the elements, respectively serving such tasks as healing others or manipulating nature transformations and shape transformations. Most of ninjutsu attacks require chakra and specific hand seals to allow to mould and manipulate chakra depending upon the specific handseals and amount of chakra used. And then there's elemental ninjutsu, which is of five types:

However you must remember that the range is short, thus limiting the uses of the technique.
And for the second, take out two giant windmill shurikens. Begin by simply throwing one towards your opponent, upon releasing it throw the second one after it. However, the key point behind this technique is that the second shuriken will be travelling along with the shadow of the first, concealing it from your opponents point of view, and has the capability to be a great surprise attack if used effectively.

Sensei hands me the needles, which I place in my mouth. I then proceed to close my eyes and slowly start to build up chakra in my body. Focusing on the chakra, I channel it towards the needles, effectively coating them with it, which conceals them within my body. Targeting the focus on my opponent's right leg, I proceed to spit the needles with great speed and accuracy which disturbs the balance of the opponent.

For this next technique, channel chakra throughout your body and outwards, by using shape manipulation on the chakra form then into that of Sakura petals. Whilst initially the petals hold no danger to your opponent they can be used extremely effectively, as they could swirl around your opponent and thus conceal his vision of you. Easily allowing you to follow up with another attack from any direction which you desire; I'd say though that this technique, much like most of the D-ranks is only applicable within Short range, which could potentially limit the capability of this technique.
And after that, I want you to take a moderate amount of kunais out, let's say 10. Each kunai should have a pouch attached to them, hurl them all at your opponent. And upon contact with the opponent the pouches will explode, resulting in small explosive tags that cascade your opponent. Using that to your advantage in means of distraction, then take out a final kunai with an active explosive tag attached to it and throw it at your opponent. The active explosive tag will also ignite the smaller ones laying around your opponent, and it all results in a gigantic explosion around your opponent.

I build up chakra in my body and channel it throughout the entire system. I perform shape manipulation on the chakra. Slowly and gradually, I channel the chakra outwards and form Sakura petals. I direct them at the opponent by:

Next, I take out some kunais out, approximately 10. I hold 5 kunais in each hand, as I fixate my gaze on the opponent. Aiming for him, I immediately hurl them at my opponent, at full speed. While the opponent is distracted by being cascaded, I pull out an another kunai which has an active explosive tag attached to it. I aim for it to precisely land near the other smaller explosive tags. I then throw it, as it attains the required velocity and acceleration and touches the other smaller ones, hence creating a massive explosion.

Right, next technique is simple and quite effective. It is essentially using it to bind an animal, so a simple animal from your opponent's summoning contract; it works by staring into the animal where it upon will feel as it is being held down by steel ropes. However focus is required for this to occurr, though you are still able to perform attacks in between. This isn't something you should use on a boss summon though as it is able to be broken by sheer brute force, and is more suitable for the lower ranked animals of a summoning contract.
And the second jutsu is the infamous Killing intent. You simply stare into your opponent, and a vibe of murderous intent is released, making your opponent think that you want to brutally murder them, installing fear into their mind. The technique has different levels to it, all dependent upon the ranks (post-wise) of you and your opponent. If you want to paralyse your opponent, and make them essentially be terrified of you, they need to be at least 2 ranks lower than you, for those of one rank the mental damage is minuscule, just enough to probably make them stagger. For anyone of your rank of above it has no effect what so ever. The closer you are to your opponent as well, the more powerful the technique.

I stare at it with almost a penetrating gaze, as it feels like steel ropes have held it down and starts howling loudly, unable to understand the situation.

As before, I close my eyes and this time I recall all the painful things that I've experienced. One man appears in front of my eyes, my brother, the one whom I want to murder, Itachi Uchiha. The gruesome day flashes back, as I see images of my dead clan. The resulting visions fill me up with rage, as I open up my eyes and stare at the opponent, with a penetrating gaze, eyebrows curled angularly, giving off a murderous vibe. He feels the pure murderous intent, which paralyzes him with fear, as he has visions of his own gruesome death. He freezes at his place, and this results in him dropping his own sword, while looking toward me in shock and fear, with a massive amount of sweat on his face.

Since the Killing Intent technique can be confusing at times ask any questions whenever you want, I'm here to help. Same applies for any other technique should you be confused about them. xD
Now this next technique is actually not something usable in battle, but I have to teach it to you anyways. It is the body flicker technique, one capable of making a shinobi appear and disappear within instants, so for the sake of RP; let's perform it. It is usually preceded by usage of something to conceal the opponents vision as the technique occurs. So throw a simple smoke bomb onto the ground, making me lose my vision of you, and then escape from your last known position, appearing at the bush behind me.
And now, the second technique is something which is open to great creative uses, begin by performing the ram hand sign and then covering your hands over your mouth, upon doing so simply speak, make a random animal noise, read a sentence from a book, talk gossip about your favourite celebrity, you get the point, essentially just speak. And from this, you can basically project whatever you said, your voice to any part of the battlefield up to mid-range from you, so that the actual voice will be heard coming from that specific point on the battlefield rather from you. Tell me, in what cases would this be the best technique to use?

(Kanashibari no Jutsu) - Temporary Body Paralysis Technique

Description: Kanashibari no Jutsu is a simple Ninjutsu technique used to temporarily bind an animal (or animals). With the target frozen in place, the ninja can either take the opportunity to attack or to retreat. It can only be used against animal (summons or not) and works by forcefully using your chakra to restrain the summon physically by holding it in place. It can, however, be broken by outside means or brute force, making it less effective against bigger summons like boss summons or similar.
Note: lasts only as long as the user is focusing on the target to sustain it.

Description: Killing Intent pertains to the ability of the user giving off their pure killing intention and having it affect their opponent and others around them up to the point of paralyzing them. When the Killing Intent is particularly strong, it can even give the victim visions of their own gruesome death, nausea, pain, etc. This can cause the Killing Intent to be confused with a genjutsu, despite not being a genjutsu at all; simply a showcase of intention and power. The target will feel as if facing an overwhelming enemy and, even if not a sensor, will suddenly feel the pressure of the users chakra and its magnitude, making the effect that much more dramatic. To effectively be used, the user needs to focus on his target and concentrate on the killing intent towards it, meaning that one must see the target and be focused on it. The strength of the Killing Intent is dependent on many factors and go through several levels. If a difference in rank smaller than 2 ranks exist, the enemy will feel only the pressure and the ominous presence of their dark intentions. Its enough to lose your grasp on a weapon or stay clinched to it (depending on the situation) or even to hesitate in an attack, stumble or mess up a handseal, all depending on the situation and proximity. The effect is small and normally not that significant but can be effectively used to pressure enemies into making a mistake. If a difference of 2 ranks or more exist, the enemy will be frozen, almost unable to move as the overwhelming killing intent dominates their own conscious and riddles them with nightmarish versions of death. The paralyzation gradually weakens as time passes and can only be maintained while the user is focused on the target. The further away the target, the weaker it is and it can only fully paralyze a target within short range. Similarly, the more targets one focuses on, the weaker the effect is in each one (divinding the effects equally between the number of targets). Lastly, the stronger the user is in relation to the target, the stronger the effect will be. The target can counter Killing Intent directed at it through pain, "mind cleansing" techniques or their own Killing Intent.
Note: Intensity of technique depends on the rank of the user, distance to target and number of targets one is focusing on

When the Killing Intent is particularly strong, it can even give the victim visions of their own gruesome death, nausea, pain, etc. This can cause the Killing Intent to be confused with a genjutsu, despite not being a genjutsu at all; simply a showcase of intention and power. The target will feel as if facing an overwhelming enemy and, even if not a sensor, will suddenly feel the pressure of the users chakra and its magnitude, making the effect that much more dramatic. To effectively be used, the user needs to focus on his target and concentrate on the killing intent towards it, meaning that one must see the target and be focused on it. The strength of the Killing Intent is dependent on many factors and go through several levels. If a difference in rank smaller than 2 ranks exist, the enemy will feel only the pressure and the ominous presence of their dark intentions. Its enough to lose your grasp on a weapon or stay clinched to it (depending on the situation) or even to hesitate in an attack, stumble or mess up a handseal, all depending on the situation and proximity. The effect is small and normally not that significant but can be effectively used to pressure enemies into making a mistake. If a difference of 2 ranks or more exist, the enemy will be frozen, almost unable to move as the overwhelming killing intent dominates their own conscious and riddles them with nightmarish versions of death. The paralyzation gradually weakens as time passes and can only be maintained while the user is focused on the target. The further away the target, the weaker it is and it can only fully paralyze a target within short range. Similarly, the more targets one focuses on, the weaker the effect is in each one (divinding the effects equally between the number of targets). Lastly, the stronger the user is in relation to the target, the stronger the effect will be. The target can counter Killing Intent directed at it through pain, "mind cleansing" techniques or their own Killing Intent.

And now, the second technique is something which is open to great creative uses, begin by performing the ram hand sign and then covering your hands over your mouth, upon doing so simply speak, make a random animal noise, read a sentence from a book, talk gossip about your favourite celebrity, you get the point, essentially just speak. And from this, you can basically project whatever you said, your voice to any part of the battlefield up to mid-range from you, so that the actual voice will be heard coming from that specific point on the battlefield rather from you. Tell me, in what cases would this be the best technique to use?

I slowly take out a smoke bomb out of my pouch as I keep thinking onto where to escape from my Sensei. Once, my head's clear, I throw the smoke bomb, which hinders the vision of my sensei and reacting quickly, I appear at the bush behind my sensei.

I build up chakra in my body and perform the Ram hand seal. I proceed to cover my hands on my mouth and I make random noises. My voice can be heard mid-range from me. Umm, *scratches head*. I can think of two cases:
- 1. It can be used to prevent the enemy from knowing our location.
- 2. It can also be used to convey important messages to our teammates, provided they're mid-range from us.
Dawan = TheOne u__u And brilliant yeah, the technique has more of a importance within the NW but it's got some good creative uses, those were the ones I was looking for. xD
This next technique is a stealthy one, and is used in the case of killing your opponent without them being aware of your presence by sound. What I want you to do is channel chakra throughout your entire body, and form a simple thin layer above your skin, which acts as an insulator for when you step on the ground, the sounds that would normally be produced would simply dissipate; allowing you to move silently behind your opponent without caught by his sense of hearing, and landing a surprise attack which is normally a kunai to the throat - so do that to me, albeit don't actually slit my throat.

I hide behind some bushes, not making a single sound. Your body faces back i.e. your back is turned to my side. Looking at you, waiting for the right time, I pull up a kunai from my pouch and slowly approach you from behind. I then proceed to place the kunai at your throat! "Boo!"
I look at the position of my opponent. I then slowly pick up a smoke bomb and instantly throw it on the ground, so as to hinder the vision of the opponent. Once, he's distracted and tries hard to see again, I use the time frame to throw 10-15 makibishi around the opponent, around 360 degrees, i.e. a complete circle. As he moves around in confusion, his legs pierce some of the makibishi, after which he screams in pain.

The first technique is pretty self-explanatory. *Throws you a black rope* Take that black rope and defend it with your life, it is now your everything and you must worship it. I mean, take the rope and infuse it with your chakra, with your chakra infused onto it approach your opponent and wrap the rope around him, effectively binding him as you would with a normal rope. Though the main ability here would be that the rope is infused with your chakra and will effectively prove to be more difficult to escape from when compared to a normal rope, and the time your opponent takes to release himself from the grip of the rope allows you to land a surprise attack.
- Though remember that by infusing your chakra into the rope, you're not making it longer, and the range for the attack is short which severely limits the possibilities with the rope giggity.
And for this next technique is one I quite enjoy, it is built upon the original E-rank Clone technique that all bios possess without the requirement of being trained in them; however those clones are immediately dispersed upon contact with this opponent whilst these aren't. Concentrate on your chakra whilst channelling it throughout your body with an image subconsciously appearing within your mind, and image of yourself. Then, using that chakra and the image, by shape manipulation form a simple haze clone in front of you. And make it run towards your opponent, where if he was to touch him, he'd simply phase through.
- It's notable that since they lack a chakra circulatory system, as well as chakra flow they can be perceived by Doujutsu users.
- Whilst they can't induce any harm upon your enemy they are good for distractions or can be used to communicate directly to you.

I take the black rope you throw me. I look at it, seeing how hard it is. I, then focus on my raw chakra in my body. I can feel the exciting rush in my body, as it feels lively. I feel as if the chakra wants to break through the 361 points in my body and leave it. Once, I've gathered enough, I channel my chakra towards the rope. I look at the dummy who's about short-range from me, it's back facing me. I place my left foot back and prepare myself to run towards it stealthily. Once, the right time arrives, I take a few quick steps, though, I take extra caution to not make a single sound. Once, I reach the dummy, I pull out the rope and immediately strangle it's neck with it. "Poor dummy"
I concentrate on my raw built up chakra. I then, channel it throughout my body, as I deeply concentrate on myself and an image subconsciously appearing in my mind. Still concentrating on it, I perform Shape manipulation and I form a haze clone. I then make it run towards the opponent, as he runs toward it, and to his surprise, phases through it.
Hmm, I could form several haze clones and the opponent(non-dojutsu) would try to punch through each one of them to find out who's the real one. Meanwhile, using the time available, I attack him from the blind spot and finish him off. Another scenario, I can think of is to make several haze clones and hide in a bush. The haze clones are directed towards the opponent, while the user still hides. Once the opponent tries to figure out which is the real one, he would obviously make some sounds. This could be helpful to pinpoint the location of the opponent and trap him, by using a C-Rank Doton jutsu and then before he reacts, finish him off.
As you said, Ninjutsu is the longest. So, can we have 3 techs per post? I'm sorry, if I am asking too much. It's just that I want to submit CJ's.

The first technique is really simple, begin by withdrawing a Demon Wind Shuriken, and simply throw it towards the opponent. However, upon throwing it I want you to use your chakra, forcefully causing the Shuriken to expand in size, resulting in the shuriken having a wider range to inflict damage. Simply, yet effective if used at the right situation, it has the capability to inflict great damage onto your opponent.
Then, the second technique is even simpler than that, something which can already be done by freeform but we'll take it. It is, in its essence, a barrage of kunais being sent towards your opponent. Grab a hold of quite a good quantity of kunais from your pouch, and just throw them at your opponent really. Simple xD

Holding it tightly with my right hand, I start to throw it. Just before I throw it, I infuse some of my chakra into it, and I launch it. In mid-air, it suddenly starts to expand because of the channeled chakra as it cuts off the dummy's head!
I take out several kunais out of pouch as I tighten my grip on them. Maintaining the previous stance, I throw them towards the dummy in quick succession and at a very fast pace.

Alright, for the last D rank we'll do it independently. I like it quite a lot actually. By attaching a translucent string to one end of your shuriken, and trying it around your finger tips, you're able to freely manipulate the trajectory path of said shuriken. So that even when your opponent has dodged it, by moving your finger tips to control the wire, you should be able to alter the movement of the shuriken.

Alright, try it out on this fella here. Once you've thrown the shuriken he will dodge it, and manipulate the wire so that the shuriken hits him after he has moved away. A given disadvantage of this would obviously be that the power all lies behind the wire and if the ties would break then the magic of the technique is gone.

Upon doing so, place it onto the ground and by using your chakra, separate the ground and place the tag within it, effectively concealing it from your opponent. If he was to then lets say walk over the spot where your tag is located, the tag would go off and explode, blowing your opponents leg off. Other than an explosive tag, sealing tags can also be used and if used at the right time, would be a great technique for a surprise attack.
And for the second jutsu I want you to jump up in the air and grab tools from your pouch. They could range from pretty much anything, be it kunais, shurikens, shuko's, whips, batarangs, nuclear weapons; you understand xD. As you are in motion from your jump, spin around ferociously whilst simultaneously releasing all these weapons, that would then effectively be thrown out towards all ranges, maximizing the potential range of the technique, making it hard for your opponent to dodge all weapons, as well as each different weapon carrying some potential to inflict damage in a different way, but the general basis being a sense of a horde of weapons flung outwards in all directions.
