In battle, I wouldn't use this probably that often unless I came up with some sort of taijutsu strategy where the clone/ summon and I combine, then I somehow stop the movements of my opponent by maybe restraining them by locking hands with the them or something, then I could undo the technique and my summon/ partner could detach from me and attack the restrained opponent. This can be used in general along with a formulated strategy to create a surprise attack. I could be barraging my opponent with kicks, punches, flips, etc, and then I could undo this technique and have my summon/ clone join in on the attacks. That's also some ways how I could use this technique offensively. Because this is a "supplementary" classified type of technique, there isn't a direct way to counter this. To defend from the scenario which I created a few moments ago with the clone popping out and aiding in taijutsu, I could potentially combine the sharingan with the Defensive Crane technique to counter their attacks. I find this technique interesting, but to me it seems like it's uses are very limited.

In battle, I could use this technique to harden my body to do a variety of things. I could become gravel to phase through attacks, or harden my body to defend or attack. Offensively, I could use this to turn part of my body into something as hard as diamond, though I would have to be touching diamond (I believe a long time ago I read a fight where this was used in that way. I could state on my bios that they carry a small diamond around on a necklace or ring or something). This is similar to Earth Release: Fist Rock Technique, except that this requires the contact of whatever rock the user wants part of their body to become. In this way, this could be used for even more powerful punches potentially than Fist Rock Technique. To defend against the technique, I could use a raiton technique to break apart the part of their body which is rock. I find this technique somewhat useful and interesting, as it can allow the user to transform their body into many different rocks for a few different uses.

Gyorai Shin) - Torpedo Needle
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: Removing nails from their pocket, the user will throw them into the air and then plant them tip first into the earth. Using their chakra, the nails will travel into the ground. Then at the user's discretion, they can fire the nails from the ground through the feet of their target to nail them in place. They can then fire the remaining nails from the ground to cut the target to pieces.

This uses items that you have on your person. The user takes out nails and focuses their chakra into each of the nails. The user then uses that chakra to move the nails underground and cause the nails to rise up underneath the opponent. It is basically moving you chakra with the nails being a medium in between. The technique is very useful to attack your opponent from below for a sneak attack or to attack you opponent while he is underground if you can find it. It can be countered by sensing the nails underground or seeing the opponent put the nails in the ground allowing you to be prepared when the nails come up and giving you an opportunity to avoid or counter.

(Hitei Mushou) - Flying Nail Mist Pierce
Rank: C
Type:Attack
Range:Short-Mid
Chakra Cost:15
Damage Points:30
Description: After forming the needed hand seal, the user will emit a flying mist of small nails from their mouth. These small nails can travel towards the opponent at quite a distance.

This technique requires only one hand seal and is a very simply projectile launching attack. The technique requires the user to focus their chakra in their stomach then carefully move their chakra to their mouth. While moving the chakra they condense and sharpen it to take the shape and form of a nail. The user does this precisely so that the chakra does not completely turn into nails half way and then end of piercing you from the inside. This techniques offensively is nothing more than a spray of needles. I cannot counter any elemental attacks other than ones its can pass through like lightning, and to defend against it just use any elemental attack capable of pushing objects; earth, wind, fire, and water. Very easy to counter. More of a distraction based technique or one to combined with wind.

In battke, I would use this technique as a surprise attack or as a way to hold my opponents in place temporarily. Offensively, I would use this when the opponent would not be able to see me throwing the nails at the ground so that it is harder to counter and therefor more effective. Techniques which create spikes from the ground like the C rank doton technique and the B rank doton technique essentially do the same thing except that for the doton techniques there is less of a giveaway that they are being preformed and for this technique, the nails give off little to no sound when leaving the ground. To defend against this technique, it would be tricky. Ideally, I would see my opponent throw the nails into the ground allowing me to prepare for them. Nagashi is an option, but Swamp of the Underworld I think would be a better choice as it will attack the opponent and render the nails useless. Can you give me a good example of how to counter this if I didn't see them go into the ground and I don't have sensory abilities? Anyways, I find this technique useful and interesting as it seems hard to counter, and it focuses all around nails which is something new for me.

In battle, I could use this as a distraction or to absorb electricity. If I want to conserve chakra and want to possibly catch the opponent off guard, I could use this. Because the nails are so small, I could use this as a mid range attack and maybe catch them off guard by them, only seeing it once they got closer, though I doubt they would go unseen. I could also combine this with wind to make the nails travel faster. To defend against this technique, a barrage of rocks, water, fire, or wind could work. Wind is an interesting counter to this as it could send the nails back at the opponent, possibly even hitting them. I find this technique a bit interesting, but not all that useful.

(Jouro Senbon) - Sprinkling Needles
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: After hurling their umbrella into the air, the user will unleash a torrent of needles. Using their chakra they can guide these needles towards their opponent.

These technique follows the same concept as the previous simply the chakra is focused more sharply since it is a needle no a nail so I'll keep it short. Just instead of focusing the chakra in your stomach, you focus the chakra at the sharp points of an umbrella. You throw the umbrella into the air while it spins and release your chakra from the sharp point and direct the needles at your target. Defend against it the same way as the technique above, and offensively, most useful as a distraction, not as a direct attack.

(Soushuuha) - Manipulate Advancing Blades
Rank: C
Type:Attack
Range:Short-Long
Chakra Cost:15
Damage Points:30
Description: This technique allows a shinobi to hover multiple kunai in the air while they approach a target. The technique allows a ninja to unleash a torrent of kunai, shuriken, or other weapons much more quickly than if each was thrown individually.

Once you have several kunai you then channel small amounts of chakra into all of you them. Then when you throw your kunai, you remotely control your chakra to hold the kunai in the air. You need use your chakra to constantly provide an upward force on the kunai that negates the force of gravity so that it remains at rest. Not enough chakra will cause it to start falling or not even levitate. It requires no hand seals from that I am aware. The technique is great offensively in a fist fight. You can throw the kunai in front of you as you run toward you opponent and then as you attack them with your body you can use the openings to unleash the kunai. But in other fights, again, any elements technique that can push stuff can be used to block it. You can even throw an explosive kunai and just knock all the levitating kunai away.

In battle I would use this to distract the opponent while I could set up for something more dangerous. The fact that it would be harder to send the needles back at the opponent if you were defending is cool to me because you would have to wait until the last second and then send wind out towards the needles, otherwise they would just be sent back towards the umbrella. Offensively this technique isn't that powerful, but it can be useful as a distraction. To defend against this technique, wind, projectiles, walls, etc are all ways to deal with this. Wind can send the needles back at the opponent if you wait for the right moment as I said previously. I think this technique is interesting and somewhat useful, though mainly as a distraction.

(I'm a little confused on this next technique, basically you can channel chakra into kunai/ shuriken/ senbon or whatever, and then you can control their speed and they can levitate? So this makes it that kunai and things can reach long range? In your example on how you like to use this, you can choose when the kunai goes to attack the opponent? I'm a bit confused lol.)

In battle, I would use this when in close range of the opponent right before engaging in taijutsu combat. I could then use the kunai/ other weapon to attack the opponent when I see fit. Offensively this technique's main usage is in short range as throwing a kunai normally can reach mid range and with this technique added to a weapon it can be countered easily if thrown at a target long range away. To counter this, an explosive kunai or a fireball with explosive properties would work well. If I understand this technique correctly, I think this is interesting and can also be useful.

( Rakka Kibaku Fuda ) - Falling Paper Bomb
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 25
Description: The user will throw three paper bombs connected to kunai that act like parachutes and float down above the enemy where the user will then make the hand seal to explode the explosive tags when they reach their desired location.

Another technique that requires the use of weapons. This uses kunai in conjunction with paper bombs to make a lethal combo. The technique actually requires no hand seals or use of chakra. This is a purely weapons based technique. Grab three kunai that have paper bombs connected to them and throw them in and arc upward toward the target so that when they come down the parachutes made using the paper bombs open and float down. Make one seal to make the tags explode. This is a good technique to attack the opponent from above as a distraction to follow up with a ground based attack. The technique by itself is not that powerful and I prefer throwing paper bomb kunai in free form. Guarding against it is simple. Again, any wind, fire, or water blast that can knock them back and be used to counter. Or the simplest way, the way I recommend is to just throw kunai yourself and deflect them.

After this I will post the list of B-ranks and we will continue from there.

In battle, I would use this in conjunction with a doton or ground based technique so that they have their attention focused on the kunai. Offensively, this isn't that great of a technique, though again, when used in conjunction with a ground based technique like you said, it can create a deadly combo. To defend against this technique, wind, fire, a kunai with a bomb tag of your own, walls, etc all work. Also I prefer freeform kunai with bomb tags. I find this technique interesting because I love using kunai with bomb tags, and it can be a useful distraction.

Do you think I could learn the Summoning technique first? I applied for a contract which I really want, and I need this to sign it if I get accepted :3

The summoning technique by nature requires you to sign a contract before learning it. If not, what am I going to train you to summon? That technique isn't even part of normal Ninjutsu. Look at the hand seals. You can't summon anything so just know what they are. I'll post the list after this.

(Kuchiyose no Jutsu) - Summoning Technique
Rank: B
Type: Defense/Attack/Suplementary
Range: N/A
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage points: N/A
Description:
To summon the creature the ninja will wipe blood on his hand, perform the Boar → Dog → Bird → Monkey → Ram handseals and then touch the ground or another object, where a sealing formula will appear. Though it appears that as long as significant pressure is placed against the blood in some form, the summon will be complete, most summoning uses use a solid surface, though in some cases it can even be done mid air. There can be variations to the summoning steps, some ninja like Temari will wipe blood on her fan, then by swinging the fan the animal is summoned. Other ninja like Orochimaru wipe the blood across a snake tattoo on their arm first, then touch the ground. Others will clap their hands directly like Nagato through the use of his Animal Path. The user must have signed the contract with the creature he wants to summon but the technique can be used to summon a generic creature of that contract (B-Rank) which will have no special traits or abilities beyond those normal to the rest of the animals in the contract. The animal is always summoned on the mark that appears upon slamming the users hand or, if not the case, always in short range of the user.

Oh, lmao! I thought that sensei's would teach it to student's in a hypothetical sort of way, like saying "by weaving those handseals and placing your hand onto the ground while connecting chakra to you're contracted summon, it would appear at the designated location", or something. Got it. Sorry about that, lol.

No need to apologize. You may be correct in that the rules require you to learn the technique before you can sign the contract (note: this wasn't the case when I learned the tech), so I can't say anything. But logically, it doesn't make much sense to me. But anyway as you asked, I've "taught" you the technique. Do what you must with it. As for the rest of the B-ranks, read over them once before I go over them.

(Kage Bunshin no Jutsu) - Shadow Clone Technique
Rank:B

Damage Points:N/A
Description: The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. Upon impact, the clone can be dispersed.

( Gen'ei Tajū Shuriken ) - Multiple Phantom Shuriken
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: After performing the shadow clone technique the user and the two clones perform the Dog → Rabbit → Monkey → Clap Hands and they throw several shuriken which multiply and attack the opponent.
Note: Requires two shadow clones before use.

(Kuchiyose: Rashōmon) - Summoning Technique: Rashōmon
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary, Defence
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: N/A

Note: This technique can only block B rank and below.

(Hiru Banshō: Bōka no Jutsu) - Leech All Creation: Attack Prevention Technique
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: N/A
Description: Using this jutsu, the user can merge with another object and take on its properties to avoid any damage. Orochimaru uses this to merge with a tree just before his battle with his former student, Anko Mitarashi.
Note: Cannot protect user from certain techniques that affect the actual object they merge with.
Note: Technique counts as one of the users Substitution technique usage.

(Kekkai Houjin) - Barrier Method Battle Array
Rank:B
Type:Attack

(Kage Bunshin no Jutsu) - Shadow Clone Technique
Rank:B

The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. The basis of this technique is chakra distribution. Focus your chakra throughout your body and feel the amount of chakra inside of you. Once you feel that you know the total amount of chakra, begin to divide the chakra in half. Once you have found the perfect balance between half of the chakra that will remain in you and the half that will be released, perform the single seal and release half of your chakra out of your body at once. Shape the chakra into your image and mold the chakra to have a physical appearance. The clone should look exactly like you, if it is deformed it means there is no balance in the distribution. Offensively and defensively the allows you to defend against several attacks or attack several times at once. One physical blow to the clone will cause it to time out. One of the most useful techniques in the entire RP. If used wisely it is a game changer.

Now perform the shadow clone jutsu. Perform the hand seals while focusing small amounts of chakra into the shuriken you are holding in your hand. You notice that this technique requires you to have clones already and requires 4 hand seals. It is basic the multiplication of other objects requires more focus that yourself. Throw the shuriken and then divide the chakra you put into the shuriken into equal amounts. Cut the chakra in these equal amounts to separate parts and move to chakra out, once you move it out of the shuriken shape the chakra into the very shape of the shuriken and give the chakra physical characteristics. This technique can be used to defend unless someone is running at you, and offensive again not really offensive unless someone is running at you. To defend against it there are several ways, state a few. I feel it's simple enough that I don't want to take away from your responses.

In battle, I would use Shadow Clone Jutsu for many reasons. I could use it to put more pressure on my target by using multiple techniques at once, whether they be gen, tai, ken, nin, other abilities, and any combination of them. They can fight my opponent for me whilst I prepare for something like say Kirin or if I had Sage mode and needed to gather nature energy. Offensively, I would use a Shadow Clone to aid me in my fighting against the enemy to hopefully overpower them. To defend against an attacking shadow clone along with the original, a technique like Hellfire is perfect. It expands outwards so that means it can deal with both opponents at once. Say a Hyuuga were up against them, they could wait for the last second if the opponents were going for a tai/ken attack, and then preform rotation, defending nicely and dealing damage, getting rid of the clone. I find Shadow Clone Jutsu immensely useful and interesting. I will use this often given the chance.

Rentaro brought his hands together and formed the Shadow Clone seal. Dividing his chakra evenly between the clones, they poofed into existence on either side of him. They each weaved the required handseals, Dog → Rabbit → Monkey and clapped their hands together. They threw several shuriken towards a tree with a large trunk. The shuriken multiplied as they traveled, the several becoming tens, and then hundreds. They all stuck themselves into the tree as they barraged it.

In battle, I would use this if I already had two shadow clones on the battlefield with me. Ideally we would not be next to each other, but in a triangle pattern surrounding the opponent. Offensively I would only really use this if the opponent was coming at me. This technique's greatest power is also it's greatest weakness though. The shuriken which multiply into so many can be sent back towards the people who threw them with a simple fuuton technique. The massive amount of shuriken which were moments ago pressuring the opponent would then be pressuring the user of this technique. In my opinion this is an interesting technique. Tobirama or Minato could mark one of the shuriken and then throw it. They would multiply continuously as the clones continued to focus on the technique as Minato or Tobirama could teleport around. The opponent wouldn't be able to predict the next teleport even if they were able to see all of the shuriken in one moment, because more would appear the next second. Unless you are Minato or Tobirama, I wouldn't use this as it would be too risky. Even as Tobirama or Minato, they risk hitting themselves with the shuriken.

This technique is pretty much plain and simple. It requires no hand seals and is simply a summoning. It summons a wall. The wall can block attacks up to B-rank. Nothing more for me to explain. If possible use the wall to block your opponents vision and do some set-ups for future sneak attacks that you opponent will be unaware of.

This technique requires that you focus your chakra throughout your entire body then some of the chakra outside of your body into another object (in this case the object you are trying to merge into). The technique requires no hand seals and is thus most efficient in situations where there is absolutely no other way to escape and can only be used once per battle since it is considered a substitution. Using the chakra outside of your body, you examine the properties of the object, then you slowly begin changing the chakra throughout your body to match the properties of the element. You then merge the chakra throughout your body with the chakra you channeled outside of your body onto the object so that you can blend into the object for a quick escape. No offensive uses, no real defense uses either. Just a quick technique to run away from something you can't guard.

In battle I would use this to defend from an opponents attack and then go underground for a sneak attack, or set up for something else. This technique serves to offensive purpose besides maybe using it under the opponent, but that isn't very useful. There isn't any defending against this technique either. I find this technique useful and interesting as it is useful to have defensive techniques like this which can also allow you to set up for something else.

In battle, I would use this to escape from a dangerous situation. There aren't offensive ways to use this or ways to defend against this. I find this interesting as it allows the user to merge with another object opposed to substituting themselves with a log or something else. I find it useful as well.

(Kekkai Houjin) - Barrier Method Battle Array
Rank:B

Chakra Cost:20
Damage Points:40
Description: Kekkai Houjin is a high-level Ninjutsu trap technique. An array of explosive markers is jointly placed around the boundary of an area. If any opponent walks through the boundary, the seals will activate and explode.

This technique is a trap. It is not really an attack and cannot be used to defend either. The technique only serves purpose in fights that involve high level strategic methods and sneaky manipulation of the terrain; it would be essentially useless in a shoot out because you wouldn't be able to set the explosive markers and your opponent can just falsely activate the trap by using a big enough enough that can trigger the markers while also overpowering the markers. The best way to use this technique is in a battle where you are planning to win using skill and strategy. I would personally first make a clone and make sure the clone in made out of the opponents sight and take the opponent one of one while the clone prepares the seals then I'll lead the opponent toward the boundary then suddenly jump back far behind it then when the opponent follows he'll activate the markers. You'll probably never use this technique and no one else will use it against you either.

In battle I would use this if high amounts of strategy and planning were required to win. Offensively it is used as a sneak attack of sorts as it is a trap. It's offensive capabilities can only be of use once it has been activated though. To defend against this technique, setting it off with a clone or something else would be optimal, but if I ended up setting it off, getting out of it's way would be a good option. A stone pillar to quickly move myself away would work. I find this technique interesting as it is different from many techniques which I know how to use, though I cannot see it being too useful.

Question: is the only way to set this off by something walking inside of the trapped area? Would a flung rock (non freeform) for example work? Also would it activate if I was above the trapped area (in the air)?

*Kicks the Crutch*

Now, we'll continue the same way you and Crutch we're going, okay? Some techniques Crutch missed, or were added in the mean time, I don't know lol. But we'll cover them.

Type: Supplementary
Rank: B-Rank
Range: Short
Chakra: 20
Damage: N/A
Description:
After doing the Ram seal, the user will put his palm close to a hidden explosive tag or sealing tag and will draw it out towards his hand. If the tag is inside a solid object it will warp through it towards the users palm. The technique disables the tag as it draws near the users hand in the case its an explosive tag

After forming the Ram hand seal, you will place your palm close to a hidden explosive tag, sealing tag etc and draw it out towards you. If the tag is inside a solid object like a rock, wall or so. The technique disables the tag, making it harmless, in case its an explosive tag or a sealing tag. A very nice technique.

Rank: B
Type: Defensive, Supplementary
Range: short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: N/A
Description: After performing the needed hand seals the user can manipulate metal strings to form a protective dome. This dome is capable of repelling most basic Taijutsu attacks up to A rank. The user can reshape the wire within the dome, changing it to a binding string with ease, however it is weak to lightning based techniques.

After forming the hand seals, you will manipulate metal strings to form a protective dome. The dome can stop basic Taijutsu up to A rank, and you can even reshape the wires within the dome, and change it to a binding string. Its weak to Lightning techniques though.

Lucky for me to find a sensei after so Long! Huehuehue. Anyways, In battle I would preform this technique if I somehow had the knowledge of an explosive tag that my opponent had placed. A technique that was taught to me that this directly counters is this:
Earth Release: Explosing Rocks (Doton: Bakuhatsuteki Iwa)
Rank: B
Type: Offense
Range: middle - long
Chakra cost: 40
Damage points: 60
Description: The user molds his Earth Chakra in his hands. Then he slaps his hands on the ground releasing the chakra he has molded and puts 2 explosive tags on the ground. As a result 2 large rocks are formed, taking the 2 explosive tags inside them. Then the user can send the rocks against the enemy. After the rocks come closer to the enemy the explosing tag inside the rock explode and doing some damage to the enemy.
Note: Can only be taught by PowerOfDarkness*
If used on me, I could simply preform this ninjutsu technique to rid the rocks of the explosive tags, though the rocks would still be an issue on their own. Considering this technique is supplementary, there's no defending against it or using it offensively. I definitely find this technique interesting, and I can see it being very useful if one had the knowledge of an opponent's sealing or explosive tag.

In battle, I would use this technique to defend against taijutsu of A rank and below when I wouldn't have another option. Offensively, I could reshape the wires to wrap around an opponent if they got close enough to me, though that wouldn't do any damage to them. To defend against this technique if it is being used to wrap around me, I could use many elemental techniques C ranked or higher due to ninjutsu's weakness to elemental ninjutsu. A Chidori Nagashi, for example, would be effective. I find this technique interesting but not very useful. If the number of seals required to preform this technique went down to one or two, it would be a much more effective way to defend against taijutsu.
Question: is the user holding the wires at all, or do they simply burst out of the ground or something like that?
Question: in it's description it says "the user can reshape the wire within the dome" which confuses me, as I immediately think "opposed to the wires outside of it?", or does that simply mean that the user whilst inside of the dome can manipulate the wires?

Nice question, the technique literally comes from the user's hands. 15:54

According to the video, its stops techniques from outside, and surrounds you. If the opponent is with you in the "dome", the wires can be used to hold the opponent, and restrain them.

Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 10
Damage points: 20
Description: The user after creating a shadow clone and grabs it then transforming into a Fuma Shuriken that is then thrown at the enemy the shuriken then turns back into the shadow clone who then punches the target in the face.
Note: Can also add kunai for extra damage and must create one shadow clone before use.

The next technique starts off by forming a shadow clone, and grabbing it. You will then use your chakra to form that shadow clone into a Fuma Shuriken. This then thrown towards the opponent, and once it comes close to the opponent, it forms back into a clone, who punches the opponent in the face! A very nice technique, cause the clone can be changed undercover, and would shock the opponent when a shuriken forms into a clone.

Rank: B
Type: Defensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user summons a large iron dome from one of their scrolls that covers themselves and even their teammates from enemies' attacks.
Note: Can only defend against B rank and down but doesnt block techniques directed from beneath.

A technique which summons a dome from a scroll, and can protect you. Its capable of stopping B rank and below techniques. It doesn't block techniques from beneath though, so this means that the technique covers you, by placing the dome around you. Very simple.
