Flash Bombs are using light to blind an enemy momentarily. It differs from a smoke bombs because it does not have to conceal movement when your enemy is already disabled visually. Its is utilized by throwing over-head and not in front of yourself. If thrown infront, temporary blindness would be caused on both sides. It can also be thrown behind oneself. When successfully thrown, you focus would only on the enemy.

Understood. No. Last Jutsu I learn were both on last page, they just need approval. I had other previous training with Darui. I should be beginning C-rank Jutsu.

My spiritual energy is strenghtening while crippling the physical energy of the clone. Meh. Not much of a discription for me. I could say as for RP sake: As I keep hold, I gather chakra unknowingly, which flustered up a sensation unusual yet craving desire, wanting more and not stop. As I became lost on such and then quickly noticing what I done when the clone suddenly droping to the floor weaken with a slugish appearence.

Yes, and due to the fact that the clone is made of chakra, he should also poof into nonexistence.
This next jutsu has the user jump into the air and spin in a 360 degree while tossing out weapons.
What do you think the spinning is for and what effects would it have an opponent?

I have no clue, I have to admit. I'll guess to say that, it allows for a steady flow of ninja tools/weapons to conjure out of the scroll without being tangled or back firing onto the User or comrades. Its effects on the opponent would cause confusion by summoning weapons, surrounding them ( in numbers or size) in an overwhelming fashion.

Actually, when you spin around, it basically zones the opponent, so they're afraid to get near. You can reach short to long, allowing for a wide radius (but please keep in mind the further the weapons travel, the weaker they get due to friction).
Many different weapons are used while you spin around, and it can easily deflect direct physical attacks. However, this move will not be very useful against elemental jutsus.
So, now, try the jutsu by throwing out different weapons in your kit in a 360 manner while spinning.
Also, discuss how you would attack an opponent when they use this move.

Removing the scrolls from my pouch, I hold them as I jumped in mid-air, spining in 360 degrees, while unravelling and then sweep the with my hand intiating the summoning of weapons upon my opponent.
If attacking with weapons, the only counter when using elemental Ninjutsu is the wind element. If you don't posses the wind element, earth element would also work as a defensive shield. Weapon specialist could also counter using their weapons to out match in numbers. Explosive experts could disrupt the weapons with explosives.

Very good, and furthermore, there is one Lightning jutsu in B-Rank that I enjoy using much, called Lightning Fang. It allows you to strike the user from above with Lightning, so you can also do that to any opponent you see utilizing such jutsus.
Both of these jutsus are similar to one another, except the scroll taking up a bit of mass, so you would actually spin for a shorter time, and a slower momentum.
Moving on...
For this next one, I will hand you two small scrolls.
Keep in mind that scrolls are usually light and you can keep a lot of them in your pocket. Just apply a bit of chakra to them to unfold them and summon whatever has been stored in there.
Unfurl these scrolls rapidly towards my clone, both scrolls directed at his feet, so that when you summon the weapons that have been stored in it previously, they will knock my clone up in the air due to the force.
Then after that, toss a chain (I will also hand you one), towards the foot of your opponent. Aim to interlock it around both his feet and drag him back down in a painful manner.

I begin twirling the scrolls and unravel it with my thumb, and then unfurling the scrolls while extending them parallel on the floor, towards your clone, directed at his feet. While the scroll is being extended, I apply chakra to the unwrap scroll, which allowed me to summon massive weapons which appeared all-the-while reaching your clone feet which launch your clone into the air. When your clone was in the air, I quickly remove the chain and begin spining it around - above my head for momentum, and toss it towards your clone, where it grabbed a hold: interlocking at your clone feet. I immediately tugged at the chain, pulling your clone down from the air, slamming your clone down in a painful manner.

Good, also, when using this jutsu, make sure to drag your opponent to an area where you don't get affected by the impact of the move.
For this next move, you will once again be utilizing a scroll.
Take this huge-ass scroll I handed you, and wave it in a circle to build momentum. As this happens, insert chakra into the scroll and "release" it, causing a giant, chain hammer to appear.
Then, this hammer should smash my opponent somewhere, dealing him instant death.
This move should have instantaneously with no hesitations. It is one, fluid movement.
Good, also, when using this jutsu, make sure to drag your opponent to an area where you don't get affected by the impact of the move.

Taken the srcoll, I hold it on top of my head and begin waving it in a circle, while gaining momentum. As I am waving the srcoll, I insert my chakra for initiating the the kanji written inside to activate the summoned weapon. When completed, a giant weapon release, and emerging from my hand, wielding a chain hammer. I then, with all my might, tug at the chain, unleashing a devastating blow, smashing my opponent.

What's the difference in holding this hammer with one hand in comparison to two hands?
Furthermore, do you know the law of mass/acceleration/force? How does the increased weight of this weapon affect the power of it?
