[Discussion] Ninja missing from kabuto`s edo tensei

Kisame even though I wasn't sore about him not being resurrected. Kishimoto did all of the fights he was in justice.

would there be enough dna to create an edo kisame? I feel like his summons(his sharks) would have made sure there was nothing left of him. They ate him up, but idk

Konan body was with Tobi as she is jinchuriki and for yahiko his body was hidden.

There was a pool of blood/plasma where his sharks devoured him so it's possible for Kabuto to have acquired a sample.

sarutobi sasuke, sakumo hatake, that kunoichi from the senju clan (toka i think), someone from the uzumaki clan such as their clan leader, they weren't exterminated that long ago, maybe 30 years or so if kushina left the village before it was destroyed. he could have resurrected fugaku uchiha also, i don't think he was too powerful but it could be interesting

4. If it's so happened that Kabuto would get the DNA of Uichiha Shishui (and if he is really dead) from Uichiha Itachi, then I add Shishui.
5. If it's so happened that Kabuto could get the DNA of Jiraiya (and if he really died) then I add him.

J-man's body is under the sea at depths it cannot b recovered.

Sarutobi got sealed away by the Reaper seal

Konan's body was not with Tobi, he just left it floating on the river...

I assume that Kabuto had already revived everyone by this point and did not have time to retrieve Konan's body in time to start the war.

About Danzo- Kabuto did NOT have his body, Tobi does. He could resurrect him NOW, but it hasn't been done yet. Also, the blood that is on the ground of the battle site where Sasuke and Danzo fought could have easily been Sasuke's.

Shisui's dead body was never recovered. And also danzou crushed his eye diring the sealing. But who Knows if Kabuto might use shisui against itachi if Tobi let him use the sample from the crushed eye.
