2) Madara`s brother
3) Uchiha Shisui(dead body was recovered)

sarutobi cant be summoned since he was sealed with death god.
jman they said it was because his corpse was deep underwater and coulnt be recovered, kinda weak excuse since there was so much of his dna in the battlefield & he was able to find dna from some waaaay older and rarer ppl.

he has oros dna so hes the mysterious missing case.
