Since when did, Oda confirm anything of the sort? Vivi, is not going to join.

OT:I think it's Rebecca. But I doubt that SH would get larger(Jinbei and Vivi is an exception).I remembered Luffy said his crew would only comprise 10 pirates or so.

You added a pirate captain that made an alliance with them who didn't join and you added another captain who wants to kill, Luffy, Zoro and Law who's pretty much a murderer and you added a scum bag that, Luffy doesn't like.

Let's make that 5. Rebecca, doesn't want anything else but to live with, Sol. Not sure what to think about, Sol but he doesn't seem like he has any thoughts on being a pirate. This list makes no sense.

I hope that IF another member joins its a woman and that she will be the last one, if I had to pick who I wanted it would be Rebecca, wouldn't mind Violet either but we know even less about her (though this list of whos gonna be the next SH is made in every arc ... though I like Rebecca (so far) more than anyone from PH and FI (except maybe Jinbe)

With every new nakama the crew members we already KNOW and LOVE lose a little of their spotligh so I would like it if only 1 would join IF anyone

No they didn't. Jimbei, promised to join while, Vivi refused the offer and decided to stay in her country since she had to take her fathers place if he dies or leaves the throne to her.
