New Shinobis vs Old shinobis Who is better and more skilled

Guys please don't get me wrong, i did not say who will win in a bout or the on going 4th ninja war, what am asking who is stronger and more skilled?

1. The Older generation
2. The Younger and new generation

What is your choice and reason

The Older Generation made the New Generation.

New Generation rely to much on Power ups, Even with their power ups they aint Even much stronger than the Older Generation

Old Generation Gained their power by Skill and had no need for Lame Power ups, Yet they could still Beat Naruto's generation

Apart from Naruto , Sasuke and garra , every one else loses to the old generation

The new generation wins... this war proved it... Those who were once called legends were defeated by some "Kids"
Matching up different persons from the previous generation with the new one won't always result in 100% chance of the new generation to win, but this has nothing to do with the whole new/old thing but more with the shynobis you put against each other.

O.OO.O If you actually READ the MANGA you'll see the older generation fighting in the war are being:
1. CONTROLLED O.O
2. THEY'RE DEAD
3. NOT EVEN SCRATHCING THE SURFACE OF THEIR POWERS.:flaw:
4. I can go on.....

In the case of the Kin Gin bros for example, they actually beat atsui, Darui etc. And they're being controlled.

And those who say kishi 'hypes up' the older generations, well take 3rd Raikage for example, Dodai himself said no attack harms him (this is without LRA) except long range wind release attacks, and was he right? YES.

And also i think garra should of lost against his dad, (even though he was DEAD AND BEING CONTROLLED, as well as not even scratching the surface of his powers), i mean gold dust is better than sand. Also we never even saw the 3rd Raikage use his infamous black lightning.

The Manga has again and again said this. Im not saying that the new generations are weak (whoever says they are...O.O...dont watch naruto). Its just theres a difference between hype and FACTS stated in manga.xd

Also 1 or 2 people have said in the past (not on this thread), that the 1st hokage is weak after seeing him and the 2nd fight Hiruzen back in Part 1 of Naruto. Well this fight proves my point and the manga right perfectly. Because as we all know in the latest mangas, even if it was narutos clone it took all his and the 9 tails chakra to stop only 1 of 'Madaras' wood style attacks. And that wood style was not that much compared to the 1st's wood style.xd

The new generation have more strengths in numbers. They defeated the old kages. That's the point.

Old generation is way better. new gen defeated only bcuz they knew old gen's abilities n they teamed up in every fight

You have to describe what you mean by old generation. Do you mean the shinobi from Hashirama's time all the way up to Minato's time or from Hashirama's time all the way up to the Sannin's time? Either way I think the old generation is superior.
