Uhh, Mitsuki has medical stuff on his body, if you look closely at the left picture where he talks with Orochimaru. For once, I thought he was not made in a test tube, but it seems that I was wrong. Yay.

I wanted to say naruto and mitsutsuki look good on the left but after looking on the right I see that kishimoto drawed those and not the new guy

Boruto still looks like he has down syndrome. No hate, just saying what I think.

Boruto's face still looks weird and Sarada still lacking proper pants, do people in Japan not criticize it?
Or is that just the canonical fate of a child raised by Sakura? Is that it?

Their faces look messed up as hell. Have you zoomed in on Boruto and Sarada's?

Mitsuki weirdly seems spot on compared to Kishimoto. Just a lighter skin tone and weirder hair, in the newer version.

Based on the translation it seems like Mitsuki was indeed 'created' recently in a lab. It kinda makes sense as in the beginning of Gaiden Sarada and Chouchou commented on how he was the new kid from another village.
