Ok, but first, I'll send a message to that bug girl, she will get angry if she knew I went anywhere beside this tavern without her permission.
Toph does the blood sacrifice then performs the Boar → Dog → Bird → Monkey → Ram handseals and then touch the ground, a sealing formula appears then a small-sized kingfisher appears on it. Toph writes a message then puts it in a steel container that she made then puts the container into the kingfisher's beak.
(Kuchiyose no Jutsu) - Summoning Technique

Description:
To summon the creature the ninja will wipe blood on his hand, perform the Boar → Dog → Bird → Monkey → Ram handseals and then touch the ground or another object, where a sealing formula will appear. Though it appears that as long as significant pressure is placed against the blood in some form, the summon will be complete, most summoning uses use a solid surface, though in some cases it can even be done mid air. There can be variations to the summoning steps, some ninja like Temari will wipe blood on her fan, then by swinging the fan the animal is summoned. Other ninja like Orochimaru wipe the blood across a snake tattoo on their arm first, then touch the ground. Others will clap their hands directly like Nagato through the use of his Animal Path. The user must have signed the contract with the creature he wants to summon but the technique can be used to summon a generic creature of that contract (B-Rank) which will have no special traits or abilities beyond those normal to the rest of the animals in the contract. The animal is always summoned on the mark that appears upon slamming the users hand or, if not the case, always in short range of the user.

People were coming and going, some hasty and nervous, other looking completely lost and without a goal or purpose. Definitely a weird place to be at, especially since it seems that no bartenders are around. Barney and Jayce were sitting patiently and trying to hear a talk or two in order to maybe gain some intel that could help them with their task, yet nothing seemed to be of help. Patience is a virtue, though. If we wait long enough maybe someone will open their mouth, thought Barney. As people were passing by, Barney raised his hand slightly and said; Excuse me! He tried to get attention from someone that seemed like a bartender but it seems like his idea failed. Jayce, did you bring anything to drink, perhaps? We should totally open a bar ourselves. Barney sighed.

Kicking the table would effectively pin Shun to his chair and forcing the air outta him, this few seconds was enough for him to disappear into the horizon, he did this so as not to invite enemies to his home.

The tavern was definitely a weird place to be in. From the shinobi that Jayce had seen he wasn't very impressed. Of course, it was strange. This tavern apparently was very famous, but so far only one word could describe it, egregious. Upon taking a sit, Jayce started looking around. He didn't know much about the opposing shinobi, but he didn't expected them to put up a good challenge. Lifting his head slightly, Jayce's cerulean green eyes locked their deep gaze on the surroundings. He scanned every detail of the area, looking to see if the person had arrive as well as taking the tavern into consideration for further strategies. Judging by Barney's actions Jayce could easily tell that he wasn't amusing himself. Suddenly the looking around had been broken by his sensei's voice. As soon as his colleague finished speaking, Jayce took everything into consideration. In response to Barney, he took in a deep breath and quickly turned his attention towards him, remaining calm and focused as he spoke.
"You very good know that I don't drink... alcohol is for weaklings! It would appear..."
Jayce paused, choosing to finish his statement later since he realized the awesomeness of the second part of Barney's little 'speech'. In a very quick manner Jayce swung his arm and flipped the tablet in front of them, creating a dramatic scene as well as putting an end to his mature behaviour. He then spoke in an enthusiastic and profuse manner.
"Of course, we should buy a bar! Our bar would be awesome. And dude, dude, dude, DUDEEEE... the name of our bar... Puzzles. You ask why is it called Puzzles? That's the puzzle!"
As Jayce finished his speech he looked at his sensei with a wide smile on his face, hoping that Barney would astonished by the proposition.

Easy tiger. Calm down, we don't want to draw too much attention, said Barney as he glanced around to make sure nobody was watching them. He leaned in and started whispering slowly. Listen, there doesn't seem to be much happening around here. Those that are here don't seem to fit the profile we're looking for. We can either believe in good faith and wait a bit longer for something to happen or we can make something happen on our own. Judging by the list there is one country in particular where most of targets originate from and I believe we'll have the highest chances there. So, what do you think? Barney then leaned back into his seat and shared a few looks with the other residents.

Akatsuki, your leader seems to have brought alot of trouble to Kirigakure, you're required to return to Kirigakure to help us rid this pest from out borders.

As the bird gives the message Barney notices one word standing out; required. Immediately Barney wrinkles the paper in a nice round ball and tosses it away. What does this guy think? So, someone decided to attack them and now they want our help? Acts of weak and scared people. If Isabela did anything, that was following Kirigakure's money by fulfilling the tasks listed on the bounty list. The bounty list Kirigakure officials have set up. It's their own god damn fault that they can't lead the village properly and have people leaving them, forcing the whole bounty list thing. Shifting blame and asking for help won't prevent Barney from pursuing his original task. With a firm attitude and smile on his face Barney looks at Jayce saying; This? Ah, nothing serious. Seems like Kirigakure have gotten themselves in some trouble and want our help. Too bad that no amount of money can buy us right now as we have more important stuff to do.

Jayce calmed down and started listening to Barney closely. Once his sensei was finally done speaking Jayce leaned in and whispered as well, making sure that his tone is not too loud but rather calm so his sensei could easily understand him. His marine eyes shone as he once again, and with pure enthusiasm and optimism he began to speak.
"Fine with me. I will follow your lead, master."
As he finished his last sentence he cocked his head ever so slightly to view the shinobi around him, before gently turning it back to once again face his sensei. Afterwards a twisted smile blossomed on Jayce's face as he looked upon the new arrival. "What was with this bird. Was that how they served the meat here, making you kill it yourself. Maybe I am just imagining stuff because I am hungry. Never mind." - thought Jayce. As Barney explained him about the bird, Jayce calmed down and was ready to continue. With this in mind the smirk on Jayce's face faded into a soft smile before he made a simple head gesture, showing that he is ready to follow his sensei's lead.

Shun pushes the table, making the chair to screech backwards and got off the chair, breathing heavily then he thought of something and walks out of the tavern and goes to a place where no one can see him then he transforms into ryu bartholomew then walks back into the tavern.
